Spider Solitaire

The last time I found a spider where you could get all winnable deals, the dev seemed to think "winnable" meant "easy". Boring. With this game, I've only won one game that wasn't a daily challenge. Those have been winnable but not too easy. So I'm not sure that the "winnable" ones really are. I'll update my rating after I've played more. My only complaint so far: when there is more than one empty space, tapping a card just makes it hop between spaces, not to a higher card of a different suit.

I like that the play sounds aren't too loud, the random deal seems random, and winning graphics very enough to make it interesting. The ad volume is often disturbingly loud which means can't play while wife is sleeping. I would like a small sound when hint highlights the deck since often think the hint button didn't work.

This used to be my favourite app, but it has become slow and jittery, and some of the advertisements just don't allow you to get back to the game. Very annoying! I very often have to restart my phone to get rid of some ads, or fix the jitters and slowness! If this isn't fixed, I'll have to uninstall!

Loved this app until I was forced to upgrade. Paid for no ads and I am still getting ads. Not impressed with the new graphics or how the cards move (or dont move) to empty spaces. I expected more since i had been using the app every single day for the last year. The only thing I like is that it still has the daily challenge which I had previously completed all of this year and intend to finish. Fix this app and make it similar to what it used to be.

If you want a quick and easy game to play in between jobs, I fully recommend this game. Backgrounds are really good and the game is challenging and interesting can be challenging. Most importantly, although the advertising 8s plentiful, you only have to look at them for 5 seconds.

Great game! Good variety of options for the appearance of the deck and tableau, and I like that you can either tap cards to have them automatically move to an open pile or you can drag them yourself. The ads are not too disruptive and I really appreciate that.

Ads at bottom of screen are too large. Overlap the bottom of piles when they get long. Sometimes gets stuck in a loop of playing 5 second ads (like when you come back after pausing) watching 1 ad is okay, getting stuck in a loop and having to watch 3 or 4? Not okay. Fix the ad problems.

Love that the cards that cannot be moved are dimmed which highlights the loveable cards. Great graphics. Don't like the magic stick option which forces you to use coins. I suspect its designed that way. I know solitaire is challenging but you can't not solve it after the third try of replaying. Haha. Clever.

after every deal a pop up says do you want to upgrade? I have already upgraded but it doesn't give you a choice you have to click it. It takes you to a version by fantasy word games. I didn't like there's bit if you can't get it to stop I'm going to have to find a new version that I do like

Good gameplay but its annoying that you cannot draw if there are empty slots. Where did that silly rule come from? At least have it in options to allow drawing a card if there are emply slots. Also with scoring, the points between doing well and badly are too small. eg doing badly 1187 points. Doing well 1199. Also i keep getting 'Update to latest version' before starting a new game, but i am not going to do it as, going by other comments here, it instals a different game, along with adverts.

Love, however... I play the Daily Challenge everyday. I usually play it late at night. I play when the challenge is released, after midnight EST. I win, and it shows completed. But the next day, it goes back to showing as incomplete. It's been doing this for a week or so. Very frustrating.

I'm having the same issue as alot of other people. review was 5 stars, I paid for an ad free version, now every time I open the app I get asked to upgrade to a completely different app with ads (I didnt upgrade) but it feels like it's now an ad popping up every time I open the app.

I have had this game for years and probably my last 6 phones. I would rate a 5 as it's a great game, not bad on ads but I will be uninstalling today due to your brand new very annoying trick where when you hit the back up button, you hit the ad banner. A real sucky idea and one I just can't deal with. People play spider to relax and unwind, not to get tense because we're tricked into watching an ad everytime we backup a move. Whoever came up with this idea, you screwed up.

Easy to play. Loved it played for years. But. Ads to long, game play is now jittery, and stalls to slomo. Think its spending my processor time getting adverts. Become annoying. Often goes straight to google play, sometimes screen sticks on black. Music is highly annoying with adds. Have a few adds by all means but this is totally OTT. May have to uninstall. Used to be the best.

Shuffles are balanced, Daily Challenged are easy to win (comparatively speaking). Hints seem to suggest the best sequential play (not that I ever use hints, wink-wink), not just the next possible play (you know.... the kind that end up going back and forth). I haven't played 3 colors yet so I can't comment on that.

Really good game, very addictive. There aren't lots of ads either but occasionally when I move a card it will land on an empty slot instead of where I intended to put it which can be annoying when you're trying to get under 100 moves.

I really liked this app until they made an update. My favorite feature was being able to have my own background; however, when you pick a photo to use, it doesn't apply it to the background. The background remains the original green one.

Couldn't finish the 1st darn game... It " FROZE "up on me 😖 !!! Then I tried to play it AGAIN, after rebooting my phone, and it starting running an ad at the bottom of the screen while I was trying to play the game!❓ NOT 😎guys.... Therefore, had to uninstall it! Wish I could say it was fun, but it NEVER gave me a chance to enjoy it ☹️

Well I did enjoy even with the adverts but now well its bye bye. The latest update has changed how everything is placed on the screen and it is now so small that even in landscape mode I struggle to see the cards. Basically if you need glasses then you need to swap to binoculars or like myself find a new game. Bye bye game was nice knowing you

The game itself is fine, but the ads they have between each game just always load and no option to mute them even when the game setting for sounds is off. Very annoying

Initially, this app was pretty functional, but it seemed the ads became more frequent. The final straw was the forced upgrade, which was not clearly an upgrade to this app but seemed to be linked to other apps. My patience has run out and I uninstalled this infuriating app.

I like the game. It's fun to play and has all the standard options. Except what sets this one apart from the others is the forced ads are very short 5 seconds usually.

This app doesn't work anymore, it forces you to "upgrade" to a completely new app, wipes your stats and if you pay for no ads in this version, well apparently that doesn't matter, you will have to pay again. Deleted both apps.

Basically a good game .. one major glitch .. the cards are sticky - when you try to place a card, the card jumps to a different row. Then moving the card to the desired row costs an extra point. A bit frustrating

I'm really enjoying this game. There are no ads, or not ones that I have noticed. The game itself is challenging and I like the idea of going up against others and time. The graphics, speed, basically, everything about this game is....well.....5 stars✌

I really enjoy this clean and fun version of spider solitaire. Major feedback/suggestion I have is: include something to purchase with the coins you earn from winning. Maybe more themes, backgrounds, etc. Right now the coins are useless.

Great game but no customer support tab. To contact if any issues so I am posting on the review. It has achievements but doesn't explain how to get them. Or what is needed for them. But game play is great and enjoyable.

Have been trying many Spider Solitaire apps. This one is the best at the moment. Very practical. Full options to set as per each user prefers. Nice design. Not too many ads. Thanks a lot. 💙 Love this app.
