It's nice that I can have my kids teams in one place, but the search option is horrible. If your team has a generic name it's unnecessarily difficult to locate the team. The search needs to be fixed immediately, in my opinion.

Unusable. Wants you to activate your email to even use the app but all the link they send you does is take you to the app store page for the app. Kind of redundant, I think, considering I've already installed the app. Not even worth 1 star seeing as they can't put the correct link into their automated emails.

I get a push notifications right away but when you click to read, the chat messages are so delayed. I get emails about schedule changes but the app doesn't update to reflect the changes.

Was great until my phone did an update , now the app doesn't work. I tried Uninstalling it and reinstalling and says there is a bug. I need this fixed asap, this is how my team communicates, had the schedule etc. Please! Update: yes after fix you guys did I can open it now and view schedule. Thanks!!

I just updated the app, back to square one again. It crashes immediately. I cannot even get it to open. Unfortunately, with this app it has been an issue with one thing after another. If it isn't the roster not loading, it's the RSVP's, or the app crashing.

2012-03-25 UPDATE: Developer replied, app updated to 6.4.5 and appears to be working! +1 star. 2022-02-15 UPDATE: Version 6.3.0 still crashes. ORIGINAL: Version 6.2.1 keeps crashing on Android version 12. Can't even open the app anymore. Disappointing because the previous version of SportsEngine would continually prompt me to update to the latest version every time I'd load the app. Recommendation for developers to remove forced update screen at launch.

I love to give kudos when deserved. This app is good, but the customer service is even better! Just this morning (3/24/22), the app kept closing, and I emailed their customer service. I got a reply back in an hour, and just a few hours later, they fixed it, updated the app, and they sent me another reply. I am very pleased.

My chat won't update for 12-24 hours. I can see in my notification bar that messages are coming, but can't read them in my chat for several hours. Our coaches use this for last-minute schedule changes, so we have found ourselves late/in the wrong place several times. Having used this as both an administrator and parent for 5+ years, I am so frustrated they can't seem to get glitches worked out. They fix 1 and 5 now occur. I'm actively working with our state board to switch platforms.

Please fix asap I received an update alert, I updated the app but once it updated, won't open. I received a notification stating that their a bug on the app. Please fix it asap as I need it to get in contact with Parents. Update: They fixed the bug. The app is working fine now.

Still a few bugs. I'm finding bugs after the last update. The major bugs have been fixed. Others I'm still waiting. I can't post pics in the chat. When I try to check the RSVPs on a certain day the app crashes. And others. I sent in reports to the developers. They have good customer service so I'm confident things will be fixed. It's just very frustrating that the update caused so many issues when we had a great app that worked great before. I wish they waited until the end of the season.

Did the update. Everything worked fine before the update. Chat feature doesn't work anymore when clicking on the icon at the bottom of the screen. Says there are zero members on the teams when we all were on there before. Have to go into each team to use the chat feature & even then it doesn't show name icons next to texts. Previous texts are gone. I clicked on my team(s) and says error.

Super glitchy, sometimes it won't even open. I've been trying to install the latest update for a week and it won't update. Good concept, but so frustrating.

I cannot open the app!!! This is now the second time this has happened since I placed a review on 1/23, which was never addressed at that time. It keeps telling me there is a bug. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it and cannot even get it to open now. I sent an email also. I need this fixed as it is the only communication with daughters team.

I cannot open the app after I installed the latest version. Please help !!!! I've already Uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. Update: problem is fixed and I am now able to open app. Thanks sportsengine

All was good until the 6.2 update disaster. This was/is a forced update, where you can't use the service anymore until you update. Events won't load and previous chat messages are all gone. Reboot and reinstall is 50/50 to get it working, but only temporarily. Chat history is lost regardless. (05 March - thanks for response. It has been working great since the fix.

Keeps all of the information for your team in one place- roster, game schedule, messages, etc. Can set up for push notifications.. can communicate with other players parents without giving out phone number. Group messaging is a breeze in the ap

After the most recent update I cannot access any of my teams information when I click on my teams the app completely shuts down. Update this issue was corrected on the latest update

Had the old Sports Sign Up app for my son's team, had to do a reset on my phone and now I can no longer access the original app. Have to go through Chrome to do it. Team isn't on new Sports Engine app so guess I'm just stuck. If you're going to integrate platforms then make it accessible for everyone and transition all teams over.

The chat feature does not load consistently. When it does, only a portion of the chat shows up. Reported the problem and was told it would be fixed by today. Not fixed. Ugh

I was forced to install this app for my kids little league team. Clunky, wouldn't install correctly on my phone & would not authenticate via my email. Very frustrating.

I do receive chat notifications, but messages themselves only show up in 2-3 days. This is very inconvenient!

Lack of functionality supported. Example, unable to access volunteer schedules to sign up. It's a very limited app with limited functionality.

App starts now after recent fix. Can import to Google calendar, although UI to do that was hard to find.

Cannot get push notification when there are new chat messages. Went though the settings for notification, however, seems like no option for chat messages.

Still does not work. Uninstalled current version went to goole play and reinstalled it. Same issue..... Response timee is also not acceptable.

The latest version 6.4.5 still won't open the app for me, this is after uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version, so I'm not sure what to do at this point Edit: I had to restart my phone for 6.4.5 to work, so updating my review to reflect my user error

App works well with it actual works. For some reason, the app keeps putting my chats on mute after I've unmuted them multiple times. I've don't get notifications that a chat has been sent and have missed important info from my child's coaches.

Often crashes when trying to look at details for prior events. (Update 3/25) the new update appears to have solved the issue where prior events don't load. Thank you.
