Doesn't give you notifications despite all being enabled, at least it doesn't sell your data though. Edit: upon being reached out to by whoever is in charge or pr with this app I was I strutted to reach out to support. The support section is really easy to find there was even a tab for my exact issue. Unfortunately all it does is tell you to enable permissions which mine already are. There isn't actually any support to contact. So this app remains to not have any kind of notification support.
I love using this app, hence giving it any stars, but it just *deleted* itself spontaneously from my phone, apparently... With no ability to import or retrieve data, I have to start over completely, and that is a dozen kinds of frustrating. So, docked the last two stars I'd give otherwise.
I really wanted to love this app, but unfortunately it never keeps me logged in, won't accept my password even if I just reset it, and can't import my past data even if I follow all the support instructions. I've tried to make this work for me for weeks but I'm giving up, I really hope all the bugs get resolved cause having a period tracker without data privacy concerns would be amazing :/
I really wanted to like this app. The user interface is garbage. You can barely even edit. I'd rather go back to old fashioned paper and pencil than use this. Hopefully they update it instead of just apologizing under all the complaints they are clearly getting.
I'm still so sad this app isn't usable anymore. I don't know how it manages to have majority 5 star reviews especially when they used to be tanked at the Jan 2020 update that made this app unusable. At this point I'd pay good money to get the original version of this app back. I use Clue now. I still don't like it over the old PP app, but it's pretty smooth and accurate. I'd love to support PP and this (largely gender neutral!!) Tracker app, but it just is so buggy you can't use it.
This app NEVER sends me any notification about my ring, not for when i need to remove and not for when i need to insert, so i end up having to anxiously check it all the time so i don't mess up on my birth control. I've messed with the settings both on my phone and on the app a million times and reinstalled it too to see if that helps (which of course erased all my data and i had to try and recover from memory the exact day i got my period).
This has gotten pathetic. I can't log in on my new phone; this also happened last time I changed phones. And I can't get any sort of export of the data off my old phone; thus looking at losing years of medical information. I've switched to a different tracker. I'm done. Try hiring real devs next time instead of whatever cut-rate jokers you got to make this.
I made the switch from Flo to here, but this app needs some improvements. So I'm going to use both apps till this one gets better. I recommend showing more period dates ahead of time. It would also be nice if it was more interactive.
I've tried downloading this app five times tonight. It will not let me make an account. I tried changing the email, I made sure my phone was up to date, I restarted, and nothing. It won't let me make an account. I can't use an app like this without being able to save my information and back it up.
I really wanted to like this app. Love PP and want to support them, but the app is buggy and difficult to use. Even just marking period start and end dates can be challenging. It doesn't seem to adjust the predictions on the calendar based on your inputs, so the reminders for fertile days, periods, etc., are always way off. I also had the issue with my data getting erased. I give up. There are easier apps out there.
This app was decent in the beginning. But it doesn't make adjustments to periods entered, and it doesn't save data previously entered when you switch birthcontrol methods. I looked on the calendar, and it said I had been on my period for 100+ days. It's very buggy and needs improvement.
Very poor , app does not show current calander updates . For example, today is a patch free day, Nothing shows up about that .. It's a blank calendar with just the day and date .. no matter how many times I put the schedule in , it won't show
Trying to import a data file from clue, and the option to let me import manually just redirects me to their FAQ page. Google denies log in access to drive when trying to import through it
Usted to love it. Now it's become completely useless: my phone shows random error msgs about it stopping and whenever I want to open it, it never does. A shame.
I installed this to replace my other tracker for privacy reasons. However it is missing options to customize symptoms/side effects. I need some that are not listed currently.
I loved this app when I first got it, but now it's sooooo buggy. I wish it weren't. I would love to support Planned Parenthood by having this app. But I'm thinking of switching.
I had high hopes because of this app's association with planned parenthood, but I've only been experiencing a lot of technical difficulties. When I tried making an account there is always an error. I tried for over a month at different times of the day and it still could do it. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if it needed refreshing, but I ran into the same problem. My phone should be compatible, and even when I emailed customer service, they couldn't help.
When I was put on birth control. They told me to use this app to remind me to take it. And I'm having to remember to take it myself. Doesn't remind me on time. I take it at noon. Doesn't remind me till later in the day. Sometimes doesn't remind me at all.
I want to love this app, but I'm going to switch to new one. I fully support Planned Parenthood, but they need to spend more work developing this app and fixing bugs. Too many issues with data loss and data retrieval have occurred with my experience. They even randomly changed my information, so now it says I switch my BC on a Wednesday when I've been switching on a Sunday for the whole time I've used this app (almost a year), and there's no way to fix this. I'm very disappointed. :(
