It's so easy to get caught up in our everyday lives, that something as important as keeping our bodies well hydrated often slips our mind, and can even be damaging to our bodies. To tackle this problem, we developed a system that can remind you as frequently as you like, to take a sip of water!
The Spritz Hydration Assistant App automatically pauses the music that's playing, to remind you to hydrate yourself at your desired time interval, using a gentle AUDIO notication of your choice. You can choose from over 15 notications, including several Nature Sounds and even different Human voices.
