Sprint Complete Security

Don't waste your time with anything that has to do with Sprint. They are absolutely the worst wireless carrier anywhere on the market and their apps reflect just how incompetent they are. I've been on a contract for just over a year and my data speed is .02 mb per second. If it's got the brand Sprint on it run in the opposite direction... ‼️

This app is terrible. I don't understand why they call it Sprint Complete Security when all it does is let you know if your email and other apps password has been compromised. THERE IS NO SECURITY FOR YOUR PHONE? It doesn't scan your phone so why call it Complete Security? There's no settings option so you can't control anything. This is why it gets a 1 out of 5 stars.

Say what? This is not complete security. It only is a password manager. Like lastpass. Thats it. Talk about very misleading. Call it what it is. Sprint Password Security Manager. Nothing complete about. This is a complete misrepresentation of the app. I uninstalled it..

The description for this app is incorrect. You cannot access your passwords from personal computers. I verified this with a tech support agent from Asurion. It only supports Android and iOS. That's nice but I need a password manager that supports my personal computer too. I access my online accounts from my phone and my personal computer. I need a complete solution that supports both platforms. The feature that checks to see if your password is stolen is nice but access from my phone and personal computer is more important to me. If personal computer access becomes available, I'll reconsider using this app.

Had preinstalled on all my sprint [Samsung Galaxy] devices prior to the Big Tmobile take over/ merger. Even then, I may have tried using a handful of times if any, but did maintain upgrades to the application to keep up to par incase of a security related issue whether through device, ANDROID OS, even possibility through sprint wireless as my carrier, or App itself. Never had any breaches, suspicion of breach, hackings, theft, and or spam related to the use or installation of the app itself. A+

Actually all of Sprint's Security apps are not consistent. You get deactivated without you knowing. This Complete Security App's name is deceiving. Is only gor password. But does not monitor your device for viruses or hacks. Then they add Lookout fir your phone from free, but unless you pay fir Premium service, the free account is no good.

Perfect for my daily use. I love that the app is protected by a passphrase instead of another pin or password that I have to remember. I can set it to something I dont use for anything else, and know its protected. I also love that the app will scan for stolen passwords. It's a digital password book that protects itself.

I am experiencing the same issue I spent 2 hrs adding because sprint complete said an account associated with my email was hacked set up my keyphrase. I added close to 15 accounts added my finger print. Closed the app i tried to reopened the app. With the same keyphrase, error messaging. Wrong key phrase.. fake app I feel uncomfortable so I am going to change my all of my passwords

The app is just another password keeper, and not useful. Extra features would overall help, security across all platforms. For example, encrypted device protection online, offline, emails, messaging, and chat.

This works well but their tech experts in sprint complete sucks....theybnever help just pass u on to someone else who doesn't help to someone else who doesn't know....worst experience ever

It exceeded my expectations and I thought there would be a catch that I would end up paying for this security protection. There was not a catch the price is right and your getting top notch phone security! 😁

Unable to use or open app. My " phrase" isn't working and no one knows how to reset it. I have called sprint several times but their techs have no idea. So I'm gonna say it's usless..

I love this security for a select handful of my apps. I feel at ease knowing that my phone has this security and cant be intervened by some nosey people that like to steal other people's private information.

I have this app on my old phone. Every time I put in the code it coming back saying the wrong code. And It's saying wrong Email.I don't get it if it's the wrong Email why I am getting the the codes from. From my Email.

I had set my keyphrase. Then wanted to check all account passwords. I was asked for my keyphrase and received an error. "Keyphrase invalid." I call B.S.

The setup was very easy on my Galaxy Note 8. Ran a check on my Gmail account and it shows secure right now. Thanks Sprint!

So far its awesome, just downloaded. will get back in a few months once I have fully tested it out.

This app is amazing. so easy to use. notifications to let you know if your passwords have been compremised.

I have tried to reset my keyphrase is not working and was told to reset app and I did, and still not working. sent email 3 days ago no response. chat rep did not respond to my questions. very upset

Sprint is the worst cell phone service provider on the planet. No signal anywhere unless you live in the downtown area of a huge city

cannot set up account to use it. multiple errors when entering phone number and email.

can't log in due to not being able to remember keyphrase, would be nice to have some sort of hint or reset option

If you use sprint your using t-mobiles networks. The sprint carrier system apps are free and unbelievably time saving

Great so far! Not so sure about putting in all the apps and/or websites but I will follow up with grade I give this app for now.

When I forget my Keyphrase there is no options to recover it. I find that highly annoying and not customer focused.

Won't let me add security code for phone verify. Also key phrase. How to add. No instructions on how to use app.

Not what it could of been. But still allright. I would try your phones built in security first.

I was very excited to begin using it... I got started one evening but then the next day forgot my key-phrase/password for the program and I find no way to recover or reset it as yet... am I missing something???... sighs....
