Unfortunatly just getting a black screen on my Samsung s7 when connecting to machines. Will test on some other devices. Anyone know where the logs are so I can have a look why I'm getting just a black screen and send the logs to support (using with atera fyi)
When I launch from Atera it says no RMM app installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Splashtop RMM. I have also cleared cache and storage. It works for others, just not for me.
Works great for me. I have it integrated through a re-branded portal from NinjaRMM
Very reliable. Great load speed. (Using with Atera RMM). Copy and paste work for text. Can run in the background to leave app and come back. Also, works in split screen mode (Android 7). Mobile version does not have chat or file share features like the desktop. I see that this app didn't have too many good reviews but certainly deserves one. This app will not do anything if you don't have an RMM that supports it (so don't leave bad reviews if you can't figure out how to use it).

It works well with NinjaRMM. App launches and does what it's supposed to. The UI for options like keyboard shortcuts could be cleaner, but no complaints on functionality
