Thank you for making this app. I would like to suggest to update the app. Kindly sort out the date where we we can classify all incidents according to date also. Example all Near misses on February 01 kindly sort it ... Thanks alot. Godbless
It looks like a good app, but I cant seem to access the app. The app keeps on crashing. Have reported the matter to you with a system log.
Great app for notifying safety team members of incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions.
I got an Hauwei P40 and tried to download it but it doesnt show the App when downloaded. Something I did wrong? On Playstore it take to an Game.
Still freezes often, not loading the incidences at all

Only thing missing is a signature for both a Manager and/or Person involved in incident. Other than that; I would use daily

This is a really awesome app, its so easy to create an incident and I can invite my colleagues to contribute on the same incident report in real time. Its beautiful, shows you useful statistics and most importantly you can share the incident report and save them as PDF. Amazing! Good job to the people behind this! Totally exceeded my expectations.
This app is an invaluable tool for managing communication and information sharing during the initial incident reporting. The workflows help make sure my managers are notified when they need to respond. The incident live updates as other responders contribute additional notes or photos. The report contains all of the timestamps to show a timeline of events that help provide accurate details for future investigations. Another great SafetyCulture product
It's a very helpful app to report incident easily, notify team members and attach any photos of what happened.
I love it
I like this app a lot. It has great potential. However, Im not sure if these two options are a possibility, if an option to export the incident to a PDF file and an automatic incident number was created I would not hesitate to give this app 5 stars.
