Spirit of Alaska FCU - Mobile Banking

Originally, I rated 2 stars in 2020 because of how often I would get error- could not validate- messages. Over the years, this has happened seemingly more often. Today again, I stand here at the airport car rental, out of state - on a trip for a funeral, my credit card "needs assistance " from a representative, app doesn't work, I can't log into my account, and the bank doesn't open for 4 hours. After 10 years, I'm feeling like it may be time to move on.

Really useful app, and the deposit check feature has saved me so much time. The app always works great for me.

Mobile deposit function rarely works, checks frequently get rejected...waste of time

Very frustrating. I'm getting sick and tired of every time there's an update or something I have to fight and argue to get the app to even be able to recognize my credentials. If all I'm going to do is constantly get locked out of my account because their system isn't working right probably not something I need to have. I shouldn't have constant complications with the people holding my money.

Terrible app! After updating my account with the new app update, it still wouldn't recognize my login and give me access to my account. I thought maybe it was just the app so I tried the actual online login through the website as well, same problem. I KNOW my username and password entered are 100% accurate. Even after changing my password (which I shouldn't have had to do in the first place) it still wouldn't recognize my login or give me access to my accounts! The old one was better. FIX THIS!!

App works great! It would be greatly improved if it could be used to deposit checks. I have to keep an account open in a separate bank just to have the capacity to make app deposits.

((Usability) Works well, occasionally get errors.. but it mostly resolves by restarting the app and CardValet gets less errors and I use that in conjunction with this.) Oh I hate this app. Locked me out because of update. Had to call to get it unlocked. Then I had to change my password because of this update. Because my password had one of the same letters as the last, "do not use a previous password".... they then make you answer five questions that make zero sense. I was surprised they didn't ask for the blood of an angel. By far, the absolute worst banking app I have ever used.

App is ok, but I am running out of passwords I can remember. Once a month or so I'll go to log in and it wont accept my fingerprint so I have to go through the change my password deal about once a month. Pain.

Slow and doesn't work consistently. Freezes up and won't allow log in. Makes me concerned that it may not be that secure. Will probably uninstall.

Freezes up and can't sign in frequently. Have deleted a d reinstalled several times but does the same thing. Can't edit your checks from App.

Worked well for me in conjunction with the card valet app, but a few weeks ago it stopped working for my device. If it works for you 5/5 for me it just does not work anymore.

First time logging in, the transfer went so quick and smooth. I did not know there was a mobile app, thank you!!

Very intuitive. Mobile check deposit and instant balance are awesome features.

Although I appreciate the security that sfcu provides, the fact that I cannot reuse older passwords makes it continually frustrating over time to remember my password!

This app is total grabage, freezes up after 1 tine uesing it, then you have to reinstall it just to open it.

Heavy snow today, and the roads are not plowed so I tried this app rather than use the ATM on Geist Road. This app is safer than negotiating the traffic.

App doesn't work about half of the time- it's been easier to use a web browser, which defeats the purpose of an app.

There is such a thing as to much security it takes about 20 min just to log in...you have a username password and about 10 to 15 security questions to answer every time you want to login its hot garbage

I enjoy using it and have never had any issues with this app. I can use it on all my devices. Great!

Ok i did the update, called to open it, i log in with all the new stuff and it asks for your phone number then kick you out wth man... been doing this for 4 days now...someone fix the damn thing

I like it. Compared to the old app this new one is much better. It could use a bit more upgrading.
