Sprouts

I love that Sprouts has an app. As with all grocery store apps, there are so many products that it is hard for developers to make simple apps. The clipping is already confusing, and when it does not work correctly, it is beyond frustrating! Sprouts is not alone, but please consider discounts that are time consuming! If your goal is for us to not participate, then why do it? Still, thank you for the app!!!

The app seems ok if you are using it just as a grocery list but do not even consider this if you are utilizing Instacart because it is such a horrible experience and the amount of time that I have had to spend on the phone with support and never getting a thing resolved on canceled orders and general problems with substitutions not showing up in the app but in a URL that is texted to me. Very bad experience! Instacart is the main disconnect or problem in this but Sprouts must be responsible also

Not that intuitive for shopping list. Can't automatically add items from the ad to the shopping list. Need to leave the ad, open the shopping list, search for what you are looking for (for example "tomatoes") then search for the item in the ad from all the items that might match the search, then add to shopping list, then go back to ad to find where you were before it all started. With Publix you can add any item in their flyer directly to your shopping list. Should be no-brainer functionality

Always A Pleasant Experience!! Shoppers are very attentive and do a great job picking produce that I would pick. Orders are always on time. Their communication is fantastic for out of stock items, replacements, refunds, etc. Produce is almost always fresh. Never had missing items. Makes life easier all around. I appreciate them!!

Mostly works well. Had coupon bogo free youghart, was charged full price both of them. Other coupons worked well. Cashier gave extra coupon also. Good it is subdivided into categories, makes things easier to find.

Clunky. There seems to be a disconnect on how it works. The app is not seamless or intuitive...it doesn't flow which creates an unpleasant and frustrating shopping experience. The app is creative and aesthetically pleasing to view. It's unique and very nice compared to other grocery store apps, so shout out to whoever was responsible for the design.

It would be helpful if the "Allow Subs: Yes/No" section & the product "Instructions" section could both be edited, and synced, before finalizing an order instead of having to edit them both separately. This has been an issue causing problems for both the shoppers and for me in the past with both the Instacart app as well as with the Sprouts app. Please fix this issue ASAP. Plus it would be helpful knowing what Shopping List items are already in the Cart. Please fix this issue too. Thanks.

Always have to login which makes it hard to use at checkout. Can't go to 2nd page of coupons because of button to create new list. Can't zoom weekly ad.

Can't find a way to turn off push notifications. Absolutely unacceptable intrusion. App is also slow and sluggish.

I can't choose any time slots to pick up my order, I choose foods to add to my "cart" and it tells me there's an error and to reload/logs me out. Doesn't fix anything when it happens. The app is unusable, there's really no reason to even have it so i thought id use the site. The website is just as bad for some reason.

Broken, don't bother. Weekly ad won't load correctly. Update 29 Oct 2020 App still has issues and crashes. Load times are horrible and inaccurate information. Junk app, don't bother. 2022 update. Search option doesn't work. Missing items that are in store and presents items that aren't in the store.

Search bar is for some reason not always present, I think it gets covered by the "my store" banner. Then when I'm in search I can't go back to the main page. The app on general is not laid out well.

Not sure if it's an app issue, but clipping coupons for the same product does not apply all coupons for that product at checkout. E.g. BOGO and $0.50 on a product only applies the $0.50 coupon. Also, for the free sample program, the expiration date listed on the coupon is off by 1 day. E.g. "ends March 5th" should let me use the coupon until March 5th 11:59 pm, but it seems like the coupon expires on March 5th 12am.

Terrible app. This may be the worst designed app of any grocery store. It has to "load" constantly. It's slow. It's just a frustrating app to use. The user interface is frustrating too. They should have spent more money on the designer.

Too bloated, makes it very laggy, constantly logs you out, which is very pointless, then defaults to their first store which is 2 states away and takes too long to change back or log back in repeatedly. Not remotely worth using.

there are a few glitches. some things I search for don't come up but I know they carry it. the shop from the weekly ad doesn't work. overall though, I don't have many issues and I use it often.

It use to be great. Now it won't show my barcode. It keeps telling me to log in even when I am logged in. I hope they get this glitch fixed.

App won't let me log in. When I try to bring up my barcode, it tells me to sign in even if I've just signed in. The app is also very slow.

I truly love the variety available here for gluten free and vegan options! The staff is really helpful and very friendly. They all seem so happy which is a wonderful thing to experience.

it's a great app, but could use some optimizing. a little slow to load menus, and notifying the store from the app that you're ready for pickup doesn't work a lot of the times

Why does the do you love this app, please rate it keep popping up while I'm scrolling and clipping coupons? It gets in the way and leads to unintended taps. One star until it's done doing that. Edit: +1*, it's been a while since I've been disruptively asked to rate the app.

the sprouts app has really come a long way. it loads really well, and has lots of great coupons, as well as allows me to see the Weekly Ad. very seemless

Not really anything useful. Even with the digital coupons, the same product is still cheaper at Walmart or literally anywhere else. I don't feel as rewarded with this app as I do other store apps.
