Sprint Mobile Controls

It will install on one of my childrens phone but than day its not compatible with the other childs phone. They have the same exact same phone. Sprint says there is nothing they can do afternI just bought these phones. Not a happy customer right now. Now Inhave to find another app to secure their phones.

I want to be able to control my son's phone access at night but since he is the only one on the account I don't have a way to do it without using his number. He would get the notifications. I will just need to log onto my Sprint account twice a day. What a pain in the behind.

Totally disgusted. Got sucked into getting a new phone for my hubby, used hubby's phone for my daughter. Now it turns out the app doesn't even work. Phone does not stay locked. I have no idea how long my other daughter has had open access to her phone and now i am stuck with 2 kids with phones that have no controls and an app i have been paying monthly for for 2 years that isnt doing anything.

I love everything but the lock feature. I love being able to see who he is adding to his contact list and who he is texting. I set it to lock from 8pm to 7am and its set so that he is not able to use lock override. I picked up is phone at 9 and was able to play on it. I turned the screen on and off to see if it reset the lock screen and it did not. I then turned on and off the phone. Still no lock screen. I have the child app installed on his phone and received a message saying it was activated.

Downloaded this app to use on a phone, for the first month or so it was working fine but now I cannot access any information on it, every time I tried to log it it is telling me that I need to download the app no the other phone, after downloading it on the other person the same msg keeps coming up, I even deleted it and downloading it again but same thing. Can you fix it please.

Didn't work when I needed it the most. I know that nothing greater than a parent can substitute especially a phone app but it was my last line of defense in cutting ties with a certain type of people he found himself around. In desperate seach of most recent numbers and can't find his phone and they are not listed since it doesn't work correctly so onto poison control center.

We've recently moved to Sprint and as part of that deal, I was able to get a Samsung Galaxy S7. I say that to say that it is surprising that this app does not work on a current phone with updated software. I've had two main issues. One, I could not get timely access codes. When I finally did receive them, they were not accepted by the app. Even after visiting the Sprint store. Secondly, I now see a message stating "Mobile Controls works on android phones only" Not a good intro to Sprint.

My son just showed me how he can bypass the lock. He even deleted the app while phone was locked and I did not even receive notification that the app had been deleted. Completely useless. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not worth $4.99 per month. Don't waste your money on this.

I thought this app would be perfect considering the description. But the phone lock does not stop my daughter from accessing her music apps, possibly others, or stop calls during lock periods. It does seem to keep a log of calls made, but because of the lock issues, I have doubt as to any of this applications accuracy. This app should be free until it works properly....

My son can bypass the lock and still use his phone during lock times. That was the main reason I was willing to pay for this service, but since it doesn't work I'm not interested. On the plus side, and the only reason for 2 stars, you can see the activity.

I just started using this application because of problems with daughter. We have it set for texts to be stopped at 10:00 pm. What did we find out, she was able to text him, and he text her. This is suppose to be our control on her. Whats wrong? If this isnt corrected then why pay for this app when trial period is up. I had a lot of hope in this app.

I've tried restarting the phones etc and neither the set locks, or the on the spot lock is working correctly. Hasn't worked once. Too unreliable to continue beyond the trial. If it worked I would continue even though it's ridiculously expensive with 5 lines and I'd give it a 5 because I love how much control I have over their phones. There should be a flat rate option for multiple lines like AT&T does. $5.99 per month for up to 3 lines or $9.99 for up to 10.

My daughter can unlock her phone even when its locked.. i am so glad i got a trial before i paid $7.99 a month. The call log also doesn't work. If i could give this zero stars i would.

I loved how my kid's phone would just turn off at night. It was a great discipline tool. Then she realized that if she was listening to Pandora while it was shutting off, then that app would stay on. Tonight I heard her still on the phone talking on Skype, AFTER it was shut off time. I don't see anything about disabling the camera etc. At least I can trust her not to delete the controls app altogether. How can I make it totally shut down?

My daughter's phone locks but then you are able to press the home button and bypass the app...I haven't been able to get control of her apps I send the text message to get permission..her phone doesn't receive a text...I'm paying every month for something that doesn't work...I even factory reset her phone trying to see if it was the phone as sprint said...please fix the app it used to be really helpful been able to block her phone

Ive found out that he's been receiving pictures and sending pictures that doesnt seem to show on the app and theres some outgoing calls that also dont show this app has a lot of pros amd cons compared to verizons familybase! Only moved to sprint do to all extra charges at verizon but if I had any other choice id move back fast!

The "Anytime Contact" feature doesnt seem to work. I have to unlock my daughters phone to talk to her. Also it has a feature to lock the phone in 30 min increments... it would be nice if it had the same feature to unlock. If she needs the phone for just a min at school i have to remember to lock it back when she's done and that's a hassle. Other than that it does exactly what is supposed to. I love it!

Would be great if it actually worked! My son can do everything on his phone by simply turning it off then on! Gives you a window. I lock his phone during school hours yet he's had his phone taken away for listening to music because the app can be manipulated and used while you think its locked

I feel how Lanette feels ever since i switched to my new phone the app won't work at all, all it keeps saying is reinstall when I've done that over and over again. Why am I paying for something that won't work can anyone please tell me bc i would love to know why I can't use it.

Complete rip off!!! Dont waste your money. They don't tell you until you've paid the subscription that it is incompatible with devices it claims to work with. And reading ALL of the other reviews, apparently it doesn't work at all even if you are able to install it. Either way, they get the fee and you lose! No surprise from Sprint though

I need to have the mobile controls working. Says reinstall needed sends me a text with a link that doesnt work. This was working and now it is not. It says my device is not compatible and i get a box to sign in i hit it then i get error message page you requested is invalid. I have a galaxy s6 how can it not be compatible its not a stone age phone. I need to have this mobile controls working for the lines on these phones. Someone help!!

I am having the same problem as other reviewers are. I set up times that my daughter can't use her phone and all she has to do is click on her home button and can use her phone. On my phone it says her phone is locked though. She was texting right beside me to show me how she gets around it.

My son just had to look at all these reviews and BOOM, made this app a total waste. A parent needs to be able to have full and safe control over their children's usage and time on their phone without having to take it away all the time. First app he installed was Skype. If this did what it actually says it would do then it would be a great app. As of now, it's just a waste. I'll give it the trial period, but after that. I'll be uninstalling it. Sad.

This is a great concept. I love the idea that I can limit my daughter's access... the issue is that the lock does not work properly. It's locked when it's not supposed to be can't unlock without hard reset... doesn't lock at correct times. My daughter's phone is supposed to be locked from 11p-6a but i get a text at 630p to check my app because the phone is locked. App says phone will unlock at 10p... where did that come from? I don't think this is worth paying for.

It's a great idea and I would LOVE to be able to use it since I have two teenage daughters. However, the first thing it states after installing is that it WORKS ON ANDROID PHONES ONLY. I have an android phone, but both my girls have iPhones. Actually, most teenagers seem to favor the iPhone. So no matter how good the concept is... it's useless.

I have Android phone and it tells me only Android phones will work. Can't get it to add any family members. No good at all. Totally useless
