This app has its flaws, but until recently was passable. In the last few days however, whenever there is an audio interruption such as a phone call, the audio "resets", in that my place is lost when listening within the hour buffer. Prior behavior was that the audio would pause then resume from where I left off. Edit: this also happens when I hit the pause button as well....

I would give this 5 stars but recently when I pause the stream instead of pausing it closes the stream and takes me to the app home page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted data etc. No dice. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Other than that I have been using the app with no issues for three years.

There are adds on the app that include music, so everytime the add comes across the screen the audio from the show stops and the music from the app starts playing. This sometimes will happen up to 3 or 4 times within a 5 minute period, making the app impossible to use

Loses my spot when I pause. Everyone I hit pause, it completely shuts down the audio and I have to refind my spot. And every time I seek I get a new notification that pops up, which is annoying. Otherwise it "works".

App was finally working well (other than randomly shutting down when connected to Android Auto), but now anytime I pause a live show the app resets. Very annoying & frustrating to constantly have to find where I was listening.

Agree with previous comments. I've had this app since the day it was released and no problems until recently. Now it locks up when the screen locks, you get a phone call or just quits working all together. Sometimes I Uninstall that helps for a few days but then we are right back to shutting down. Especially if your in your vehicle on Android Auto. Today the App doesn't work at all.

Random issues with app crashing, ads popping up during content...very annoying. Can no longer stream live or podcasts as it keeps crashing even after Uninstall and reinstall and checking for updates and my phone as well

Was a great app, but agree with the previous review about the audio stopping when the screen locks. I haven't changed any settings, but it did not used to pause when locking. Update: app is working correctly... Thanks!

Far too many bugs/shutdowns. Every 10~15 mins it will stop playing or close itself, and any time I'm listening on a delay the feed stops if I lock my screen. Used to love using this app daily, now it's as much an annoyance as it is useful.

I'm currently having the same problem as everyone else. The app stops when the screen goes black, I get a phone call etc. Super annoying. It's been great till now.

This was a 5 star App until Tuesday, December 21, 2021. It now crashes when I try to open it. This is the android version. An Uninstall & Reinstall did fix the problem, for now. I hope there are No More PROBLEMS. ✌🏾😎

Had it for years. It's not perfect but it does the job. I'm happy with it. I use it every day - sometimes multiple times a day. I wish it saved previous shows, but I'm just glad we have something like this available. Not really super buggy and the audio is pretty good quality. There's about a 3 minute lag between actual airtime and what this receives; just FYI.

4-star rating mostly due to how far this app has come along. Realistically, a 3.5-star rating is deserved. #1 — PLEASE add the ability to cast the audio (via AirPlay/Google ChromeCast) other than Bluetooth. The 1-hr playback is so amazing, BUT (due to Bluetooth) often when scrolling through an app (e.g., Instagram/Facebook) and a video is played, this will refresh the TheTicket playback & jump straight ahead to the live audio. Very frustrating to have to go back and very meticulously find where the playback was cut off. #2 — Recently the app has been having some functional issues where the Android OS will pop up an error message saying that "SportsDay is not responding"

App doesn't work. Period. It shuts down if you try to read an article (or anything else), and if you press a notification to open the app, it opens their website in Chrome instead, then tries to force you to subscribe to them. PS I have a brand-new phone which works just fine, so it ain't me.

Like the other comments I've used this app for years. Now it's unstable and crashes. Tried uninstall/reinstall and so far so good. If it stays stable I'll update the review.

Seriously what is up with the commercials playing in the middle of Muser discussions? It's annoying and we're missing key components of their conversations. Is this a glitch or intentional?

Most recent update has a bug. On Android device, live streaming pauses as soon as screen goes dark (inactive). Touching screen causes streaming to resume. Doesn't require you to enter the passcode or take any other action; you just have to activate the screen and the streaming resumes.

Fix this s#$@ Rich! Completely unable to stream the Ticket without buffering every minute or so. I thought it might be my connection but, when I stream on another app, it works flawlessly. I use this app because I like the rewind function, but it just doesn't work anymore.

The November 14th update to this app completely breaks it. The app loads, then as soon as you try to play any audio it immediately crashes. Tried clearing cache, tried deleting storage, try it uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. I had to uninstall. Worthless in its current state.

Same as previous comments. App stops streaming when phone goes to sleep. On a Samsung galaxy. Love it otherwise

in general the features of this app are great. but with update loaded yesterday it shuts down about half the time from just hitting the rewind button once. please fix. also agree with earlier comments about audio stopping on lock screen

This is a great app, unfortunately it now crashes before it can open. Com' mon' man! Not happy.

The only reason this app is worth a damn is the ticket. I do enjoy reading articles and this app is soooo frustrating. Between notifications opening to web page, to inability to refresh stories and to the worthless sorting of articles. For the love of whatever god(s) you worship, please sort by date/time!
