The app is robust, but crashes all the time on my Pixel 4a 5g. It doesn't feel seamless compared to the desktop app so that's a little disappointing too but not a deal breaker for me.
Love it. I stare at charts all day. And my previous platform was getting a bit boring, ctrader changed that. The interface is something else. The dark mode just make everything easier. I totally love it. So here's the thing, I'm adding this part because of recent developments, I took a sell trade and while the candlesticks was way below my entry, and spread was pretty tight(4pips), I realized I was running at a loss of over 50 euros, it's funny cause it's the second time its happening.
Simply exceptional app. I love the features. Just one thing is lacking, the limitation on the available brokers is almost a deal breaker.
Great app. Two things making this hard to use... Too slow closing a trade from the chart (...The pop-up is a step too many on quicker timeframes. ). Also the fill notifications,etc get in the way and cover the functions down the bottom ( Until they fade away ). Other than that a magnetic drawing option and dark mode for the GUI would be great. ( PLEASE. I often trade in the middle of the night. 😁 )
Its the greatest platform existing on this planet. I highly recommend it to all traders. Overall Its excellent. Still number one trading platform i have tried. Thanks, to the team for a great art. Still the best. Kris Olokpa.
Why there isn't a double tap quick trade like the legacy app??? One click is too dangerous. And why doesn't the android version has a dark mode? You do realize some of us wake up in the middle of the night to close positions and the bright screen is awful. IPhone has a dark mode. Why doesn't Android have one too! It's just a background color guys, not so complicated!
The app got wey better😁. I'm glad to see that the developers are working. Little bug though, the rectangular tool becomes transparent even after changing the setting to be filled with colour. Also can we get a sessions indicator, it's really important and it's not asking much of the devs. Great work
C trader, l have been using your platform for more than 6 months now and it was excellent but now all of a sudden, the past 2 weeks have been hell for me, or takes forever to load, it keeps on saying connecting, at times it just doesn't show a graph it just goes blank, it at times its freezing, the only app on my phone that does that, thought l was the only one till l heard my friend complaining too. Is there a technical problem or what guys coz l cnt seem to analyze properly now.
Professional robust and its got all i need to work fast, a few things more I can use but I am sure they will soon update.
Really need a semi circle drawing tool, please add it and would also love improvements to the Price alerts feature, for one we need to be able to see the history of our Price alerts and be able to click on them to see the time they were created and the comment on them... Would make trading more convenient!!
Drawings shows a bug whenever you restart the App. I'll give this app a 10⭐ if you guys help us with these things: 1. DRAWINGS: The Fill area with colour always goes off and the Opacity goes back to 0 whenever you restart the App. This Bug makes the drawings invisible, please help us fix this problem, thank you. 2. Please help us add edit to the colour of the candlesticks. I love this app so much cause its the best, so please help us complete the joy of using this App.🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great alternative to MT5. Few suggestions: 1. When measuring with crosshair, display bars, periods, pips, pips/bars, pips/periods. 2. In watchlist, make a way for us to get directly to chart, not to Overview section (I never use Overview?). 3. Zooming in or out in chart should adjust automatically the price scale afterwards (no user can move fingers perfectly horizontally => price scale will change => users are forced to double click the price scale). 4. Please, don't reset the chart.
Robust trading platform, I would give it a 5 but I have a some concerns. It's hard to know which drawing you're deleting if you no longer need it. I'd have 5 trendlines on the chart and I would like to delete one, only to find that I've deleted the wrong one & I have to redraw it which is frustrating. And as a trendline strategy trader, I find it inconvenient to set alerts based on price, may you make it such that my alerts can be triggered upon interaction with a trendline or any other drawing.
1. When we add two indicaters it take a large portion of screen and there is no option to adjust the windows of indicaters 2.It will be better ,if there is a zoom option for each sections.Especially for chart when it added with indicator 3.when indicators added,it does n't have fixed position and very large 4.There must a acces to all qoutes from the chart.Every time press back to select next quote is annoying 5. Acces to previously opened chart, when re open the app.
I wish you guys will add an option to the cTrader App for Smartphone and Desktop the ability to select no color in the indicator settings. Sometimes there are components of an indicator that I wish I can just disable it. Not all components of the indicator is necessary.
The best user interface I have ever seen in the FOREX market so far.
I find it better than the popular trading platform I have been used to. Reason is because it does not give requotes and had a greater speed of order execution. So far, I have been using it on demo, and enjoying the "wow" experience. So, I am searching for a reliable broker that uses the ctrader platform. They seem to be few, and that is to be expected. The app force stop alot pleat fis it, but I love the app cause you can see potential profit or loss if trade doesn't go ur way, which is something mt4 don't have. You can also close different pairs with out scrolling all the way down.
Good app but miss some price alert !!!! When my screen is on and I am in app price alert dont have sound !!! And when my screen off lost connection and miss price alert. Please fix price alert . You are better than metatrader for me for price alert but you have problem in that section!!!!!!
This app is so good,but the issue is why can't we withdraw our profits taken,for revious trade,my wallet address

Crashes a lot for me. Like really after 20 seconds or something. Half of the times I open chart it crashes. Pretty much useless at this point. If crashes are resolved easily 4 star.
I've been looking for One Click Trading for Crypto for a while and never was able to find the right one. Most other platforms have trading, the only way I can explain, is compare other platforms to options trading. One click Crypto trading on this platform cTrader is very EASY, so user freindly its not even funny! If you get good at charts and patterns, you should be able to make money here! Great opportunity!
Pretty intuitive interface. Would like to see easier transition between time frames on charts. Love the easy stop and target sliders!
Very good app but one star less cause no advance protection in mobile app.

I use a Samsung tablet, but I'm finding difficult to login to my ctrader app. I keep getting an error message "connection error, please check your internet connection and try again ". This issue has persisted for days now. Please kindly rectify asap. Thanks
I love how comprehensive you've made the app, I feel so much in control when I trade. However, I just have one humble request. May you please allow us set price alerts based on drawings we make. Like if price interacts with a trendline, fib level etc, i will be alerted. THANKS IN ADVANCE🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
One of the best I've used. Clean interface. I Scalp a lot (1 to 5min charts) and find that it's easy to make entry. It's tough sometimes exiting due to too many buttons to get to options. Please implement hot keys to scale out of trades. Preferable options to sell postions in 1/2, 1/4, 1/3. You guys have the option to DOUBLE position size but nothing to scale OUT to take partial profits. This feature would greatly help me with my Scalp into a swing position. Keep up the good work!
