I love this app because I can customize it. really love this aspect of it. I have been using it for over a year now. If only I could pick from a bigger pool. what I'm saying is if we have a variety of work outs like the 30 day challenge app does I think we going to do great. So here is the best part, I can customize my inter work out breaks base my last experience to make it more challenging. After all the goal is to beat your last best. I love it when I see that graph arrow keeps going up.

This is the only app of its kind (body weight workouts) that allows you to add your own custom exercises. Would be very nice to have an optional feature where under the "STRENGTH" directory you could scroll the individual exercises so that you can adjust the order in which you do them. There is currently a scroll feature under the "CIRCUIT" directory, but not under the "STRENGTH" directory. Otherwise I would have rated this app a 5 star!

Very simple but well written app. Does exactly what it should. One nice addition would be the ability to create a custom exercise where you can set the pause times and the increase in repetitions yourself. Right now you can only use an already existing exercise as a template.

Nice, basic workout app with some room to customize it as needed. So far, keeping me accountable to workout as scheduled! The prompt to connect to Google is annoying though. Also, note to the developers: instead of launching straight into the workout from the notification, how about navigating to the app and ask to begin? That would be useful.

I like this apps. Really have a lot choices for us to decide which one we plan to do our workout. Follow by the music that has been provided in this apps. All we have to do is just we choose what sort of exercises that we want it. So as the song itself that suits for the workout motivation. Really helpful.

Excellent workout app. Simple but highly effective! I have tried so many different apps but settled on this one, since it's so easy to use! For example, it asks you how many squats you can do in one go, then it gives you a plan to increase your max each workout by adding extra reps on each set. Simple!

Like the app but every time I open it up or go to the main screen, it asks me for my Google account. I click the account I want to use and it brings up a blank box with a swirling arrow refresh symbol in it. Not clickable or refreshable. Just doesn't log in to Google for me. Edit: got it working. What does Premium buy us? Removal of the apps/ads page?

This is a really good App! It allows you to pick exercises beyond those recommended. It also has a nice slow progression that allows for comfortable adaptations. I will add! You can enter barbell and dumbbell exercises as well.

I reported an error and it was fixed and deployed in two days. Excellent support! Complete feature set and I use it daily. Editing custom exercise names would be a cool quality-of-life improvement but it's not a big deal.

Quite an impressive app. It doesn't get too many new features often, but I appreciate the one-time pay model. That being said, I am concerned about the lack of a clear privacy policy and the forced Google login which can't be disabled. Could you please add a clearer privacy policy that explains what days is sent/stored outside of the device?

I've tried a few different apps for home exercise and this is by far my favourite. A big benefit though would be if the 'add exercise' workout could be either measured by reps or time (like push-ups and planks). At the moment it let's you set a reps target but that's not relevant for many exercises

This is a good app. (I wish it had a back bridge progression). Nonetheless, the app gives you rep progressions and charts your progress; with a few more exercises added to its base and this app becomes a GOLD standard.

Mostly customizable but you can only add exercises from their menu. The alarm feature is a nice touch. Overall an easy to use app for basic workouts anywhere.

I think it's a great app! The workouts provided are excellent and it gives you an a chance to create as many work out of your own as you want so even if you simply do for exercises like push-ups sit-ups squats pull-ups you are going to get a great workout because this app sets the sets and Reps and every time you do the exercise again it adds reps so the workouts get progressively harder and you get stronger! Well done!

This bodyweight app make you loose weight fast. When I downloaded the app, I thought it would help me build muscle mass. But instead I lost so much weight, when I was trying very hard to gain weight with muscles. Very bad app for weight gain with muscle mass.

Easy to use. Can start from the couch and be successful. It logs your progress. You will strengthen and tone by following the workouts.
