Worst shopping app. these people took 2.5 months to resolve a simple return refund issue. after more than 20 emails. don't fall for the influencer tag attached to this app. this is a very substandard app with extremely low quality materials. be it clothes or accessories which was the primary reason to return the items. poor UI integration. absolutely no customer service on phone or email. very poor consumer experience. 🤯 dear developer two emails have been sent. but still no response.

Worst shopping app ever ..... ordered a shirt and got it with a very bad quality. I would like to demonstrate the expected vs actual but there is no photo option in comments. the return option is also not useful as the courier guy was not willing to come to my office to pick up the order on a working day....very bad experience.
