the app is too intrusive. it forces you to share your contacts. I don't want to share my contacts, simple! waste of time with lots of potential.
I gave up at registration. Long, complicated and didn't even get verification code.. Uninstalling

scam. this app is built by the so called Nigerian Yahoo boys. they use it to get information from you. please dont register or after registration quickly change your email address.

Why can't I delete my account?
Terrible app. I have $11 credit on my account and will not allow me to use it for phone number payment.... it can only be used for calls, which means adding additional funds to pay for number.... very bad !!
Unable to Join after installing the app, error says something went wrong, contact support. No option to contact support as well
Website says France. App says no. Misleading at best. The app took my personal info then didn't offer France after all. Submitted a request to remove my data per GDPR

I am withdrawing my earlier 1-start review and giving it a 3-star . Currently the Spikko services that I have subscribed for is working ok, if this continuous I might give it additional stars. After multiple emails to support the services were re-activated, fees refunded also I've been given a 10 USD credit (which I didn't want). I was truly disturbed the way my case was handled before the credit and refund. I wrote to the support about my number being inactive all of a sudden. As a response I got an automated mailer saying that due to a security trigger my account was disabled in connection with alleged "suspicious activity". Even after further writing to support and escalating the services were not activated instead the subscription fee refund was initiated. Never was I given notice about the security trigger or the status of my account, and I had no clue since when the services was disconnected since I first discovered it.
Not even able to make a single call. After installing I was unable to buy credits using both PayPal as well as Credit card, reported several times but no response from the company, even the chat/request call options are not working. Not even able to make a single call.
When i open the app.. It stops and i get message... Unfortunately Spikko Stopped ok
Easy to set up, test call worked fine. Looked at many options and spikko method seemed better quality than Skype number.
Changed my feedback. The customer service personnel called and solved my issue. Works great now!
I used a password according to app 10 number and .... but always not supported
More than 1 year the msg stuck, I'm not getting any notifications, I cant delete them, I cant received any new messages. I send emails almost every other week, I get answers, "sorry for the inconvenience, reinstall the program"..... seriously, more than year. I understand if the program free, but I'm paying monthly for out and in phone calls.
