Reinstalled, enabled all permissions, doesn't open at all now, useless.

Have NOT been able to use because it shuts down upon touch or opening. Absolutely dislike this app! Sprint just get rid of this and start over. We who love Sprint just want a full functioning device with its full functioning apps... get it right
It started locking up 4 updates ago and now does it 3 to 12 times a day - absolute garbage

You guys said sprint protect switched to gallery but what about the options to secure your phone other then back up data
Ever since Sprint informed me that TEP was being switched to Sprint Gallery... I am now unable to use this app. WHAT IS GOING ON SPRINT??? WHAT APP. ARE WE SUPPOSED TO USE NOW FOR OUR TOTAL EQUIPMENT PROGRAM???

On my new phone can't sign in to my sprint gallery, only prompts to create new account, no sign in option!!!

Stupid thing doesn't work! Every time I turn my phone on I get the error message "Sprint Protect stopped woring" and it freezes my phone. I've "Reported" the problem and have yet to receive any type of feedback or solution -_-
So since, Sprint's Total Equipment Protection app is going away. Will there be, a replacement app offered through Sprint? Super backup & restore is a secondary application, that I use other than TEP for those of you wanting to make sure that you have everything backed up. I use both, just because I heard rumors that Sprint's TEP app was going away. I don't know, if this is actually true or not. I've had Sprint Gallery, on my phone before. Sprint Gallery, just doesn't do it for me. With that, being said. I hope that, you reconsider about discontinuing the TEP app. This app is better than Sprint Gallery.
I replied to the email you provided about about not being able to open this app and you didn't bother to respond. I get a white screen. Its a joke. I'm furious.
Its not letting me log in.. I put in my email and password and it just sits there with a blank white page
Upgraded two phones and was told to download this app for the plan we have. Does not allow sign in, then spins off to the Sprint Gallery app which also did not allow sign in, then went to a blank white screen that simply locks up the phone.
Ever since i switched to Sprint Gallery, now when i tri to log into TEP i get a blank white screen...this is ridiculous! Doing away with an app that WAS working just fine, for an app that doesn't work at all!! Im on a Note 4, btw...
All Sprint protect doors is constantly "stop working"and allowing down my phone. Just a problem, I'd rather risk being un protected than have this frustrating app killing my phone.
Since the Total Protection transition to Sprint Gallery was announced whenever I try to log into my Total Protection account I get a blank white screen. Please assist in this matter.

Since you forced the "Sprint Gallery" on me that doesn't work, this app no longer works. It keeps telling me to go to "Sprint Gallery." I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still doesn't work. Fix it!
Please fix! This app is uselessly broken, for my Samsung s7 edge. Log in, nothing but a white screen. Please fix!!!
I can't use it. Any time I try to open it, the app closes and gives me an error message. And my phone says this app drains my battery the most.
