Spring - Shop 1,000+ brands.

This app seemed ok in the beggining. Then i placed an order all seemed fine, but as time went by i never got it..then as i am about to reach out to them, i couldnt even view my order and then shortly after my order was canceled on its own. I did not cancel my item and i still want it. Not sure if its a scam or what..but its a horrible site/app

Decent app. It's great for finding specific things and suggesting similar items, but it would be better if there was a cart option for purchasing multiple items from the same retailer without having them ship separately. Would also be nice to be able to write/read reviews on items. Lastly the "like" feature doesn't seem to have a way to unlike the items- a minor inconvenience, but worth noting if we're talking about improving the app

The app was great until I ordered some shoes. I haven't bought anything since and I decided to give it another try. I wanted to see my previous orders but it says I need an update. I click on it and it takes me to the Apple webpage. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 so obviously I couldn't update it. Went to Google play store to update and there's no option to update.

Please don't bother to buy if you see something here go to that store. And please buy there. That's what happen when you do too much automation

I love this app but just recently it's telling me to update spring whenever I press my orders and sends me to the Apple app store but I have android. And there is no update for it.

Basically it's broken, the app is faulty, particularly the alert thing which is one of the greatest appeals.

Would not know won't let me use on my android device! Which is clearly BS since Android is the best of all devices! Uninstalling!!!

With the new upsate the images weren't loading at first, but it works now. Everything is so much better. You can search by whatever you want. I just wish you could order multiple items at one time like the website because the app doesnt have the option of starting a cart! Looove it! Favorite place to shop! ♡♡♡♡ Great customer service!

No cart system in app, but w/e. It won't let me place any order. Everything says "sorry we're unable to process your order at this time"

Abandoned app

None of the pictures come up in the main screen and I have to click on each individually. Too much time. Getting rid of app.

I don't understand why the pictures don't load anymore.

I had purchased an item off Matiere. Then all of a sudden it was refunded the next day. I didn't know why, so I sent an e-mail. Vivian replied to investigate what had happened and got back to me in a timely matter: Matiere's inventory wasn't updated. So- she applied some credit to my Spring account for the inconvenience. That's great customer service to me. They could have just told me what happened and left it at that, but they took that extra shine to show me how great they are for a companies mistake.

It was ausome it's probably one of my favorite apps

I don't get it. There's no way to search for a particular item. What's the point?

Great app. Lot's to look at.

Plus side you do get 20% off for signing up and since I've been a member for a month they have 20% off eveything sales frequently . No shipping charges and no tax. The selection is limited when you can find what you're looking for. The app itself needs a seach feature which I was told they're working on. Overall it's a decent app.

A lot of good options but soooooooooo expensive. I'll need to get a second job before I shop here.

All name brand high end fashion shops. Prefer to spend my money on something that lasts longer than a pair of trendy shoes or pants. Mehhh.

Setup looks good but things are super expensive. $600 for a dress? I'm good.
