Does not work with my Samsung S9. Video stream will not play. Reported issue multiple times but support has not offered any useful help. Password reset doesn't work properly. Can view using the web version most of the time, though the UI is buggy and frequently drops or starts spawning multiple windows. Would be a great tool if the developers did a better job.
Spot tv is very 'spotty' as in freezes up every 15 seconds. Currently, it doesn't even let me click to view a class as a pop up is there and I cannot click on the bottom of it to clear it from my screen. Very sad that covid already makes it difficult to watch your child up close & now the app doesn't let you watch from a distance. The app has went from so-so to horrible.
When my son switched to a different day for his classes, I have never been able to view his class. I reached out several times. I even received an email stating I can view thw class. I can't. I was told to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I did. Now it won't let me log in at all. Not with the new or the old username/password combo. This app sucks. Very frustrating when your child wants you to watch them perform and you have the capability to but it doesn't work
Getting your login credentials set up is a difficult and days long process. If you can manage to login, the videos only work 50% of the time. If they do work, buffering is so bad that you only get to see like 3 sec clips from every 30-60 seconds or so. Also, they must charge the gyms extra for the # of logins alloted per user bc our gym only allows us 5 logins/day - this is easy to reach bc if you need to switch between apps or text/make a call, spot tv logs you out automatically. So frustrating
This app is unfuctional. I created an account a week ago and didn't receive any kind of confirmation email. I waited more than 1-2 business days for account verification just to not recieve one. Tried logging back into the app and couldn't because they don't make it that simple. Even tried resetting my password that also failed. It is impossible to contact the developers about this situation. I just want to be able to watch my kid in her class and cannot.
App doesn't load, they take forever to approve you, and it is way too confusing. The app and website both don't work properly and even sending help tickets doesn't work. Huge waste of time. My responses are also mysteriously disappearing as well.
Horrible waste of time and effort. Everything you do on your phone while waiting for a session to start bumps you back to put in login code. Finally have to shutbit down to get screen to show the gym then a phone call comes in tbat bumps me completely out of app. You reenter your login and password and it says, Oops you have exceeded your logins today. Try again tomorrow. Then her mom was also bumped out of the app. So the app constantly bumps you out, then completely bumps you out.
My child's gymnastic facility just added Spot TV, LOVE IT so far!
I can't even log in to watch my daughter's class because the app won't fully load and the "sign in" button is under the "sign up" button. No option to login through the browser either. So disappointing.
Never experienced a less user friendly app in my life. No matter how many times I try to login, change my password, contact customer support, none of it works. It takes me from the app to another login page in my web browser. So stupid. And this is supposed to be a service for families to watch kids who are in extracurricular classes, which most of the time take place after school and on weekends. So why is their customer support only available during business hours? So dumb.
This app is just the worst. The app froze and glitched constantly. It was completely unusable for watching an athletic event.
Awful app. Constant freezing and crashing on each device I have. Picture quality is horrible.
Worked great the first 2-3 weeks we have had it and now the last 4 weeks i am unable to access my childs classes. Keeps sayi g set is closed when it isnt and our studio has verified I have access. I have called and emailed a few times within the last 4 weeks and I still can not see my childs classes even AFTER they supossedly added new special groups to my account to allow me to see my child. Extremely unacceptable
Good luck being able to watch anything. The only way to watch our kids' sports and it doesn't work AT All. Everyone (dozens here) having the same problem. Not working for anyone.
App works here or there, but does have streaming issues. But is a great work around if I want to watch my kids from the parking lot.
This is my first day trying to use the app but no matter which video I click on, nothing plays. I get a blue screen and nothing happens.
Streaming is fragmented and non-continuous on Samsung Galaxy S20+5G. Unfortunately had to delete the app since trying to watch my daughters gymnastics is impossible.

Absolutely the worst App. Horrendous video Quality, choppy, blurry, frozen. Do not recommend this for any one
I can't believe this app is being used by any team with how frustrating it is to use. The only thing they got right is the name because of how spotty it is.
Takes way to long to load. Also seems to freeze up when trying to watch my kid.
18 hours away from my Dancing Daughter, However, Spot tv is not fully uploading. Very very disappointing.
Wife and I both tried to sign up. Get through the process, then get an 'oops' anytime we try to log in
Can never get on to view my child. And heaven forbid you forget your password because you will never get a link to reset.

Absoutley Terrible! My children's gymnastics facility is using this for parents to watch meets and practices since there are no spectators allowed during Covid. This app is completely worthless. It freezes and lags 98% of the time. In a sport where the some events are only 8 or 30 seconds long, it causes you to miss the entire event. On the longer events like beam and floor it will freeze then jump forward a minute or two, also causing us to miss the event. I hope gyms aren't paying for app.
