Poorly performing app Trying to download the boarding pass for last 40 minutes and it doesn't work. Try to email and it keeps changing the email address to some default junk mailbox address built in the app. SpiceJet should hire some decent professional to build and maintain these functions
Trashiest app on the market right now. Horrible UX, and the furthest thing from a seamless booking experience. I'd elaborate further, but I've already wasted enough time on just the first page of the app. My time is better spent elsewhere.
While downloading the app I saw the ratings and thought app should not be that bad but after using the app I completely agree with all other user. I think they have used some local developers to develop the app. There are many basic but serious issues with the app. I hope they will fix the same in coming days or else we will have to change the travel partner.
Doesn't let you log in after multiple attempts. Forgot password doesn't send the temporary password no matter how many times you try. Web check-in is broken and this app won't let you complete the web check-in process. Incredibly pathetic app. Save time and use their sub-par website instead of using this app.
Do you even want any passengers in the flight? I tried to book flight using website and mobile app in both after choosing add on when I click continue it goes to prepayment page and it shows nothing empty white page that is all. I waited for more then 20 min tried to refresh, then changed browser and computer nothing worked same with mobile app. Finally I gave up and booked flight with indigo and everything was done in less then 5min.
Very worst and time consuming process to get assistance from customer care... I took almost one hour but didn't connected... There were still showing that all executies are busy... If u are not able to assist u on time then dismantle ur assist service... Why every need to spent their on time where no body is there to help. It's wastage of time.
You cannot login because you cannot select your international phone number in app or from Web. You cannot select DOB while signup as the logo of chat does not move. Flight times keep changing. Check-in is not available 10 hours before. There is some serious problems with this Airlines. Self sabotage🤔
If I start counting all the bad things I think my parents will miss their flight. First and foremost the boarding pass sent on email is not opening which is ridiculous like they had one job to do send boarding pass. I do not see any instructions for baggage label or any baggage label attached in email.
The app is so bad that I just don't want to fly with them anymore...! Everything is so glitchy and many simple functions don't even work..! The UI is bad. They should learn something from the likes of indigo.
Worst app of an airline ever. Doing check in from this app is a task on its own. First the app delays in sending OTP then after entering correct OTP it takes eternity to verify. But I must say that it maintaining the reputation of worst service by Spice Jet.
This is the first time I am flying with spicejet and I already regret booking a ticket with them. I completed web-check in but didn't receive a boarding pass. Tried web-check in again but couldn't do it. Tried calling the customer care, they kept me on waiting for 30 minute and still didn't receive my call, tried chatting with Ms Pepper and no reply, DMed them on Twitter but no reply. Please, don't waste your time and books a ticket with Indigo and GoFirst.
Spicejet has become stale and lost its standards. Mindless rescheduling and little or no concern for the customer's safety and comfort. They have rescheduled my flight twice, offering my pregnant wife a 18 hour stopover flight in place of a two hours direct flight. If they keep running this way, they are doomed for sure. 😡
Very pathetic service, try going with indigo/air asia/ go air. 1st spicejet changed my direct flight of 2hrs to a connecting flight of 26hrs without even informing me, that too before 2 days of departure and gave me the option of +/-7 days modifying date. Then when I tried to web check-in my modified date flight their application doesn't work. Worst flight experience.
worst airline, no one is there to provide resolution for simple query of login through Android app and via web login . taken me on ride all twitter n phone CCs. Even OTP doesnot come or app doesn't take OTP. Signup profile page freezes if want to create new profile.
Worst app and services useless. Downloading Boarding pass is so difficult. Not providing msg before 24 hours. Worst i experienced so much of trouble
Please don't travel by spicejet. They will cancel your ticket even though the flight is scheduled and takes off on same day at same time of your booking. I didn't even get the booking amount refunded since 45 days. I'll never travel by spicejet again in my life even if free ticket is offered
All other applications are getting full internet. When I open your app suddenly the speed goes down to 1 KBPS to 0. What is it ? Not able to login also.
Worst Airline Never Book through this... All Flights keep rescheduling even booked 1 month before till boarding time. Worst customer care no one pick calls... Worst aap not working change assistant... Everyday its surprise change ... we even cant book any bus train or taxi as flights has no time value. Pathatic pathatic pathatic
I am unable to web check-in from your app and website. It's been 4/5 hours and I am tired of trying. You could have charged 200 Rs with the ticket itself rather than doing this nonsense. Kindly resolve the issue.
Worst app ever doesn't even recognize the inputs like otp...even worse doesn't send otp for login. Very frustrating.
One of the worst experiences ever. Travelled for the first time and got to know why people ask not to travel by SpiceJet. Empathy in people here are missing. When it comes to luggage and baggage thing, they will take each and every penny of yours. Officials are nowhere there to help the passengers. They will scrw you for your slightest of mistakes. Travelling by Indigo has always been an amazing experience and they know how to treat evryn. That's where these people lag. Basics are missing unfor.
Worst-ever service i had ever seen. I have done my 3 flight ticket few days ago with Spicejet. Others Airlines and services are too good but with Spicejet is horrible experience in my whole life. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Pathetic in-flight experience. AC vent over the seat is broken and seat tilt button doesn't work. Never recommend spicejet to anyone.
Not taking the country code to select the mobile number, other than Indian code..really giving hard time to use this app , same thing is happening on Web.spice jet need to look this matter on urgent basis..

The app keeps performing sub optimally even after updates. The customer care has no clue and gives a standard response. I have NOT been successful in claiming points for my recent flights as the app just gets stuck and restarts after a long wait. Spicejet - I have not been interested in your loyalty program and this is making it even worse.
