Use this app in conjunction with our website at https://myspendingaccount.wageworks.com.

This app lets you submit claims any time, anywhere. Simply use your phone to take photos of receipts for:
• Health Care FSA claims
• Limited FSA claims
• Dependent Care FSA claims
• Commuter Parking claims

Also:
• View account balances, activity and other important information for all plans
• If applicable, validate card transactions after receiving a Validation Request Form from Spending Accounts by WageWorks

I don't think this app is that bad. It is lacking in features, like being able to see how much goes into your account and that pie chart that you can usually see on the web site. But I'm still able to submit claims and see the the balance and the last five or so transactions. It always connects to my account. Fingerprint login works.

This app is an absolute disaster. For the last three weeks I've been unable to login to my account - I get an error saying that the app can't communicate with the servers. I have tried install-cycling the app and still no luck. In addition, and honestly, the most egregious offense of this app - the app has failed to show me a correct balance for my HSA account even once. I have been in multiple situations with providers and pharmacies trying to pay for something well below my displayed balance in the app and had my card declined. Both embarrassing and frustrating. I will never, NEVER recommend wage works to anyone ever, and if there is a way to switch my HSA to a different company, I will absolutely be pursuing that.

If I could rate the app less than a star I would. It's view only, not interactive and every single time you try to log in, you have to be emailed a one time pin despite the fact that you've pressed the button to remember your device. Absolutely useless!

1. Horrible interface (not user-friendly); unable to submit verification/validation receipts by clicking on the claim. 2. Unable to set up settings to get notifications on claim process/ updates. Though i'm also not a huge fan of the web browser version, I'd rather much still use that over this app. I really hope this gets a major update asap. Many consumers use this on a daily basis, so I don't understand how or why this platform was not developed better.

I wish I could this app less than 1 star. It is worthless. I used to be able to go to the website on my phone to submit reimbursements. I can't do anything in app except look at balance and see a short list of payments made on card. I can't get to the account details at all. Please stop forcing use to this horrible app. I want web version back.

This app should make things easier but it makes it more complicated. Yes, submitting a claim for parking and healthcare is easy but you cannot see your full account. You also don't know which, if any, charges were denied. Additionally you cannot reverify charges if requested to do so. If you try to go to the site from your mobile it redirects you into the App. If I could, I would file a lawsuit for wasting my time

This app is terrible and no one in customer service seem to know anything about this. It's extremely inconvenient! I used to be able to easily go to site on my phone and view my balance, claims history and most importantly send in claims with ease. Why make this unnecessary change. Now I have to go back to faxing, how crazy is that. Please go back to the the way it was people!! ZERO stars in my book!!

This app is total garbage. As soon as i use my card, I use this app to submit a receipt right away so I don't have to deal with it later. However, the receipts don't show on the website and it still says the transaction needs validation. Honestly, WageWorks the company is entirely trash and needs to go out of business. I wish my employer used someone else.

It's nice to have an app and works pretty well, but the search function doesnt work (to choose the type of charge). Only the 'most popular' can be selected. pretty basic thing to be broken.

this app is completely broken. website punts you to it, where it will fail to recognize your login. password reset just sends you back to the website, which means you'll do one and then get punted back to this app which will continue to claim your login is wrong. i wish i had the option not to trust these people with money related to medical procedures. i would literally choose any other option.

What is the point? Wageworks, you require "validation" for all these swipes (ones to DLO Labs for example...you question the charges medical authenticity? really?) then have no way to upload invoices on this app to provide validation! It would be so easy to upload a screenshot of my invoice with my phone. Yet your garbage developers can't provide this feature in this app. So I have to email the image to myself and open/save to my PC, then upload to your website. Dumb app.

I submitted claims for reimbursement that were denied. They were denied/absorbed for supposed receipts that weren't submitted from 2017! They WERE submitted and my card was reinstated. Still makes no sense because I never USED all my funds fro. 2017! How does that affect now? I can't see to double check what was submitted on the app and I can't check the site from my phone! This is very frustrating!

this app is useless you need to do everything on a desktop. I try to submit a receipt for a claim that need validation and it will not attach to the claim. Also if there is a denial or an issue with receipt you are unable to read why it was denied. The only thing this app is good for is taking up space on my phone.

my web browser put me on a wild goose chase of authentication procedures and then redirected me to the app. never got the app to load due to some loading error. tested downloading an app of the same size to make sure it wasn't my device. saw the other 1 star reviews and can confirm this app is a waste of resources, energy, and time.

Absolutely sucks!!! Can't give it zero stars or I would. Had to change my password 5 times due to "Not matching" message. Still won't recognize my username and password. Don't waste your time with downloading this app.

This app is pathetic. Password expires rapidly with no option to reset an app - sends you to website. Website is very difficult to use on a phone. after 15 minutes of refreshing my email, I still have not received the pin for resetting my password. Every interaction I have with his website stinks. I've sent notes to my HR encouraging them to change companies. HATE THIS APP.

It's a clean looking app but I can't see any contributions to my HSA only debits. It would he nice to see when my pay contributions are credited as well as any refunds that may post. It also won't let me use the web browser on my phone so I have to use the app or use a computer.

so I can log in but when I try to file a claim the system initially would not let me get past the date kept saying invalid date no mater what date I used and when I finally got past that the app only allows for claims for General dental and vision but the instructions clearly state i can select other. Horrible.......

this has been a very frustrating experience, I keep getting codes that only take me in circles and do not allow me to view anything. still I'm going to try again now. this is not good seeing it's my third attempt to view my acct information. and now I've uninstalled app. it is not at all helpful and gave me nothing to look at in regards to my account

Not even worth one star. It's ridiculous that anytime I use my card they want me to submit receipts. Now the app doesn't even let you do that so it's an inconvenience.

I want to add my bank account info for reimbursement. But there is no where on the app for me to do this. The actual website only directs me to the app which under the menu gives me the option to change my background picture, I could careless about my background. I want to add my account number.

I need to check status of my claims, on the website, not on the app. Instead, all it does is takes me to the app and makes me sign in over and over and over again. When FINALLY on it doesnt show any claims!!! Useless!! Waste of my time!!

The website forces the mobile user to download this app and then the app tells the user that their card has been funded but doesn't give a card balance like the website does (granted, this is difficult to find on the website, but at least can be done). This app and developer is useless, will be deleting.

App doesn't show any payments made to the account only deductions. Cant screen shot anything either which is really annoying. The main website is just as lame as this app is.

The app often glitches or freezes up. A lot of actions you can't even perform on the app. You have to go to the website anyway.
