Sprint Music Plus

Two stars is more than this app deserves. Only reason I give it two stars is because for the most part it does work....unless i try to buy a song. I do not have the bundles or anything. I just buy single songs. However, buying songs ...flip a coin if i can even get into the store. Flip the coin again if i can actually buy the song. Right now, i bought blaze of glory....waiting for the file to be fixed so i can download it.

so I have had this app since they came out with it and it has never given me any problems, until about 6 months ago. I have called three times, they where still charging me for two of the bundle services you pay for. The one thing they say is supposed to be fixed but still has not gotten fixed is the app itself. It just keeps saying some kind of error and then goes to my songs I have already purchased and want let me go to buy any new songs or ringtones and it want let me sign back up.

I've been having trouble with this app for years! I'm disgusted! I've called cust. svc numerous times to help fix the problem. I've gotten many different responses & ways of how to resolve the issue, but it had yet to be resolved! The cust. rep tells me to restart my phone, that it's definitely fixed, then wants to hang up. I'll repeated ask if it'll work, because nothing else has, they say yes. I hang up, restart phone & nothing!!! Back to square one!!!!

They offer a Ringback Subscription that DOES NOT WORK. They continue to offer it when it is impossible to subscribe. Kept getting errors trying to re-subscribe and was on "chat support" for almost 2 hours with an escalation just to be told the service is no longer available and they are looking for a replacement service. I am DONE!

Ok, loading screen takes forever You can't sort your playlists (seriously) To get to your playlists - Open app Click library Click My music On the far right, click playlists Then finally you can select a playlist. Now it charges me for songs but they don't download! The support contact below is a Gmail account, how sketchy is that. Who on earth designed this?

I had music I purchased and downloaded that is now missing from my music library! The songs that are there play about halfway through and then just stop for no reason. I tried buying some more music and it charged me but won't download at all! I'm going to try taking it into the store, but I'm very frustrated right now!

HORRIBLE!!! I used to like this app. Now, with my new Galaxy Note 9, I can't use ringbacks. The app won't let me subscribe. I keep getting an error. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! I sent an email to the app with a screen cap of the error. I never got a reply. Poor business ethics. I want my ringback!

I have had Sprint Music Plus for years. Enjoyed the ring backs. Suddenly they stop and Sprint says they have discontinued the service but yet I'm still being charged for the service. Customer service tells me they have restored the service but I still can't use it. Seventeen years with Sprint. Time to go.

Sprint lures you to the app with 5 free songs. To download, one must agree to allowing the app to make phone calls and access to your contacts. WHY? I could not find the pathway to the "free" songs, so I am deleting the app.

I have been trying to retrieve ringtones on this app and nothing ever seem to work. I have tried calling Sprint Tech Support as well as restarting my phone and uninstalling the app and reinstalling and still gives me a "network error" message.

Every time my phone syncs to my car the app closes and I'm forced to reopen. It gets annoying having to start your playlists over because this app won't stay open when switching to Bluetooth. I would uninstall if I knew of a better app.

purchased 2 ringtones and 1 song. was only allowed to download the song. kept getting error messages telling me to try again later or call customer service. After trying all day to download, to no avail, I called customer service the next day. They can verify my purchase but have ZERO answers as to how to get either a refund or my purchase.

All it took for me was the information it wanted to collect and permissions it wanted granted for simple ringback and ringtones. You would think Sprint was conducting a criminal investigation on your phone ringtone/back lol =).

Too invasive and collects and shares personal non- ananamous. Too many great free noninvasive apps to download. I now have sprint as my carrier and i wanted to stickwith apps available but the info they collect is way to private to share with them, yet alone a third party....I TRIED

Used to be useful for ringback tones until Sprint stopped supporting them. Now it just gives tons of bad music recommendations in notifications. Uninstalling.

Not sure why it always goes to Google Play in order to open the app. I want an app that will open automatically when I tap on the app. List like other apps I have. This is really an inconvience.

once upon a time I would have given this app a 5 stars, but it hasn't worked in months. Called Sprint, and Sprint stores all for them to tell me they can't help me. Sent an email to this app, so will see what happens.

leaving 1 * as a review because I absolutely don't want this. I don't want to be forced to have an app as part of a pre-installed package. each time I uninstall, it gets automatically downloaded again. I do not use this app.

"The Ringback Tones product will be decommissioned and No longer available as of 10/31/2018." a message I received after an hour of talking to customer service. Sprint still has not removed the ringback tones from the store which is very confusing.

They should combine all there apps in Apple Store & Google store. Music does store purchases or show purchases history. If you reset you phone without consulting Sprint Store Agent. All will be lost. Does not show lyrics or videos as promises. Is not free downloading of services reindered.

I have read several reviews about this app what problems what others they experienced. Some called customer service and they give them a solution but nothing worked. I never used it, it's not worth it to try. One thing I would do is update my phone and see what happens.

Upgraded to a new phone, agreed to an update, and now all of my music is gone. This is absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars if I was able.

Do not update app.... the update is very tough to navigate and understand plus my ringtones have now shown up in my music folder.

HORRIBLE selection of ring tones, I lost the ones I purchased on my last phone and not easy to search for what you like.

It's not right that we have to pay for a bundle of ringback tones really I paid for one and can't use it cant wait to pay my phone off switching up no more sprint
