Even signing in with provider, programming is very limited. Only very old shows are listed. Bar Rescue only streams the very 1st 10 shows...nothing new. There are only 6 other shows offered and only several real old episodes. It's a joke!
Everyday and everytime im watching a show on this app it always buffer for more than five minutes and then looses it connection. I'm paying for this app and don't understand it at all. Even with the CBS all Access. This is just wrong and a waist of money and time. I want a full refund for as long as i have been with you all.
No matter how many times I verify my subscription through DirecTV, I cannot watch this service with any dependability. It may or may not show one or two episodes and then gives me error messages until I log out or delete the app and then sign in all over again and then it will show me one or two more episodes, Paramount has good content, it's a shame that these apps are so poor. Based on this, I cancelled my Paramount Plus account and deleted both apps. I'm done with you guys.
I don't mind the app itself, but there are WAY TO MANY commercials. I understand it's free but don't like that there are 3-4 minutes of ads every 10 minutes. There are so many free apps out there with no commercial. Also don't like that I can only watch it with wifi other wise its buffering every 30 seconds so you can't even enjoy the show your watching.
Trash. Constantly crashing and saying there's is no network connection. Forces me to restart my firestick because it won't move from that screen and the remote won't work. All the other apps work just fine. This is the ONLY one that keeps crashing. I'm glad I got a trial because I would never pay full price for a monthly subscription.
I have to give it a 3.5, the interface is not friendly for switching episodes within a show. Netflix has that down pat.
During an recently forgotten my password and tried more than 5 plus ➕ 🙃 times to have an choice between resetting my new password with code company, or corporate response by email 📧 choice 🤔. Yet it keeps saying remember your old password constantly!!!!!????? Makes no sense whatsoever 😕!? And for to upgraded my new additional personal information into letting them know that I'm the same person of both accounts. I strongly agreed to all the former and new accountants of customers unsubsc!
I give this a -5 stars if I could. It's trash like the Paramount Plus app. Constantly buffering & crashing. We don't download apps just to go through 50 troubleshooting routes. Definitely won't waste my money subscribing. The trial isn't really worth it either. Don't waste your time on this app The response has nothing to do with my review. Says A LOT!!!
Does not cast well at all. I have great internet, yet can only cast 30 seconds. Thank you for an app with 10 tv shows that you can't watch. What a way to make an app to make people download for nothing for the company's benefit. 30 minutes in still does not work. Such a great application!!!! (Sarcasm)
Can't log in w/ my paid Paramount + info. It has an error after every episode I watch. It doesn't have the missing seasons that other sites says it will. (ie: SWAT season 3 or Yellowstone 1-3 has 4) The licensing deals they have & don't have determining what shows are shown when & where is confusing & shows just how much they care more about one thing and little about the customers. Oh and the frequency of the commercials is ridiculous!
App is very temperamental. If you cast it to a TV & try to rewind or fast forward, it will black out the picture on the casted device. Also, it has casted the picture In a very tiny picture box.
You ruined halo and star trek what an absolute garbage organization. Please quit acquiring IPs that people love, just to ruin the best things about them. Now I have no hope or any decent film studio picking up some of my favorite series because you either own the rights or have made it appear these properties are unprofitable through your ineptitude.
Constantly glitches saying titles aren't available in the middle of watching the show. Ads take 5x the amount of time because they never load.
There should be negative stars here. This app will glitch constantly. Makes you watch 3 minutes of ads before the show starts 3 minutes of show, then 3 more minutes of ads. Before it just kicks you out to start over and have to watch ads again. Even "extras" has ads! Unbelievable. I have reinstalled, contacted support 2x, and now am waiting another 24 to 48 business hours. That's a full week and another business day. I hate this network now, hate the app. No show is worth this.
Way, way more commercials than any other streaming service I have tried. Longer breaks and more of them. And they apparently have only a handful of adds because we see the same ones over and over again. I even had to watch the same one four times in a row. Don't get this one if you can do without it.
Sorry, this video is not available. While you're watching these shows, and the endless commercials keep breaking the app saying "Sorry, this video not available " so you clear memory, hell, even uninstall and reinstall.. same problems, different devices. Fix this garbage.
Buggy and almost unwatchable at times. When you're watching an episode, it will freeze up during one of the commercial breaks and kick you back to the show page. When you come back to your show, you have to sit thru another 2.5 mins of commercials and hope it doesn't lock up again.
Just subscribed. I was looking forward to watching season 4 of Yellowstone. 🤦♂️ so then there are ads lol. For 46 seconds......cool! Then soon as those 46sec ads end then there are 2 mins 15 sec of ads immediately after that.......then you get the season "preview" then 2mins 35sec of more ads. Like, REALLY????? This what im paying for? Cause i dnt pay for "cable" yall squeezing me like this? Thats 5 minutes of ads before i even get to watch what im paying for? Ill buy somewhere else!! ✌💯🙏🏼
Way too many commercials and every time it goes to commercial break there is horrible lag getting back to the show or I get error messages saying this content can't be played. It takes me 2 hours to get through one 45 min episode! Please fix your app!
You have to have a subscription to a different service to watch.. don't understand why paramount plus and network are not compatible.
Abysmal Free Selection. I fail to see the purpose of an app that requires a Cable/Sat Provider Subscription. The majority of those providers already offer On Demand Streaming. So, what's the purpose? In order to have access to anything live or current a Cable/Sat subscription is required. Another network has commercials, doesn't require any content provider subscription. Access to all programming is free because commercials are included.
The videos don't play they just sit there and buffer the ads have no issues playing all the way through without buffering once. Constantly says this video isn't available.
In a word frustrating. The app constantly stops and cycles interrupting the flow of whatever you are watching. Doesn't matter time day or on what devise, the issue is constant. Please fix soon!
The amount of ads this garbage app has is insane, if you skip ahead 30 seconds, 8 ads, go back 30 seconds? 8 ads. This kind if advertising makes me never want to use anything they are shoving down my throat. What smoothbrain at paramount thought this was a good idea?
Somewhat tolerable on phone, useless to worse on Samsung series 8 tv. App can not be found on tv at all but play store indicates it is installed. Clicking on the app just freezes the browser.
App glitches, paramount as a whole has a terrible setup with their content spread across multiple apps and absolutely dogging cable cutters for not having a premium tv subscription. Get with the times Paramount.
Over all i like the app and the shows it provides. On my tv with roku it runs flawlessly. Watching it on my phone it lags and needs to buffer like every 2 minutes. If they fix the phone issue i could do 5 stars but until then it will be 2. I pay for the app and paying for something that isn't really working doesn't make much sense.
