Sprint Magic Box Sync

Honestly, can't rate this app aside from "no usable information" Magic box will not pass the 39% of set-up, first phase. It can not locate a tower I guess. This is exactly the issue that it was intended to resolve. Hard fail Sprint. Things worked so well b4 the merger.

You need to make this for all the magic boxes not just the hospitality. Mine was updated last year but the app says no access point found. Your service has gone from being stellar (100%) by itself to (-1000%) since you merged with that piece of trash company T-mobile. If I wanted their network or service I would have signed up with them. I signed up with Sprint because it was better. Now i wish I had AT&T or Verizon. So very disappointed in you Sprint. 🤬😡

Never connected, if you have poor signal it'll just get slightly less worse with the box. At least that's my unfortunatel experience.

Phone was purchased in 2020 I will not connect with magic box had trouble with older phones not connecting how we purchase new ones and fight the same trouble

Uninstalled it because it doesn't do anything! Open it up and doesn't find the magic box at all! Why make something that DOESN'T WORK!?

Probably not the boxes fault but in my area it was useless.

I get a message that says , not connected but I am connected.. Will not let me do anything else.

It did what it was made for
