Filters don't work. The purpose of the back button/ arrow is to move one step back and not the whole way back to the home page. If someone doesn't want to book a specific show and when they press back, it has to go to the previous page so that they can book the next show (which is not the case). We have to start over again. What's the point of that. U r spoiling ur name n brand urselves. Try fixing these. 23.05.2019 Looks like the issue is still there. Filters are of no use. And the issue with going back to the previous page is still prevalent. You've just replied to avoid bad reviews. Why don't one of the app developers or testers do a run of the app before you reply to us. Or is it that even your replies are automated? Instead of concentrating on automated replies, you could spend more on refining the flaws of the app.

They can add an option to have preference option and refund certain percentage of some money. The app isn't smooth enough , like it jammed up some times when i was boomjng tickets for end game using another account. Also i would like to add that they have to add a feature to guess the movie preference through history of films watched by customer And they could introduce loyalty program whicb would help people like me.

At times while selecting the seats, we may want to check the seat availability for another show on same day. During those times there is no option for users to select in the same page. We have to go back with yes/no option. Upon clicking yes, app takes us to the home screen where again we have to start from fresh choosing movies etc. Very irritating. See other major movie ticket booking apps for reference. Other features are good so far. Thanks..

The app was working fine last time I used it. I was happy with it. But for the last 2-3 months, it keeps saying 'Something went wrong. Please contact customer care' and I'm like then give me a customer care number. So I gave low rating only cos of it's malfunctioning app which hasn't been fixed in the last 2-3 months time duration. I'm disappointed.

Off late I've been experiencing problems with this app. When I choose a show and go to the next window...the seats dont get displayed. Even if I quit the app and retry...or if I delete and redownload the app , this problem persists. Kindly fix it. It's getting very irritating.

What was once a great app has now been changed completely, with all my info removed completely. Have to start from scratch, set up a new account. Terrible to the core. Might as well change the name of SPI Cinemas to PVR considering thats what you guys are doing.

Worst payment gateway.. Its taking away our money and promising to return it after a week without even booking tickets.. I have lost 625 x 3 times. And I haven't got the tickets also! Worst process ever... Its happening often! Do you reall think every money to give it to you and wait for whole week 😡😡😡

I think its high time you give a update. As recently when i try to book ticket aftee selecting the number of ticket i want it foesnt automatically show the seat that i want to book as its just a blank screen. So again i have go back to select time, no. Of tickets only then you get seats shown to book. It causes delay and frustration when you want to just book tickets soon. So please look into it. Apart from that love watching movies here.

Whenever we trying to book tickets it shows blank page of seats first and then we have to go back and try for 2 or 3 times then only it shows the seat lay out, in between this time the seats will be booked by some one else, I'm not facing the issue for the 1st time its happening for a long time, i haven't reported this issue and try to book again and again but now in week days itself I'm facing this issue thats why I'm complaining. Kindly sort this issue and fix. My favourite cinemas is Sathyam.

The app used to be good, but for the past few months when I choose a movie and select a screen and a show, I see a blank page. I have to reselect everything to see the seats and after that I don't have a problem. Every single time I try to book tickets, I see a blank page when I am about to choose seats, I have to redo the steps to get the seat-selection page. Please correct this

I could also see that most of the users have given this feedback from longer time and surprised that it is stil unresolved.. kindly look into it as one of the best cinemas in the country not suppose to have Such errors for a longer time. Great app with good layout but requires login everytime when i open the app, used BMS instead few times. Can you update app with other options like showtimes for the day and class options while booking ticket for a film as shown on. Bookmyshow, as we need to go to main page click number of tickets and showtime every time to check for availability.

So far the app is working fine, but recently i booked for petta on 22/01/2019, once i booked I got confirmation mesaage but at the same time my session is logged out but still in background the time is running, when i want to go back it is asking me do u want cancel ur transaction but the thing is the tickets is already booked and amount also deducted. Logged out automatically later i logged in and checked in history the ticket is there. Faced same issue on 29/01/2019. App version 1.0.39

This app is not working. Most of the times, it will show blank page while booking. Most of the users complain the same and why the admin is expecting to email the screen shot.. This is common problem for all. Moreover, now the app is not even working. Saying as contact customer care.

The seat selection page does not load often times which the developers have failed to realize is THE reason we use this app. Also, the ticket selection always defaults to two tickets which I need to then manually change - why not give us the option to do so before selecting the seats? It doesn't have a Feedback or complaint option. Recently in Warangal Spi cinemas I ordered my food. While transaction through Google pay the money was deducted but the food isn't ordered. I don't have any kind of option for complaint. Refund my money as soon as possible.

Mostly the app works fine. But, sometimes the seat selection page does not load properly. During peak load, the payment goes through but tickets not getting issued. Best to use the SPI cinemas website, which is consistent. App needs serious fix.

Last time I was satisfied this app causes show available movie with subtitle. Now it don't have show subtitle in app. I went to theatre with available subtitle. I don't understand why didn't you added subtitle with list of film available in app. I am disappointed. I am giving up this app., I think better to get ticket in theatre.

i don't know what's wrong with their customer service number. whenever i call them to report my problem they'll just end the call and they are not even hearing my problem properly. my money got debited and the seats are not confirmed. I've been trying to report this problem for 2 days and they just end the call before even hearing about the problem 😠 you people are just so worst when it comes to customer service.

Best experience has changed to worst experience. Movie booking is now a pain in app. Everytime I select seats and book, it "shows this seat already booked by someone" Not sure if the technology management team has changed.

Had booked the movie. Later in the intermission had ordered food through the app. Though the payment got deducted from my bank, the order never went through to the counter. Later when I checked with the helpline the personnel explained that the payment had got struck with the payment gateway itself.....he suggested me to update the app.....my app version is 1.0.39......and I don't know if there is any new version available......Is there anyone to help? I would like an assurance from Spi cinemas that this won't happen again....
