Must restart phone and app periodically, notifications just stop. Even though I have it set to send reminders every 2 minutes if there's an unread message there are weekly issues with not getting messages until I open the app manually. I need this app for work and when on call am required to answer off hours so when this happens it actually affects my work. Horrible app but unfortunately I'm not able to use another.
With each update, this app gets worse. Latest update disabled all MMS messages on the phone, even MMS messages outside this app. I cannot send any images to anyone in or outside this app, I cannot receive group texts in or outside this app. This app kills ALL MMS capabilities on your phone!!! Do not use this app unless you're forced to! How anyone pays $2.99/month for this service is beyond me...
Worst messaging app ever. Half the time it won't send a new text, half the time I click on a message and it opens a completely different message, half the time the notifications works. Absolute nightmare to use.
Latest update broke the app. It is suddenly no longer compatible with Easy Mute. The notification just keeps playing, no way to stop it, not even by opening the message.
Required for work, very limited capabilities! I'm a field service tech, and need to send pics to Eng and other tech's, this app does not allow this. So I have to violate work periodical and use my personal phone with Verizon text, for it alowes me to send pic's.
Changing my old one star review to a new one star review with my latest complaint of this half baked app. Cannot view my messages, wants me to sign up or activate even though I've been using it on this phone for a year. So I get the activation code via SMS and enter it, to which the app states that I can't be identified as a sprint customer. But of course I am, it's my company phone, and everything works except this app. So rating one star until the rating system changes to allow 0 stars.
Worst app I have ever used. It's always crashing when I try to make a new message. It will never sync correctly to the order of which the message was sent
I'm forced to use this app for work. And it's the worst messaging app I've ever used. I hate it. Groups never seem to work for everyone in the group and don't make the mistake of being the last to leave a group because now your stuck with it. Good luck deleting it.
Horrific! Barely functions as an app, and sometimes functions as a widget icon. Never lets me hit back button- just closes so I have to retry opening the app again.
I hate this app. The lightest touch when scrolling through messages selects a message and then the UI loses its mind. Would not recommend.
Last update made my list of conversations really tiny and unable to change font size. Also message text only has 3 smaller sizes to choose from.
Every message I get is double sent, the GUI needs an update, and notifications sometimes disappear wich has caused me to miss meetings.
Terrible experience with this app the last month or so. It crashes after 2-5 messages. I would stop using it, but it is required business app.
worst messaging app ever. no documentation, bizarre functions, frequent crashes. Pure garbage, forced to use by my employer.
Only group of coders that I know of that removes useful features when updating app. Delete all? Gone next update. Read new messages from notification pull down? Nope, gone too.
update 7/25/19 still a terrible app. takes forever to do "mark all as read" on 6 messages. Honestly takes less time to do it myself. idk who coded this app but they need to be fired.
the latest upgrade made the app unusuable. Sprint can't verify my account and had to revert back to default messenger.
Awful! Searching for a name takes too long. Too many pages to send a simple message.
The app has bugs and the tech support not being helpful. They keep me waited, waited, and waited, and waited......
Useless app. I setup continuous ringing for urgent messages but it doesn't work.
slowest app sprint makes. reminds of sprints great products, lol
Not bad. I've been using it for business for a number of years. How about a 'dark mode' though?

Bad interface, low customization, huge text
Set up an alert sound and itwill not use it!
Cons: No vibrate setting; it's either muted or uses a notification sound. Can't receive attachments; pictures and even contact cards come in as "attachment" that look like a URL, which when opened, prompts a download of a file you can't do anything with. Had to switch default messenger to the native app, download a contact card, and then switch back to Enterprise. Pros: None. I only use this because it's required on my work phone, but because of the notifications issue, I have to keep half an eye on it all the time or turn up the sound.
