Hard to find what you are looking for, associated apps and webpages do not function correctly

When the app worked, I loved it. I haven't been able to get the app to open for weeks. It always crashes during the loading process. I've submitted feedback several times along with system data to no avail. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still receive the same results. The app still works on my daughter's phone, so obviously it just doesn't support some systems and softwares and an update with some bug fixes would take care of the problem.

I haven't been able to open the app for weeks now. Not sure if its an Android thing or what. When it did work for the short time, the app was very useful! Please fix it!!!!
