Splash Math - Parent Connect

Doesn't work! My child is using the app (full paid version), however it's not registering the work she's doing.

The learning is great. This app works fine. I'm however disappointed with the kids app. Its not compatible with my phone and tablet which are recent models. That's pretty poor service considering it's not a cheap service to pay upfront for. My niece has access to the app on her tablet although it keeps crashing. After writing in a complaint I was told I could still access through a laptop. My niece is 3 years old and cannot operate a laptop. Great learning but just really disappointing app.

Meh, the kids app is decent, you have to explain the instructions though. Parent app doesn't work properly. Don't expect to be able to track your kids progress. Half the time it doesn't get the info from the kids app and the other times it's almost a week late, and the reports are never right. They are so far behind or only partially show what's been completed.

Its a scam.I was recommended splashlearn through my son's school 3rd gr. paid for the free trial and a week trying to figure out how the lessons worked myself was a challenge after the free trial expired they charged me for a quarterly year ever since then I haven't been able to even find a device thats compatible for the app and my son can't understand about half of the lessons is not progressing at all through it and even went as far as someone foreign calling me wanting more money for tutors

Last spring our school tried using this. Had nothing but trouble with the apps and wound up using the website because it was the only place to log in. Fast forward to fall and now I cannot sign up for parent connect with my email because it is attached to some failed attempt from spring so I had to use my business email. I'm so beyond frustrated. I don't know if it's on the school or the program but uggh!

Our five year old enjoys the new app! He is excelling in reviewing the materials he learned from splashmath (he was disliking it as it was getting harder) & having fun doing it. He's mastering kindergarten & will review first & second grades math next & he's mastering first grade reading. We, as parents, like it because we use it to enhance his education, are able to review his work & see his progress & weaknesses as well as watch him have fun using his skills in the learning games.

Paid $90 for an account, app does not work at all. Will not log in Contacted customer support multiple times and was told to uninstall and reinstall app everytime. After a few attempts at that, was told that they would send problem to someone else. Over a month later and no response.

Overall good experience with the app. Good to see my nephew's performance & his ability to crack math skills. There are reports, feedback & the detailed progress of the child. App is easy to use and is quick.

I was overcharged 3 times in the last 3 quarters, i have tried to contact you many times with no answer and no refund i will be taking legal actipn if this is not resolved asap this is atleast $400 you owe me

I tried canceling since we do not use it often enough, bit it is no where to be found in my subscriptions. I have tried on the computer and through the app, and I cannot get my free trial to cancel. Now I'm being charged!

My son is in 3rd grade and was having difficulty so he did the practice trial and he loved it. So i downloaded the app but i can't log in so im thinking of cancelling because I tried calling no answer and no response to my emails otherwise i would of given this app 5 stars because it's everything my son needs to practice and advance in math.

Won't log in. The kids app work great but I can't log into the parent app. Its says I need to update. But I can not find an update. I installed and reinstalled and it still won't work.

Can't download the app. Says " we're not ready for you yet." Won't allow me to use any method to sign in using my existing account. I'd be cautious. The positive reviews all seem bogus and all appear similar in style, which is typical of some kind of scam or phishing attempt. Deleting the app.

Horrible app. Is not accurate. Does not track correctly. Poor product for free....but they make you pay $60 every single year! Doh!

Horrible customer service when emailed. No one responds to feedback I provide. What the website conflicts with what the app says. If you get three stars, a green check, and a 100% how is the app now showing that the student has completed/mastered that section?!

Best app to track your child's progress for all the apps of Splash Math. You can get timely updates of how your child is progressing in their respective grade app. I love this 🤩

Parent app will not sync with my son's progress. Makes it difficult to monitor. Already paid $90 for the year and it does not work as advertised.

Horrible, splashlearn has taken money out of my bank account twice and I can not access the app. I have emailed them for a month now with zero assistance.

I just signed up for the trail but it doesn't tell you how many days you have before they charge your account.You can only email this app and from what I have already seen from the reviews you don't answer your emails and I am not able to locate an actual phone number for the app neither what a joke.And this is suppose to be a app for students to get help with there Math.I want to know how to get my refund returned immediately because I will be removing the app after I get my refund.So ashame!!!

App isn't working and I cannot figure out how to cancel trial. The "helpdesk" wants me to record everything and send to them but I just want out before they charge me! I should have read the reviews first.

I signed up for the free trial, and when I received the notification that my free trial would be up and I would start being charged tomorrow, I decided that I wood terminate my membership. When I went into the app, there was absolutely no way to go into your account and terminate it.

Can't login after sign up. Got so many mails but opt sent always said session expired. So finally deleted the app. Disappointing

App not actually launched yet. Confirmed with company after buying membership online that the app is being updated from the old Math version. So only available online currently. If you check the SplashLearn app you'll see it says still in development stage. Just an FYI so no one else has trouble.

Doesn't work. Paid, logged in did everything and the parent app doesn't work. Keeps saying I need to update the app but there is nothing to update.

Won't log in keeps saying have to update. And this needs to be fix immediately bc this is the same thing that is happening and has been happening to everyone.

Great App to showcase and monitor my child's growth. This allows to access and get unlimited reports of how my child is clearing levels and moving ahead with multiplication, addition and division. 💝💝💝💝

Installed because I thought it was free. Now I see after a free trial it will automatically bill me. I am unable to uninstall. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

A great supplementary app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to keep track of my kid's progress, specially when I'm leaving them with the babysitter or at their grandparents' over the weekend.

SplashLearn has taken money out of my account twice after I cancelled my subscription. Now I can't get in contact with anyone about my refund.

Great for keeping track of daughter's progress 💯, it's much easier to reinforce her weak points now, thanks a lot. 👍
