- Enter mileages (**use Google Maps to automatically calculate your mileage)
- Enter and edit allowances
- Upload receipts (**take pictures of your receipts)
- Create, submit or cancel reports
- View the pending expenses
- Approve or reject expense reports and travel requests from other users

Glitchly, crashes too many times. Not intuiative. Fail to load up the correct propmts and mandatory forms. Unable to assign a default attendee.
"Stay productive anytime, anywhere." Like on a plane for example, after passing through an airport and incurring a few expenses? That would be great, but the app won't work for me when offline. It complains about no internet connection. But all I want to do is photo capture my receipts. The app could do the rest later, when it gets online again. I have used Expensify in the past, and it does that no problem, and is a better app in general.
can't add multiple photos, each photo you add takes ages to load, always the wrong way round although in gallery is correct way round. If you buy something from somewhere at the same price it flags it as a duplicate and you have to split the order (nightmare). Email receipts are pointless really too if you have already set up a report.

Always network down. Restart many times still the same. Defeat the purpose of the apps.
Used to work, although very slow to upload receipts and details. Relative good recognition of expense details but periodically confuses between uploads. Now crashes on start with tooltip error developers will not resolve. Tried reinstalling on phone, but still unfunctional. Tried other phone, same issues. Broken - avoid.
App never accepts the password that works on the desktop version no matter how many times I reset it and confirm for accuracy. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to tech support to get this addressed. App is currently useless.
System logged me out...tried to enter correct password but system says incorrect. Reset my password and happened again. This happens on both my phones. Password is correct however systems says not and I have to reset my password. Deleted app, tried again and the same. Reset passord on my laptop and waited an hour. Same thing again. I cannot use the app.
Did work great but now warns of duplicate reporting constantly. If I drive somewhere and then back again of course the mileage is the same, destinations are different but app doesn't take these into consideration and just reports as a possible duplicate report. App update today and fault still persists plus app now takes twice as long to process any data input. Why do updates never improve the user experience?
I have had nothing but issues logging in with credientials that apparently were discarded the first time I tried to log in. I can't even review it properly since I've never been past the log in screen.
I've been using the mobile xpense app for the last 2 years. Now I'm being confronted with this one, which refuses to log is using mobile xpense credentials. Is this a joke? And now I sorted the first issue out the makers decided to give me a hard time and let me log in every time I try to use it ... stupid... !!! and what's even worse, I'm not able to print my reports anymore using my phone. You really suck with this ap ... Yep, and again an update. It still sucks ...

Clear and usable interface. Easy to understand and offers all features you need to do your expenses on the go
I had mobile expense and it at least worked. Didn't like it, but it worked. This program does NOT!!! It will not even log in!!!

App locks up and needs restarted after adding 4 to 5 receipts. There is no way to save pictures of your receipts and then attach them later to the linked credit card. As a user this is a basic requirement for ease of use. For the expense submitter it is not a good experience
