The doorbell has no way of putting the alert to vibrate or silent on an android phone. Pretty huge oversight. I guess it's a return to Amazon and time to purchase a Ring. I really liked the hardware, but the app is unusable.

Ok after finding the right guy at spotcam we finally got my cam sorted out. Giving it a 3 for now I need to see how everything else works now. I have to add that this system constantly drops wifi. The longer i have spotcam the more frustrating it is becoming. Defiantly not a set it and forget it system.

I got connecting problem but after trying several minutes I manage it to connect with my WiFi. Now it works good. Camera and resolution both are perfect and also easy to use. Helpful application!

A very useful tool that you can find every function you need right away, i.g. share video, playback or camera schedule. This is undoubtedly one of apps that I use the most for I always want to see my cats when I'm out.

I subscribed the AI service through app few months ago. It can detect and alert when a human fall and not getting back up. It’s really amazing and useful function for any family with the elderly!

The instructions while I'm setting the camera are super easy to understand. Unlike the other one I have used which kept on crashing, it runs pretty well when watching the video.

So easy to setup that even a non tech-savvy like me can finish in few minutes! The interface is quite clear that you don't need to spend much time to get used to it. Overall, I'll recommend this app.

Great video quality and all the features of this application work perfectly and give the best output. But I do not get notification when movement is detected.

This customer service is nice and perfect. I am not so good at managing but i'm little bit a confused when i received the product. At the end the clear guidlince that A to Z process is very easy to maintain & follow. I like this app most.

The resolution of the image is really great. I’ve tried so many cameras before but none of them like this one. I can easily install the machine and put it to wherever I’d like.
