SpotFreight App for Truck Drivers - RED-Driver

This app has a lot of problems. 1. You have to keep logging in for it to update your location. 2. The map will present a route, but not adjust if you take a different route. . 3. App doesn't automatically update location. 4. I haven't yet seen where I can post my truck or look for available loads. I think if this app is worked on some has the potential to be a good tool.

This app is horrible, needs to fix , its sucks ! I was 6 miles from my delivery point but couldn't deliver till 10 am and this stupid app kept me up all night Dinging me because it couldn't find my location! Finally turned my phone off! It is NOT used friendly at all , to many bugs !! Micro point is a lot better, I rate this one a ZERO !!!!

The app has a glitch where it constantly signs you out and wont track your location so every couple of hours you get text messages saying they cant track your location so you have to continuously enter your phone number to get a code to re sign in AGAIN and AGAIN! This is the prime example of why drivers hate installing these apps! Maybe talk to macro point or trucker tools and see why theirs works flawlessly and this one works like a Special ED student designed it..this has BEEN going on

did Not Eliminate Check calls. Every 2 hours getting text saying can't locate. Can't respond while driving so had to pull over to update. Every time I went into app I had to get a code to update my location. If I didn't update I get call from broker. Very frustrating. Uninstalled.

Love the layout but could incorporate all trip info like specific PO # that are on bills. Not very user friendly. Like most tracking apps, it prematurely marks load as delivered then again didn't know I could submit POD via app so that was nice. Does need an option for multiple POD img as my bills were 2 pgs

This is the worst tracking app did I have used. You put in your security code and an hour later you've got the you've got the company sending you text messages to download their app and wondering why it ain't on. The damn thing doesn't stay on.

Not too good. As a driver, this program is just a nuisance as the freight monitors keep messaging that they cannot determine location or time of arrival. Tried signing on again but no apparent help.

"efficient communication and tracking"... No. Not efficient at all. It doesn't grab location in the background and it makes me keep signing in. It's useless.

Great ideas. But falls short of their promises give it couple more years for them to work out the bugs...... In response to your question about being a truck driver. No but I have heard their complaints and have used the app and your RED tms and since I saw that all the 5 star reviews were all from Spot employees and not drivers I would offer some honest feedback. 😥

App is garbage 😠, doesn't work then you get a million text about load not tracking... I just block them out. Don't have time for the bull.

This app is a joke. Keep sending me massage that it can't determine my location every hour. So I have to log in every time to get code and manually update. If i don't manually update I get call from broker. Can't broker just use macropoint app in the first place instead of this joke app?

Doesn't keep you logged into the app. Once i sign in it should maintain my information. Not have me receive a code to continue the move every time i open the app

Sucks!!! Always get an error message that the server is unavailable or my credentials are invalid.

This app doesn't work and it takes about six times for it to do anything concerning the load,then your company calls asking you about the tracking....lol

Constantly logs you out. Broker keeps annoying me. Don't install the app complete waste of time.

This app makes tracking super easy for drivers. I recommend it 100% if you're working with Spot

Don't track u they send messages to ur phone logs out automatically. Not a very good application

Very useless app don't work the proper way brokers keep calling 20 times a day to check location.

Can you brokers/shippers just agree on a standard and use the same location data app? I have like 8 of these garbage apps on my phone.

It's not accepting the phone number at all. Wasting the time.

Does not work just sits there at the enter phone# I enter my phone number n click send does not do anything

This app is garbage u tell them about it, there response O funny u r the first one to complain about it. Well I've been complaining for years it's still the same.

This app is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! NEVER install it. If you do, then later don't say you haven't been warned.
