Sprint Direct Connect Plus™
Sprint Direct Connect Plus™ now supports devices on other carriers. Add Sprint Direct Connect Plus cross carrier or Wi-Fi only subscriptions to Smartphones on other carriers or Wi-Fi only devices and talk to your SDC Plus subscribers and manage in the Corporate Administrator Tool. Subscriptions must be added by talking with your Sprint sales representative and are only $5 Monthly recurring charge.

• Group Connect Calls up to 30 members created in app

Setting up your device:
1. Verify your phone software is up to date. Settings > System Update > Update Software
2. Download the Sprint Direct Connect Plus™ app from Google Play.
Signing up for Service:
3. Sign in to your account at sprint.com.
4. Select “Change my services” from the “Manage this device” drop down menu on the “My account” Tab.
5. Select Sprint Direct Connect Plus under Push-to-Talk add-ons.

Disappointed that I need to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. Updates do not install correctly according to sprint. I have a cat phone that is geared towards this program.
Easy Clear Communication. So nice to have loud Crystal clear conversations. Works just like a walkie talkie! Love it!

MALWARE DETECTED My Lookout Security paid for software detected Malware in this download. It urgently recommended that I remove the app for my personal and device safety. Lookout Security is credible and used by the U.S. government agencies, private companies, large tech organizations and other organizations and businesses. Please be careful downloading apps even if they are in the Google Play or Apple stores, the stores Do Not offer Safety and Security for any apps that are not created by them.

I think I pay Sprint enough, and this should be included.
It works if there is cell coverage or wifi.

Needs new update keeps disconnecting when talking
The app or the DuraPro will lock up under heavy sustained use. We got them to dispatch people singly and in groups. If you need to dispatch people on time sensitive directives this is not the app or the phone to use. The DuraPro can take six minutes to reboot by which time the clients are gone.
Does not work on LTE, even though it says it does.

This app is complete garbage! like everything else T-Mobile touches it has turned to complete garbage! It had worked flawlessly for years under Sprint now with T-Mobile you have to uninstall reinstall error message won't work can't communicate nothing but garbage and customer care can't help! Two hours with customer service and they are as useless as can possibly be! Everybody at T-Mobile is completely incompetent and should not be in charge of a lemonade stand let alone a Communication Company!
