Sprouted Pixel Dungeon

My favorite Pixel Dungeon mod so far. So many items and things to explore. Almost beat the game but the data was deleted because of a bug. There's so many bug in Dolyhaven that kept me from finishing this game. But still, I love this game as it has so much to offer in gameplay. Please update to fix the bugs; it's the only bad thing in this game.

Great Game with lots of potential. However, the bugs in this game make it virtually unplayable. I accidently summoned the sad ghost in the safe level and my save file was corrupted essentially deleting the character I had spent hours on. In addition, there are some items that you cannot get if you make a single misstep in some levels. For a game that is not focused on controls, this seems unfair. A great way to fix both of these issues would be to implement a backup system for the save files.

Fun game, even when ya gotta grind it out. Would rate higher but have constant save file corrupt errors whenever I try to enter the mines in Dolyahaven, so can't advance any further to end of game. Update Dec 2018: dropped a star because there has been no fix. There have been a few updates since my last post, but no fix for the issue I am seeing. When I attempt to play the mine levels in Dolyahhaven, regardless of class, the game spits up a " corrupt save file" error. Game unplayable.

It's a chill and playable pixel dungeon. This one is the best of all I have played. It makes me feel like it has multiple endings as you can just go down the stairs and have that be your end or go through the book levels and theres your end. Honestly so much fun even though it does have some problems of game getting corrupted easily once you hit level 100 and up. As well as some rooms that kill it like the crab king. It's a challenge but not impossible.

I can't fathom why the bugs haven't been patched, especially after 4 years. I just lost a game to one of these random bugs and ngl, I can't really bring myself to play again after that. Otherwise, it's fun... A good game for one or two playthroughs, I suppose.

I understand that you want to add new spice to an old formula of the same boss fights, but not being able to get past the first fight with previously tried-and-true tactics is annoying and quite the turn-off. Still, this works pretty well with a touchpad.

You're stupid. My save was corrupted only because I used the hideout key again while in tengu's hideout. Your game is a buggy piece of trash that relies solely on the superficial progress someone thinks they're making by having stats constantly shoot up. For such a common action to corrupt a long-travelled save file means the game is literally worthless.

good if you don't mind intensive grinding. Overall its not my cup of tea but I can see the appeal so I won't let my bias give this a bad rating. Definetly made for those who want to grind a lot and I respect that. I actually do like playing because if all the loot but the difficulty definetly kills it for me.

I'm sorry for all the people that are waiting for developer's response but the last update was in 2016 so it's not very likely that there will be new updates anymore. The game itself contains a lots of bugs, be aware, especially new players. Heaven Book can lead to a file corruption resulting the inability to load your save file anymore, so you need to start over. The corruption file also happens in other deeper levels of the game but there's tons of them and I'm running out of space to write.

A very creative mod of pixel dungeon with plenty of content to play around with. The reason it's getting a measly 2 stars despite the game itself being great, is the numerous game crashes. These are bad enough in a normal pixel dungeon, but in this mod you'll have spent hours upon hours grinding, so the loss feels even worse. RIP, my mighty huntress.

Add more seeds to even out the amount of meats you get, I had like 15 mystery meats from mobs before the third level and like 2 seeds. Do add more to even it out. And the mobs too, I get there's a bunch more for more food but they're way more tougher to fight at just the first level with the basic items. This could be a really nice game, just work out these issues. Until then, you get 3 stars from me. Lowering to 2 stars, game is way too uneven in food and items and enemies.

this game could be hard at first, but it requires a lot of strategy and thinking ahead to master properly. the element of luck is also clearly present in the game. i simply love it! i just really REALLY want to find a fire wand more often. to whoever reads this: class mage with a fire wand means you probably win. oh and there is MUCH more to the game than shows by the way. after a one year break from it, i now realized and reinstalled it. ENJOY THIS STUFF GUYS!!

A great mod of Pixel Dungeon. As the game states, it is for those who enjoy grinding. I personally am not opposed to it, but the number of end game bugs / accidental softlocks are insane. Accidentally throwing unidentified Ring of Wealth into a Phase Pitcher, killing the Ambitious Imp shopkeeper or failing to steal both softlock, and the Dolyhaven Mines have many (known) bugs. If you want to install, be sure to check out guides on how to progress without softlocking, as it's unintuitive.

I love this game but recently it keeps corrupting my files. I've just lost several perfect run games which took so long to build up. If the developer reads these reviews- I've contacted you before about bugs and had no response. I know you're busy, but... It was working fine yesterday, and today all my games are lost. Any advice?

by far my favorite pixel dungeon, feels less like im racing my hunger bar to the end and more like i can take my time, and NOT get jumped by a rat on floor 4 because hunger was killing me and food can only be found every 2 or 3 floors. very nice. less challenging than shattered, and less patronizing than soft (soft is still cool not trying to rip on it)

Soooooo good. Kind of grindy, but I'm into that. I've played all the pixel dungeons and I have to say this is hands down the best. There's so much content and the story is interesting amd compelling. The gameplay is refreshing and new, but it still has the nostalgistic feeling of pixel dungeon. This is my favorite game of all time.

A very good game, a bit grindy but i like that. Be very careful with the last levels it ks very easy to corrupt your save/get softlocked. Also in the sokoban puzzles remember to unequip your class armor or you may lose it with a single missclick (instead equip weak armors). Consider using titanium backup tk baxkup your progress if you can.

Bug wiped out 8+ hours progress. I closed the game to have a brake and when i come back in my save was erased. the game isnt very intuitive and full of secret interactions without enough guidance as to what youre supposed to do, vague item descriptions, interactions that will lose you the game after hours of progress (eg a low level boss 1 shot me from out of sight 5 hours in) . relies too much on online research to figure out Too grindy at times and too easy compared to shattered pd

Even if the game is grindy I sat there and enjoyed every single bit. I like the simple art style and even the music(even though it'd be cool to have different themes for different layers). It's definitely not a game for everyone but I love it!

One of the many Pixel Dungeons I enjoy to be honest isn't a fun game to play. Pixel Dungeon is also a very easy game to Queue up I've had no problem loading in at all," I would go as far to say that it virtually takes no time at all to load in. Please by all means give it a try you might not regret it. O yeah this is one of the many Pixel Dungeons that used autosave. So when you're in a safe spot all you do is close the app or just go to the (right) of the game press the (3 line) & press (exit).

Great game. I personally enjoy the grind, but oh boy, the bugs... I've gotten to Shadow Yog twice after spending a lifetime grinding just because I like overpowered gear, but both times I have crashed. RIP my lvl 136 warrior, my +149 spork, +28 Ring of Wealth and my +102 Plate Armor, transformed into warrior suit after it reached +30... all of that just to lose it to a bug on my last run. It has crashed twice while being in Shadow Yog's room. Game freezes and closes, reopen and file's not there.

Pretty cool version, though I have to ask. Why doesn't the ring of frost get stored with the other rings on the chain?? My chain isn't full, but the ring of frost refuses to go with them, instead staying in the main backpack area. Seems odd, when even the ring of destruction goes with the normal rings. Just a small nitpick of mine.

This game is really fun and interesting. My friend said at one point he was in a room filled with animated statues and he attacked one of the statues and he died 8 times! LOL what a loss if progress.
