The app is cool, in that i can run my business line and personal number through 1 phone. However, it is criminally slow. I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to send a text to a client and can't get app to even respond to my keyboard to get her number in!
This app is always trying to update the profile and can not update comes with an internal error 407. Totally disgusting app. I tried uninstalling but still coming again and again. Also chat through the website someone responded and told me she will remove but nothing happen. TOTAL DISGUSTING!!
Not getting text messages. My customers are not able to hear me half the time, there is a 20-30 second delay when speaking. Great concept, horrible execution.
Crashes every single time I get a text!! I have to force close the app to be able to use it again. Please fix it!!!
Caller ID hasn't been working since I changed my Sprint SIM to a T-Mobile SIM. It is very frustrating! This new update hasn't fixed the issue.
One of th best application in the world.. for the betterment of mankind. There is no dependency on SIM cards if you have this application with you
I was told by the device notices displayed on the T .Mobile app that Sprint was my provider ? So therefore, I downloaded Sprint App , even though I have a TMobile sim card inserted. For real,??
Does not work at all now. But when it was working it sucked and took forever to open and do anything.
Lock up All the time forever to try and use the phone for it or anything else or locks up and closes the app and shuts it down or f's up the rest of your phone
Great at locking up your phone and draining battery. Great delay and echos, i love pretending I'm on the moon
Phone doesn't ring, cant send or receive mms. Not all sms come through

All of my 130 photos from my Gallery were finally forwarded from my Sprint phone to my new MOTOROLA MOTO G POWER PHONE. WHEN I WENT INTO MY GALLERY ON THE NEW PHONE TO CHECK IF THEY CAME THROUGH, I ENDED UP FINDING THEM ON FACEBOOK
Wasn’t crazy about the app at first. But after using it for a few weeks its grown on me.

Works seamlessly. Nexus 4.4.4. Very good. Data/wifi calling requires that address is set for E911 regulations compliance

does not work well, no updates, does not pull caller id in a timely manner. uses personal vm if you decline a call. only uses vm if it rings out unanswered. pulls wrong contact list, only uses native list, not outlooks, which requires maintenance if two contact files, resulting in duplicates and old contact numbers being used to make calls.
