I've been using Spot to find care for my dog for the past two years and I've had nothing but good experiences. All of the dog walkers are extremely professional, responsible and caring. Spot has gone above and beyond with their customer support. In a stressful situation, they organized extended care for my dog and other essential services when I was at work and unable to make it home. They even sent me an adorable calendar with a picture of my dog! I highly recommend Spot.
I requested to delete my account. I got a rep in the chat who just said "We can delete this account now." I said yes. And then I was just locked out. No confirmation or anything. I emailed them, their website says they open at 10:30am ... But the rep answered way before. Please send confirmation of deletion.
I've been a walker for Spot for a while. It's a very convenient app for either picking up on-demand shifts or booking recurring walks. I love getting to walk so many dogs within my radius!
Your registration process is a bit confusing, maybe have people pick what they're registering for before filling out info. It also appears I cannot correct this error.
This makes taking care of your dog much easier. If your a busy person with a hectic schedule use this. It has helped me out so much taking care of my doggo.
spot is a great app for getting your dogs walked and for being a walker! it's user friendly and you set your own hours; over all pretty great
I went to make an account, and my city isn't listed as an option for where I live? Lol okay on to test out the next app, hopefully it's better than this one.

Love these guys, so professional and helpful. Took very good care of my retired greyhound on their walks and would always communicate, so no surprises.

Exactly the solution that I needed. I don't need a regular dog walker but occasionally I can't make it home on time or other commitments come up. Spot allows me to instantly find a walker with just a few taps. I love seeing the photo, walk summary and GPS map afterward. Very convenient and bug-free app. Thanks guys.
It wont allow me to login to my account. Keep saying "login with facebook" or "user exist".
Is this only for Calgary and Edmonton? Won't let me select any other city. Should tell us this before we download the app.
Easy to use and great customization for profiles. I really like being able to see when someone is picking up my dog and where they went. As well the key box is really handy for when you arnt home and want someone still take your dog out. All around great app. I'll be recommending it to any dog owners I know :)
Worked great. Found an awesome and trustworthy walker who made my pup tired and happy.
Amazing App, and Walkers! You get a map of the walk route with information on how it went, and photos. It also sends notifications when the walker arrives and locks up. Highly recommend.
