So annoying. The log in screen does not remember you so you have to either know your details or find them every time you want to log in. Navigating back from sub-menus also logs you out. I was reading about injuries, tapped back and was at the login screen again. This feature means that when I feel like going on the app I have to find my membership card and by then the feeling has passed.
Would be nice to add fingerprint sign in feature to it. App apart, please fix database issue with my account. After the roll out yesterday, the address in my account has been wrongly set to UK and my default address was missing from my account info. The OHS birthday code was supposed to be 15% discount, but it has been wrongly set to 10% now. There was also no VAT exclusion for items purchased by overseas buyer (ship outside UK).
Very poor app When you click on match info for a particular match it goes to irrelevant out of date info. Doesn't anyone ever test this? Information about tickets I have bought is non-existent. The FAQs are not helpful. Very clunky all round. Presumably designed and 'tested' by people who never go to matches.
The app itself is very pretty to look at, and in theory, it's easy to use due to its layout. However, I find that it often doesn't work as intended. When you tap almost anywhere on the main page, it redirects you to the Spurs store instead of the destination you wanted. I've often tapped directly on an article or video only to be redirected to the storefront. If I'm going into the app to watch an interview, I don't want to be tricked into visiting the store like I'm a child who'll buy something.
The May 2019 update has done nothing to help with staying logged in my previous review is unchanged. 1 star. It would be a great app but can only give 1 star because it does not keep you logged in and you can't sign in with fingerprint. As soon as as you log in if you leave the app to do something else when you come back you have logged out. Please fix this and get fingerprint log in with Samsung pass
it's good but plenty to improve... The discover section is laggy, won't scroll sometimes..and when clicking on notifications, it doesn't take you to the article, instead it just opens the app🤦🏻♂️...and inside the app when clicking on any article, it goes to the shop 🤦🏻♂️...also sometimes the app logs out itself and we have to login again..please fix
Great to have the app but have to log in each time - tedious. Can't find any settings to prevent this. Some content has links to download the app - despite being in the app! Suggests content not fully designed for app. So just 3 stars for me at the moment. COYS.
A recent update has made the app almost unusable. You can't paste a password into the login interface and neither can Lastpass. So being a careful user with a password manager I can't access the additional features. Additionally the match audio should really work when the phone is dark like any normal audio app. Otherwise you have to constantly keep touching the phone to keep it awake!
I'm trying to register as a new user via the app. I use a password manager and generate random passwords for each account I create. For some reason on android I can't paste into the password box so im forced to manually type in my randomly generated password, which kind of defeats the point a bit.It would be nice if this could be fixed
This is supposed to match how the new stadium is state of fhe art but all this app has done is follow Spurs trend of producing awful official apps. The main problems are that everything is very slow to load and it doesn't keep you logged in to you membership account and alot of the supposed features are just links to the spurs website. Other than that the match ticket feature is good and so is the first look news.
Decent source of info, highlights, upcoming fixtures and team news. Dropped star due to the app taking me to ticketing info instead of the article I pressed. This happens on any article and randomly, so I suspect and hope this is a bug. COYS.
Worst app experience ever. It logs me out between every visit, and then you have to log in again, within the app, to buy tickets, and it says it's the wrong password. I literally just logged in successfully. Disgraceful and disappointing, probably what it feels like to be an Arsenal fan..
As a spurs fan and someone who buys every kit they produce I'm massively impressed with the app it tells you about the players,news to stay up to date with the team and many other brilliant features overall this app is spectacular and I would recommend it to anyone who supports Spurs. #To dare is to do. Spurs for life♥️.
A really great app for sports fan and sends out notifications on every game. It will be much better if there is a visualization of the starting eleven on the start of eah match.
I uninstalled because: 1. With all the notification settings in the app turned off, I was still receiving notifications, such as transfer news and in-game news. 2. It continuously logged me out of my account, forcing me to enter my login details every time.
Good app... But has a lot of issues and quirks. Having to log in every time is annoying. The scrolling is also unresponsive frequently. These issues stop this being the best app to follow the team.
First off, the app would not allow me to sign in with my 1 Hotspur account. Secondly, you have to sign in each time? Why can't it remember me? Thirdly, the roster is not up to date, at least get that current. A lot needs to improve on the app!
apps ok but forces log in every time which is a great idea but i cant paste passwords which makes typing long passwords frustrating as your app doesnt keep active state when flicking between apps!? why is this a problem.
App OK and Interactive map at stadium useful. Not sure why such things as the old WHL centre spot not detailed on unless zoom in. Thankfully staff on hand to guide but would make so much easier if these things were searchable via the interactive map
App takes ages to load, so I tried deleting and reinstalling it still playing up.. I'll just have to get any Tottenham Hotspur news from the BBC Sports Website. Every time I use this app I'm inundated with scam emails.....Deleted app. ! !
Dud. Doesn't cooperate with Samsung Pass or Norton Password vault. Doesn't have fingerprint recognition, have to login everytime you start it, it thinks it's a banking app. Dreadful from Spurs.
lovely looking app full of great Spurs content. Will be a real benefit on matchday too but only once the login bug is fixed. I have to sign in every time i open the app which is very frustrating.
It is a great app.You could see everything that is happening at the club, you could see the transfers and there is a countdown to the next in the app.It is a very useful app for a spurs fan like me
Half the time the links take you to the wrong article. It also never remembers your login details which is farcical for an app in 2020. Some great content in there, just a shame the app is borderline unusable
Good content. rough around the edges. I like the exclusive content. Nice layout. It wont allow you to paste passwords into the app from password managers. If you leave thr sign in or sign up screen to see password or other info it resets wjen you go back to this app. Said password didnt match. Whem it really meant no special characters allowed.
