I turned in my bike and was told it would be 2-3 weeks before it was available to be rented. A month goes by, I contact them and they say they're on it. Another month goes by and I say, "I'm thinking about getting my bike back, it's still unavailable." They say it will be ready by the end of the week. Two more months go by, and I come to get my bicycle. It hasn't been touched in 4 months, is covered in cobwebs and dust in the parking garage of the office they used to have. You won't make any money off this, I only earned heartache. EDIT: After posting this review and working things out with them, I was refunded the cost for getting my bicycle cleaned up and running again. The good news is Spokefly is run by decent people; but unfortunately they are not the service that was advertised to me: a business that will take care of renting your bike, leaving you to periodically check and maintain it while the bike earns money for you.
Please fix app.....it auto loads random parts that you don't want it to and you can't back out of certain things....
It's nice to be able to end a ride anywhere you want without having to find a rental station.
Super great concept - I'm always looking for an easier way to get around the city, especially during SXSW or weekends. Tons of bikes in the downtown area. My only qualm is that it's a little buggy when it comes to submitting data in the app. Either way, can't wait to try it out!
The truth like Sojourner!
A really handy tool to have around town. Makes it easy to plan trips, but I really like that it allows for spontaneity with the map view!
Super quick and easy to use.
Closest bike is 3mi away. The menu is sluggish to come up if it comes up at all.
Great app for renting bikes!
Wouldn't even allow me too log in...useless
