Spots Connect

Hi I've had your game for some time. When I got a new phone I lost all my levels (no biggie) I started over again but now when I've reached certain amounts to collect the rewards after 10-15 levels, now the present won't open after I tap it. I've not been able to receive the last two or three. Could you fix it for me. Besides this. The games are fun and challenging.

The game is fun, but the gimmicks are not. It's impossible to win many levels without using gems/other items and ad-watching. Update: I haven't been able to login to this game consistently since 2021. It loads to 70% and then crashes most of the time. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled with no improvement. And now the blue gift boxes no longer open! So it's impossible to earn power ups which are required to win.

It was fun. All of a sudden I can't collect my gifts. It makes it hard to get game helps. 😞 Update. Sending new email. NONE of the gift boxes still responding yet. On 3rd loss of game prizes. Emailing the team. Crossing fingers. I love this game, but would love to play all parts. Will update again when resolved and give full points.

Great game. However since recent update last week, cannot access the gift boxes or receice rewards. Does not open when one clicks on them. I progressed quite far with levels anddo not want to start over again as the same issue might occur. Thanks

Love this game and have been playing for years. Lately the presents will not open so I have been unable to collect rewards. Other than that issue, it has been going well and now my 8 year old plays too! Currently on level 3034👍🏾

I've been playing this silly, but fun game for years. It's my go-to, time-passing, relatively mindless game. I don't buy coins, I'm at level 1,080, and don't have any trouble finishing a level, so I'm not sure what the complaints are about not getting beyond the levels or being "forced" to buy coins.

I'm uninstalling this! It's almost impossible now to finish a round without using a booster/power up!! For example, If I need purple and yellow dots, the game will have all other colored dots drop except the 2 I need. I used to really like this game.

Having issues, the game will not open as of today. I think there is a glitch or a bug. Please fix as I love this game. Thanks Otherwise, I love playing. Love that not every level is easy and some are way hard. Makes it fun. Thanks.

Suddenly cant open the little gift boxes after you complete a certain amount of levels. Im almost on 1600 so it is a bit irritating.

Enjoy the game but miss the extra points from the gift box after completing a level! Why were they taken away but the gift boxes were left? It's like getting an empty gift box.

Have played this for ages but too many glitches now. Really frustrating. Keep reinstalling in the hope it will work properly but no!

I love this game but I've been unable to play it for weeks. It loads extremely slowly but then when I go to select spots it crashes and won't register the move. I hope this is fixed soon.

I am not able to load this game. I've tried every fix and contacted Verizon who cannot help. Some days it loads to 1% and other days to 99% but never opens. This started 2 weeks ago. I saw another player had the same problem. I uninstalled and lost 493 levels and a lot of money. I can't keep doing that. What's happening?

Used to enjoy this but now find each level requires so many moves to complete that you have to watch a ridiculous amount of 30s ads (or pay for boosts), and even ads on completion of the level. Completely ruined the enjoyment of the game now. Off to find a new one.....!

Why change from a number of moves to being timed on level 13? Didn't notice, ran out of time and had to watch a vid to complete the level!! Why can't you choose whether to complete levels in a number of moves or within a time? Hence 3 stars!!

Uninstalled. The ads run after each level and last longer than the game. Then it brings up the Play Store, and even after you swipe outta that, it takes too long to exit the ad screen. I don't need this kind of annoyance. The devs' response is disingenuous. I can tell they added a new ad routine by clicking an icon. The intrusive ads between each level DO NOT provide any reward option. On top of that, the game eventually increases the difficulty until it is impossible to complete. Still one star

Great game but.... this is NOT happening anymore: Collect gift boxes and receive power-ups and game boosters at every 15th level.

I haven't been able to open the prize box at certain levels to get gems etc. It has stopped working

The levels are getting impossible and you keep trying and trying again. And still can't complete. Now I can't get the app to load so I guess it's time to uninstall.

Bugs not fixed. Unable to collect stars when achieving levels.

I really like the concept and the simplicity of the design. But I would pay money for a LITE version of the game without the spins, currency, and levels. The early levels are so fast and jarring its impossible to relax. As soon as you get into a groove the level ends. I'd give a lot for a basic version that allows me to play a continuous game until I'm out of moves. I edited my review and gave an extra star because, unlike some other apps, any in app purchases removes their ads. That's nice.

Entertaining, but you will be flooded with redundant ads. The challenges almost always require extra time or moves. You can earn more with play, but not an adequate quantity. You can watch an ad for more seconds or moves, but you won't get substantial enough time/moves to complete them without having to watch a new ad. The only other way to get extra is to buy them. Unless you buy it, the clear prerogative of the devs is to expose players to ads. It really detracts from the game experience.

I love this game but I have huge issues with it. I like the concept and actually I can't stop playing it. But at the same time it's full with bugs that no one seems to see. It says there's no more possible movements when you can clearly see them, there's no clear rule about finishing the game with movements left, there's dots that suddenly you can't use or remove, the skulls multiply (or not) for no reason... if you bother on fixing all those problems I will give you 7 stars out of 5 xD

this is a fun game when it doesn't block you from winning. I have had many boards that I had cleared all but one item very quickly and then it stopped lining up any dots that could be cleared to help. I was forced to watch 10-20 ads each time to get more moves or time and still couldn't clear them because the dots around what needed to be cleared couldn't be cleared (very hard to explain). So this causes the game to become very frustrating taking the fun out of it.

It's overall a very fun game! I got lost in the colourful spots and funky music for several hours yesterday :) However, I seem to be having an issue in which the 'infinite hearts for 15 minutes' bonus that I get from the present box when opening the app does not work. Yes, the lives bar is infinite and has a countdown of 15 minutes but during those 15 minutes, the play button wouldn't work, seemingly 'frozen.' I could get the popup of a level, yes, but clicking 'play' would do nothing.

I was looking for a "connect" type of game. This is the kind I was looking for except for the timers on the levels. The time is so short that the only way to continue its to watch at least one ad (it gives more time when you watch an ad). I'm not interested in watching multiple 30 second ads just to play one level. Horribly intrusive. Uninstalled.
