Sprout Now

I'm not happy. I installed this to put on Remy & Boo because YouTube TV doesn't offer it on-demand. I logged in with my TV provider and the front page said there are 80 episodes, but the show page only has clips. In the Settings menu there is a Subscribe button, so I thought I had to do an additional paid subscription because my TV provider wasn't enough. That's fine. But when I tap "Subscribe Now", the app takes me to a blank page with no letters or images. I'd literally pay to make this work!

Doesn't play shows every show I pick it doesn't show it only shows certain ones and the older ones don't work and those are the ones that I chose and when I go to the parent opponents it doesn't show any thing on that screen,so it would be great if the app worked

Won't let me sign in with my provider. It keeps saying that there is a sign in error. I have removed and reinstalled the app multiple times and I keep getting the same error message.

6 June 2021: App logged me out & cannot log in anymore. Don't even get to TV provider options grid but instead get "Cannot process sign in request". Knowing they will likely respond blaming ME DirecTV, I signed out of 4 network apps I subscribe to & relinked ALL 4 no problem. So, DEFINITELY a Universal Kids app issue. Don't tell me to email, READ 28 May 2021: Worked great but I try putting a show on & says, "No return from UPDA" (or something) OR "expired auth token" (coding/programming error)

I dislike this app very much because it crashes constantly. However it is the only way to watch certain shows straight after it airs rather then waiting for demand.

NOT worth installing... I installed this so my son can watch Terrific Trucks and it doesn't work. I tried other videos and nothing. This app is just not working.

Not everybody has a cable provider and they require a cable provider for me to be able to play any of these shows for my kid and when I tried to email to let them know that I think that's a stupid thing and they need to change it their email address is not real I would have given this zero stars if I could have.

Comcast customer here. Followed the prompts to sign into my Comcast account but all I can get is clips. I can't get any full episodes even though my Comcast package includes the Universal channel on TV.

This app doesn't work. None of the live streams work and the navigation is confusing which just illuminates the issues the network is having from a branding perspective.

Literally nothing is free to watch except ads, and you can't sign in to watch full episodes. Sign in page loads forever regardless of whether you begin at the show's splash page or the grownups section.

ERROR PROCESSING REQUEST Everything started out fine, but when to login in with my TV provider and keep getting "error processing request". My kids can't watch NOTHING on your app. And my youngest LOVES Remy & Boo!! I tried to email, but even that came back too!!

Unable to cast to our Smart TV. This was the big deal of why I downloaded this app. To be able to cast to Smart TVs and it's the only thing I can't do! I may even just deleted because it serves no purpose otherwise.

I don't like Universal Kids, Sprout is better. Get Sprout back, NOW!!! Sprout is the home of Chica and The Wiggles. Sprout should've included Mario and Pokémon by Nintendo, Sonic by Sega, Mickey Mouse, Marvel and Star Wars by Disney (even Sofia the First), El Chavo by Televisa, and more. Plus, Toei Animation could've produced Kawaii Kylie shows and movies so NBCUniversal and Universal Pictures would distribute them. NBC, put them on Sprout, so Kawaii Kylie will be the newest character on Sprout.

This app is not working properly AT ALL! I liked a show I saw on YouTube and I got the app. Turns out something free is better than something that cost money. I can't believe it. PS kids can read. Wish I could give 0 stars. So disappointed!

The five star ratings (which are either vague or posted with a bad review) skew the true rating this deserves. App sits with the buffering sign on the main page and doesn't do anything. Not and internet or device issue as I did troubleshoot. Please fix

Unbelievable! I just can't watch the full episodes of Powerbirds. Please fix this problem, NBC Universal :(

My daughter love the shows but sadly the app crashes whenever I connect to Xfinity ... Need updates or something otherwise I'll just continue with YouTube kids .

I wanted to watch dot but I couldn't, and you can't even sign in everyone is talking about the error and their telling the truth it's awful I'd rather watch the old shows on YouTube 😐

i would never let me watch a sigle show . when i tried it would have an error sigh. i am very sad that it didn't work . please fix this problem.

It keeps telling me Universal Kids has stopped and I have re installed it teice. Don't get this app. A waste of space and time on your device.

The Universal kids app doesn't work the full episodes of the TV show don't work on my phone only the short episodes of the shows but really really really want Sprout or PBS KIDS sprout to cone back

Worst App EVER! Never loads just spins and spins. Uninstalled and tried reinstalling and still didn't work-so sad!!!!

Tarbile! The login page takes forever,You can't wach a video unless you login,And overall bad quality . Please fix this and you will actsully have people on your app inculding me

random shows unavailable even though offered. when attempting to play "!" is all that shows up.

Cast button doesn't work, half the time videos don't play. Worst app I've used in a long while

All i wanted to do was watch one single show and i was able to until i accidentally dropped my phone and now it keep saying that i need to sogn in and when i tryed the app wouldnt take it all i wanted was to watch one single show and your app gave me hope buy now your app jist messed it all up talking about sign up when ever good apps have what u want to watvh they all ways be like sign 😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
