The app no longer let's you log in, connect or anything. And when it did work the camera didn't! If they were going to shut the company down, the least the could've done was figured out how to keep the app going. Very disappointed in the whole company.
Connected but app claims no wifi is connected. I have a dual band wifi and tried both wifi signals but the app still refuses to let me proceed stating I am not connected to wifi even though I am. What a waste of time and internet downloading this.
I purchased the Spiegel 60609 sewing machine a yeat ago and i just had time to play with it. I have downloaded the sewing app and i cannot connect or sign up. Im giving 1 star because there is poor communication between your facebbok page, and Facebook messaging. Also if you dont have Amazon or Instagram you cant down load the app. Giving your app a huge thumbsdownđź‘Ž
I can't because I didn't have one! I NEVER MADE IT PAST THE LOG IN SCREEN! It asks you to sign up and after you fill in your information it takes you back to the same screen. Uggghhhh sooo frustrating
An app cannot make you happy. However, this app allows for great use of the camera already in the Spiegel sewing 60609 machine. See GreetingsAndHandmade at Instagram for video. The one thing I dont like is having to purchase extra stitches. Spiegel! If you sell stitches then there should be an ongoing addition of stitches. Stitches were purchased by me and I still do not have access Hmmm. (My only complaint.) App great, Machine does what its suppose to.
Im trying to sign up but every time i do it tells me i have poor wifi conections. Then once i found out that there is a wifi code for the sewing mechine it still wouldnt work and very confusing....
The app is not connecting to my wifi. Iam ready to return the machine. How come customer service is not fixing this app. Sooo erked.
Can't register because I keep getting an error message that I'm not connected....However, I am connected. It shouldn't be this complicated.
Cant even log in from the start although it did let me create account....but that's all its let me do! Complete waste of time!

I have the Siegel sewing machine which is perfect so I installed the app for the camera on the machine. The operational videos are a great help to get started using the machine. I thought it would also be a portal to Siegel shopping and patterns like it advertises but other than the camera (which I don't use but would be nice if someone was a big social media person) I can not find any use for this app. I am sorry Siegel but if you want me to be a Siegel customer for supplies, patterns, or notions you make it where I can look while using my app. You may also consider making an app for Windows. I have multiple tablets but my go to is a Windows
I found this app while exploring sewing patterns and sewing pattern apps. I installed it because it only had one review and with a name like Spiegel's I knew it couldn't be that bad. I wanted to see for myself. Well I installed it just fine and opened it up and there are beautiful pictures there are great videos. If I had the sewing machine to hook it up I would!

I am thinking about buying the sewn machine mostly because of the ability to get more and more stitches. However when I tried to register so that I could look around the app, I get an error message telling me I'm not connected to Wi-Fi which was completely inaccurate. I was first connected to a regular internet and then connected via my phones Hotspot. This is not a good first step...
