SpotOn alarm clock for YouTube

It's a functional app. You get to choose any YouTube video at all to play when you want it to. However, there are drawbacks. You cannot modulate the volume at which the video plays. If your song is over and you're still asleep, then you're SOL and going to be late for work. Also, the media volume is modified up to the alarm level. I would like to have ny media volume reset to its previous state, thank you. That's some laziness on the developer end.

I was having a lot of trouble finding apps that could play my music as an alarm (why it didn't come with my device in the first place I'll never know), and I couldn't find any songs I wanted. But this one was different. Because it's connected with YouTube, it has pretty much every song to exsist, and it's really simple to use. It's not overcomplicated, and the adds in it aren't too obnoxious. I'd totally recommend it to anyone who's been having trouble finding something that works.

I really like this app it always gets me up on time. But after I hear the same songs every morning. I'll ignore or sleep through them. So I'll change it. Well when I atempted to change it this time It wouldn't work. I don't think it even atempted to search for the song. Which is a real bummer cause its hard to find good wake up alarms that play music and not have ads all the time. Please fix this!!! I really would like for this app to work properly again!!

Love it! I linked it to a playlist on YouTube that has like 25 songs. The songs shuffle every morning so I wake up to different music daily. Plus the songs just keep playing one after another until you wake up which is pretty soon if you pick upbeat songs. sometimes I just let it keep playing as I get ready. I recommend it to everybody that has trouble waking up in the mornings.

I had this app for a week and it worked great. Having had it previously, I remember the phone needs to be on to work properly, so I set up a separate alarm right before to wake my phone. Now it won't use my video as an alarm but rather the default alarm sound of my phone, without pulling up the app at all, so there's absolutely no way to turn off the sound. I deleted the app to turn it off. If you can't turn off the alarm, it just makes waking up more painful.

Great, simple, to the point. Set your time, day or days of the week, and can have multiple alarms. You pick youtube videos or playlists to run as an alarm. (something loud to make sure you get up course) Maybe my only complaint is just that, I see no option to play music from file, which is unfortunate (in case you're not sleeping near friendly wifi) Still, great app.

Please fix or help! App is currently unusable, just plays my phones stock alarm sound. Also, unable to search YouTube to change or select new songs etc. I use to love this! Clean interface and easy to find your YouTube account playlists. Would also love if in the settings there was an option to choose what stock alarm to play if YouTube doesn't work. Would be even better if I could make a play list from mp3s on my phone too.

The app worked great for about 2 weeks, except for creating playlists. I was able to connect my YouTube playlists instead, but now the app only plays the first song of my YouTube playlists selected. Now I cannot access my YouTube accounts lists either. Not sure what went wrong. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but the app doesn't work properly. Frustrating

I understand that this app is going some "interesting changes" by youtube. I really hope that the music can come back asap, because I have been late for work twice in the past week. In the meantime could you add more other default music to the alarms so that I won't have to wake up to some annoying alarm which I will just shut it off immediately?

THIS IS AMAZING, I couldn't find any other apps like it, it goes off when its supposed to and you can choose any song from YouTube instead of having to download your own songs. The only issue I have with it is it doesn't work without wifi but if you have no wifi it sets off an actual alarm just without music. I wish ot had a timer option but it doesn't. If you want to have an awesome alarm that plays all your favorite songs download this app♥️!

exactly what i need as an alarm. but sometimes the videos dont play or only play for 1 minute and then shut off. I also wish there was a setting where it would play the playlist untill I shut off the alarm, cause i actually wake up to podcasts rather than anoying sounds that i just want to shut off but it takes more than a minute to get my brain thinking first thing in the morning.

I thought this was a great idea for an app. I did the "remove ads" option before I tried it. it logged into my YouTube account just fine but it won't show my playlist. it also won't show any videos when I do a search within the app so I paid for an app that currently does nothing. the alarm won't set unless I pick a video but it won't let me pick any videos. They are quick to respond when i reported my issue so i gave them some more stars. Will add more if they resolve their issue with youtube.

You can literally use any youtube video as your alarm whether it be songs or anything else. Best alarm app for sure. I can wake up to any song I want with this. The only thing is that it needs wifi to wake you up with the youtube video. If you dont have wifi and still pick a song, when the alarm goes off, it wont play the song, but it will wake you up with a default alarm sound. Other than that, its awesome! 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Did development on this app just stop??? It hasn't been updated since December 2019... 4 months ago. It will not allow me to see my YouTube playlists or search for music after signing in. The area where you would do either of these functions just remains blank. Sad, as the Spotify variant of the app is great and I have no issues with.

First, the app worked fine. Then, it quit working after a bit. Uninstalled it for a bit, reinstalled it when I saw it was updated. Now, I can't add playlists to alarms. Hopefully the app can return to the state it was when I first installed it where it was working exactly like how I wanted an alarm-app to be.

App never played the songs I chose. It always woke me up with the phone's default chime. When I would hit refresh, it would then play both the song and the default alarm at the same time. 🙃😖. Google Clock might be a better alternative to this for those of you looking to wake up to your favorite music to get your day started right.

This app is a really cool idea! But ever since I downloaded it a few days ago, the alarm has only gone off twice. And of those two times, one of the times it played my regular alarm's sound instead of the youtube video songs. It's too unreliable. I'm so disappointed.

It worked well for the first few months and now I'm having problems. I can't change the playlist or add another alarm. I tried uninstalling it and deleting the alarm but nothing worked . Still it wakes me up with the ringtones installed in the phone.

It was great at first. I have had the app for a while and have never experienced any problems. Then it stopped working by not letting me change music. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and deleting all my alarms and starting over but nothing worked.

It's honestly amazing there are no ads and being able to shuffle your playlists is just another perk. The app itself is very simple but feels premium. I only set one alarm not multiple ones and never snooze which gives me more of push to wake up and thus far this app has been my favorite alarm app and I think I'll use it forever and just updating my playlist

Great idea, but buggy AF. Could select a YouTube video and set two alarms... then it stopped working. Can't see where to upgrade either. Google clock is much better but only lets you play music from YouTube music. This app lets you play any video- if only it worked properly I'd give it 4 or 5 stars.

when i found this app i was so in love. i hated waking up to shrill ringing or cringy soothing tunes. this app was heaven. but now, i can't even wake up because when i try to pick new music for an alarm i already have or a new one, it doesn't complete my searches so i'm just left with a blank screen. even before that, any alarm i did have set wouldn't go off. please do you best to fix this problem, i really want to continue using your app.

It is much better than the average alarm app, since using videos from Youtube mean different types of wake up calls is unorthodox in my opinion, but in a good way. Music is definitely available, and the designs of the clock are interesting, though I would recommend more wallpapers. A good app, overall.

Does what it's designed to and I can wake up to beautiful hymns. I much prefer this to my old alarms. Wish you could open playlists and select a specific song, but it's not too difficult to use a web browser and find the one I want from my playlist.

This app was great when I first got it. I would have highly recommended itabout six months ago when it would still integrate with youtube correctly and you would be able to search for alarms. At this point if you haven't already had it for a long time and have at least one prior alarm you won't be able to use this app at all.

Great app. I use it for morning meditation/affirmations. I'd rate this 5 stars if the music didnt shut off when I navigate to other apps. Also, when I try to go back, there's no option to continue where the playlist left off.

I initially loved this app. It was just what I'd been looking for. But now, the app no longer shows or plays my playlists. I can search for a song but it only plays it for a few seconds, not long enough to wake me up. Please fix so I can love the app again.

I love this app... but it doesn't find my playlists although I am logged in. I use educational content as alarm instead of musics so it is really a chore to change the video every single day. I don't have the time to search for every new videos in my playlist.
