Sprint® Mobile IP

This TTY service doesn't work well at all, though unfortunately this is pretty much my only option to make phone calls. The vast majority of the operators type pretty slow and misspell a lot of words, and this app doesn't allow for HCO (which would benefit those that can hear). Additionally, most of the operators don't tell you the menu options when you call a business, and there have been multiple instances where an operator has disconnected my call because I was waiting on hold for too long.

The app is horrible. I only want to use this app for outbound calls or if I wish to receive a scheduled call. I want a DND (do not disturb) option on this app. To implement DND, I have to uninstall the app the reinstall it when I need to use it for an outbound call. This is ridiculous. I should have a way to filter my calls. My preferred way of using To-Mobile IP relay is to have a message left transcribed by an operator then I call them back if I wish to communicate with them further. FIX YOUR DAMNED APP AND PUT A DND OPTION.

It worked for me for 3 years until now, it's showing internal error and I cannot make any calls anymore.

My call log is never accurate. I reached out to the developer for help and they confirmed where I downloaded the app from (here), then proceeded to never follow up with me again. After a week of waiting I reached out again. The "help" I received was to repeat troubleshooting I had already done, a complaint about how the version is correct on a test device, and then a canned response as to how to troubleshoot being unable to connect to the operator on an APPLE device.

It is my best app to use. It let me call anywhere without video phone access or try access. I don't have any problems difficult internet. I love it when I can save the conversation, edit fronts & colors style. I has that app since more than 10 years.

Very helpful app. I am deaf and need this to make and receive phone calls. The only issue I have is that the call list does not have any order to it and is listed randomly, not newest on the top. Should be an easy fix for the devs..

Great app. It's like an exchange the doctors use. I'm deaf and this app was the best thing for me since sliced bread. It's great if you need a transcript for your call along with time stamping. I can communicate back and forth with a live operator via text, and they speak to who your calling, or who is calling you. Kudos!

It's alright but lately I've have been having drop calls almost every time I get a call. I tried to answer it on the first vibrate but then it tells me that the call has been disconnected. Then says one missed call. Every time too. I don't understand why it's starting to do this. It's been a month and still have dropped calls. I'm unsure if I'm gong to keep this or just struggle with voice calls again. =( I'm moderate deaf and tone deaf on the phone which is why I have this IP Relay number.

One thing is the 911 icon on top right corner ,,i kinda get more police show up by accidently press those icon ,,

Wish TMobile would provide TTY service for deaf and hard of hearing.It also would be good idea for Autistic people who are nonverbal. TMobile is a very,very large company.Sprint use to have relay app it was awesome...

Very useful for text-based phone calls without requiring a TTY. Allows transcripts to be saved at the conclusion of calls. Relay operators are helpful and courteous.

It would be great if when the phone is set to do not disturb, that it would follow that rule. It's vibrated at times I shouldn't have been alerted to anything.

I really needed to get some help from Citibank. I used their TTY # on this app. So far they have hung up on me four times. I have called other people with no problem. One could say the problem is with Citibank, and not this app.

Asking for a form of documents required. When you only have a driver's license and bills on hand should be enough. Unfortunately they want your students ID but not your driver's license. Sounds strange...Won't be using their service at all! Poorly setup!

Won't let me finish registering tell me my username and password is wrong. And I know it's right. So I can't progress the identity process.

I switched phones and can no longer login. I cannot access iCloud mail. I won't let me create a new account. I need it because I'm Deaf. This is completely useless.

My favorite way to communication through the phone more than the video relay!!!! Keep my English grammars strong!! Dont STOP!!!! EVER!!!

Used to visit everywhere when I needed an appointment. IPrelay made life so much easier, even after this covid bullcrap. If your deaf or have trouble with phone get it!

This service is no goodI have been recently injured and am hard of hearing spending days to register in this app no costomer support this app should be taken off as an option for people have enough problems to spend time to have more aggravation with simple things in life

Have a great deal of hearing loss in both ears. Right ear has 4 hole in ear drum. Said because of scammers COULD NOT USE their app.????????

I am upset with this. I can no longer receive phone calls. Only make calls. I have missed a lot of important calls and job offers. Why is it not working?

Turned me down . When I know it sure would of helped me for hearing is bad but I lived this long without it guess I can find another way

It rings but there's no pick up or hang down on screen with incoming. So it rings and rings..........
