This app feels great for people of varying ability and experience levels. The training doesn't take a super long time each day, and breaks are built in. My only big complaint is that some of the stretches are a little hard to replicate with the angle you see of the trainer. You have to hit the question mark button for an in-depth video for that specific stretch which pauses your timer but not a big deal.

This is the least user-friendly exercise app I've tried. I do like the stretches and progression for flexibility. However, there's no option to change the time between exercises, but if you skip to the next one, you don't get a countdown before starting. There's no description of the exercise to make sure you're doing it properly. Most annoyingly, it's really unclear whether certain movements are intended to be repeated or held for the duration of the exercise.

I love this app over all. But there's one thing I wish you guys had... They recommend Playing music. Which would probly be helpful for me. But When I'm in the exercise how can I play music at the Time? Anyway. It would be great if you guys could add a option for different sound... But besides that over all I think this app is great!

There are no audio instructions on how to perform certain exercises. Can't figure out in i have to hold that particular position or keep on repeating it. Certain positions need more clarifications. They aren't understandable just by looking at the screen. Some attachment of video clippings or instructions must be there.

This app has exersizes that help a lot with getting the splits, there is an option for a 90, 60, and 30 day trial for people that are not as in shape as others and some that just about have there splits. It also offers more breaks in between for the longer trials. This app is organized and has layed everything out neatly. I hope this app works for me I am trying to get my splits with the 30 day trial because I am already moderate and very flexible I just want to have my splits and keep them.

I vouch for this app it works if you use it correctly and consistently. My only thing is the excercises are exactly the same every single time. Now they work they really really do... it just gets a bit tedious and boaring doing the exact same thing vir about 20 to 30 every single day.

Bestest app for splits, if this could be word. I had like next to nothing ad experience.and best part is they ask u to do split after exercises and u can record ur progresss too. I tried using other apps for splits and they like give u a plan but never tell u wjen to split. Idk what im writing . But this was the best app i hve used for splits.and u see a real person doing the execise. Instead of animation so it is easy to understand what u have to do.

Great app, i think it really helps with the flexibility and doing a split. But the exercises are the same everyday (and adds one new exercise every time), and since I'm doing the 90 days challenge, (i'm on day 25) that's a little bit boring...but thanks anyways

This app is great my children and i are doing the ninety days one we are getting more and more flexible every day my only concerns though are too many adds and after i finish an exercise it freezes for a bit also after a while they could change the exercises up a little but other than that it is a great app

Watch an advertisement before you even open the app. Poor form. The first thing I saw after opening the app, an advertisement for something else. Fine with ads, but this app is loaded with them. Deleted

The stretches are good but it would be better if it has a timer that will tell you when to begin and end. Also, it doesn't allow music to go through which is bad for me.
