Androïd app does not work properly with Google password manager for entering, changing passwords. Attempting to auto fill from Google password manager causes app to redisplay empty login form.
Every time i have to submit a claim, my biometrics stop working and I have to reset my password. Then the link that is sent does not work. Frustrating 😡
Even though I have biometrics turned on, with Samsung Pass activated, the app continously logs me out and makes me reset my password. Please allow your app to remember my information.
Do you actually want people to use this app?? Every time you login (with your personalized pin) they want you to change your password. And then have the nerve to ask you for your username and password again. Can I still see my balance and be done? Waste of time.
Difficult to use, doesn't provide access to all necessary account info and documents, and constantly gives login issues
The app itself is simple and functional. Now MMA/Trion as a benefits servicer is a completely different story...
Lots of issues, crashes frequently, difficult to use and navigate.

Works like a charm. The registration process is little complex on this app so I suggest doing the registration on the website and using the same log in information on this mobile app. However, once you pass through the initial security and registration process then it works like a charm. Not sure about all the negative reviews.
Said I needed to download a newer version. I literally just downloaded the app. No newer version available
Good for the most part... a little hard to navigate at times... plus, there needs to be more direction when submitting a claim - so many category choices!
