This app is so fun and simple, a lot of apps I have tried for workouts, and to do the splits, start off really hard. This app starts off super easy and really let's you start at a complete first level, at the beginning I wasn't flexible at all, a few days in and I can already do the splits. This app let's you go from completely not flexible to 100% flexible. It is even just a really fun workout! It is completely free, and let's you go at your pace! Just make sure you drink water! have fun!

This app is helpful for a beginner like me in learning to do the splits. The descriptions have many grammatical errors, but as long as you can read between the lines and understand the video examples, you should be fine. I've used this app for three weeks so far and have noticed signfigant improvement in my flexibility. Hopefully in another month or two I'll be able to do a full split.

The app is very nice. It has warming exercises before all the stretching what is perfect to avoid injuries. The weak point is that in the videos they do not say when to turn to the other side, the description on the pictures are accurate but it's not possible to read it all during the rest time between the exercises. Other suggestion is put some little break to change the side during the same exercise.

I love this app!! Before I tried this app, I had gone through so many improving flexibility apps. When I started this app, I couldn't even go half way down in the splits, but after just 3 days, I could go down to just 5 cm of the floor. It may be hard work, but just stick through it and you get awesome rewards. The timer really helps a lot. I recommend this for any flexibility level.

It's challenging and beneficial. As long as you push through and motivate yourself everyday even though you're extremely sore, you'll improve whether or not by 100% or 1%, improvement is improvement. Though it's challenging, the app is simple and easy to use. It takes time and patience and consistency. I love this app and recommend it if you want to become more flexible and kick in a good workout! XX

Intensive, but effective. I do love this app. It's not for the faint hearted! Some wording and photos are unclear. Could do with explaining what areas the stretch should be targeting. As a person with hyper extension in my hips I could do with extra guidance. Also the 5 second break between left-hand and right-hand stretches isn't always enough as it can be quite painful and slow getting out of some of the stetches.

EXCELLENT!!! I just had this app for 46 minutes and im already feeling more felxible! and yes it does make me do hard work but that's the point! if it doesn't make you do hard work then you won't learn how to do the splits. I love this app so much and im really really glad I downloaded this and if any of you guys want to do the splits in less than a year then I totally recommend this.

Very good idea! Needs lots of improvement in the descriptions because it got confusing as there is bad grammar, misspellings and inconsistencies of how specific the instructions are. I have to guess a lot and take the time to pause the workout (great feature BTW). Would be good if the picture would change sides for a visual cue as well. I would still definitely recommend this despite the issues. Some exercises may require props/walls etc to help people like me who have 90ยบ angle flexibility..๐Ÿ˜‚

This app allows you to follow along with the stretches in real time: exactly what I was looking for. The descriptions appear to be translated into english and as a result aren't always clear, so that could be improved. Those complaining that you have to do the splits on day 1 have misunderstood the instructions: you are given stretches which could result in the splits if you're flexible enough, but it's OK if you don't manage to go down as far as the model. I'll write an update on day 30.

(READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE APP IS REALLY ABOUT) really good splits excercises with a helpful timer however it could use a cool down, each session is about 20 mins. Some people might struggle but if you do then don't do the excercises to a high extent. Start on the first level so you don't find it too hard and the person on the app can do the splits, they wouldn't have made an app if they couldn't, so don't think they are trying to show off, just think that will be you in 30 days

The exercises are good, but will be challenging. It only gives the description of what to do in detail, when you are actually doing the exercise, which is weird. However the gif images and timings are clear. It's simply a very good workout, but focuses on getting closer to the splits. Only time will tell if I ever can do them.

Been using this app about 3 or 4 times a week for 2 weeks. And despite not following the schedule religiously, I have seen a lot of improvement in my flexibility. I'm naturally an inflexible individual so realistically wont achieve splits within 30 days. However the app is free, has straightforward stretches, and an easy interface which I like.

Great App for streching the leg muscles and learning spilts! I am still a beginner (I just started(3 days in) and it feels great! I am satisfied with the exercises and the time for those excersices. Except, the timing for switching sides from left to right is just 5 seconds. I am giving all I have to do the stretches hence it takes time to get to a normal posture and then switch sides! Only if you could maybe pwease increase it to 20 seconds It would be great, plus I will buy the app afterwards.

Thank you for this app. I need to improve my flexibility. This is actually a very intensive program. Appreciate the video demonstrating. I didn't expect that. Even the beginner is challenging. The warm up is a wake up call to how unfit you are which is good. Great work and I am looking forward to similar apps. The ones by this developper are excellent and I love them. I hope you will consider making more programs for other flexibility and dancer/yoga/gymnast related skills. Staye awesome.

Just comoleted the first set of exercises, the warm up is hard but the stretches were what i expected and more. ๐Ÿคž i get to learn the splits once ive completed the set, i am hopeful. great content! Some of the instructions are confusing and suggestions for modification would be nice as i am nowhere near as good as the lady pictured so its hard to see if im heading in the right direction.

The app is designed for relatively good fitness level. If you are a beginner of physical fitness then thwn this programme wi be pretty difficult for you - especially cardio parts. I think that exercises last too long timewise. Would be more intersting to get more repetitions yet shorten the time of each exercise. I also feel that not enough hip stretches are included. It will definitely help with flexibility but its very challenging.

Great. I can feel that I am making progress by following this app. I like the countdown and visual aid so you know what exercise is coming up (including breaks between exercises and switching sides). Only downside is the exercises are more for middle splits than front splits which is what I'm working on but these exercises are still good and I will continue to use the app as it helps.

I just like it all around. The appearance, ease of use, the voice, the amount of time for each exercise and rest times, etc. Only one thing missing. I want to do all the splits, not only the middle splits. They're needs to be options to do middle only and for all splits.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! I would totally recommend to people who can't do the splits. It helps you get better, but I can't do the splits properly yet, because I have only fid the first two days in Level 1. But if you say when to change legs then that would be really helpful for some people. Here are some things that you could (Don't need to) add: A camera next to how you do the strech; it could tell you how good you are. โ˜บ

Whew! Just did that for my (home schooled) son's P. E.. Man alive, we got a proper sweat on. It's fabulous. I'm a PT and did lots of ballet when younger, but this still challenged me. Such clear and concise instruction. Best app I've used for exercise in a long time, and the best part is that we'll be able to measure our progress in our improved flexibility as we go along.

I've always wanted to be able to do the splits but I could never get a workout that really worked for me. This app is wonderful! Gives you visuals and written instructions for each exercise and a timer to let you know how long to work out for. I'm only on day 10 but I can already see an improvement in my flexibility!! I highly recommend this app!

It's been only one day and I feel like it will help me a lot not only being more flexible, but also having stronger body structure. I do recommend this app for people who already have their splits but want to be even more flexible. However, for people who cannot do splits at all and want learn how to do it from scratch I do not recommend you use this app.

I just finished day 1 and can tell that this is going to be great. Made me realize just how bad my cardio was ๐Ÿ˜ฅ but the timer was the push to keep going. Exercises are a great warm up and the vids and written description under each made it simple to follow along. Have been slowly pushing to get my pancake so I like how this is going to help with that and my general flexibility. I saw 1 small ad before it started the routine. It's def a keeper!!!

I dont like that u cant change the metric for US. Im no good at math, thats why i exercise. Also, should allow us to see the exercise b4 it comes up, not just what number the exercise is in the list. There should be a way to change the timer, but being able to skip past it is better than nothing.

Excessive ads, and not much difference in exercises (there are three levels... not sure why, when the exercises are the same). Furthermore, I feel the exercises are too short to get the full benefit of each stretch. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because it motivates me to stretch everyday.

This was honestly the best, stick to the exercises, even though they seem a little crazy at first. Today was my first day doing the excersizes even though I've had the app for a while, and I already almost have my left split. I am so happy๐Ÿ˜Š. Another thing that is absolutely amazing about this app is that there is hardly any ads. I definitely recommend this app, just stick to it and I guarantee you (and I) will have all of the splits in no time!!!

Good app for stretching. My hammies don't feel sore anymore. I wish they had names for each stretch so I could look up videos on how to do each exercise better. I wish there was more variation from the advanced program to the beginner one..it's pretty much the same exercises and length of time. I wouldn't pay money for this app. I feel like an app like trybe would be better app for getting paid stretching routines that are more in depth.

I like several things about this app: 1)It coaches me through the timing of each exercise so that I can follow along without having my eyes glued to the screen. 2) It doesn't have any tacky music playing during the exercises so I get to play my own music ๐Ÿ˜ 3) It's free!
