I've been using the app along with the Link-Micro LTE for 2 weeks now and so far I'm pleasantly surprised at how great the app+camera have been. The trail cam was easy to connect to LTE and the phone app, and the app is simple and straightforward to use. I'm on the free tier plan which gives me 100 Standard definition photos a month and it suits my needs.

Originally left a 1 star review based on a complete lack of customer service while trying to troubleshoot a camera. However, I eventually ended up chatting with a person who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breath of fresh air for sure. Muhammed Mirzad should teach classes in good customer service. Nice job. The app itself is great. Super easy and convenient. I run over 40 trail cameras and the four of these that I have are the easiest to use by far.

there should not be transition effects when looking through photos. they look all "cool" when they swipe in from the left, but if you are looking for differences between photos(aka a very small, very conspicuous movement that triggered the camera), you want to see the photo flash from one to the other. like clicking the next arrow on a PC.

We've been promised for what, 2 maybe 2 and half years now that we wold get the option to use spydollars from our account in app. Saw in the updates that it said account management was one of the updates. 😑 should of known spypoint would fall through and not give us that feature. I mean look how long it took for weather and maps. Android doesnt even have the ability to save photos to internal storage like iOS does. You gotta send it to your self in an email, text, or google drive! Why?

Lately having to enter password everytime I open the app to view pictures like it can't remember I'm paying for two cameras. 4/15/2022 update after cams. You want a difficult field camera your in the right spot. Techs are very helpful and do resolve issues quickly but why do I need to contact them to reconnect my camera? Connection was not possible until I called. Overall 2 cams working well one which cost the most never worked from the start so frustrating but will again call customer service

Similar to all the other 1 star reviews: Unit worked a month or two. Now, it either unit takes 20 pics of nothing (not in direct sun, on low sensitivity, etc) & wastes all the free pics, or does not transmit /send the photos anymore, even thought there are 60 free pics left.

Pretty good but when I get a notification that a camera sent pictures and touch it to open the app, why doesn't it automatically open to the pictures from that particular camera? Then when I hot the back button, the app closes. It should go back to show me all cameras. Also, it's showing a "shopping cart" with the "Insiders Club" selected which there's no way to delete. Seems like they're hoping I click it accidentally. Pretty scummy. And now theyve gone and added ads as well. Do better guys

Cameras are good. The app is annoying. Every time I open the app now I'm greeted with a full screen ad. Even more annoying is that it's for a promotion that based on the dates given in the ad is now over. If customers are paying for hardware and in many cases paying for ongoing monthly services why are we also being shown ads, especially really annoying ones? Responding to the dev reply... of course, I can spend even more money not to be subject to ads. Buying the equipment and subscribing to some stuff isn't enough, you need to pay for the "Insider Club" too.

No matter how many times I disable auto pay, the system keeps changing it back. Now it won't let me change it at all. I don't need to pay for a plan for my cams that are not in the field this time of year. I will be calling customer support..........AGAIN Chat IS useless...........& I shouldn't have to anyway. JUST FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!

Total junk. Cameras steadily need updating, which isn't an easy fix. I bought a 2 pack. One camera has never worked right. I tried updating it 3 times and still can't get it to send pictures. These camera are picky on what batteries they like, the quality isn't that great, sometimes there's a huge lag in deliver or it may not send pics at all. In fairness the review was suppose to be about the app. The app is ok but the spypoint in general is junk

On edit, App Working now but one camera only transmits occasionally. Will return Own 5 of their cameras. Have been using app since last fall and all worked well, now app forced me to update and I have nothing. Just a little icon that says "pending". I have good internet connection and plenty of bandwidth, I did a test loading a different app and it works, but spypoint has left me without access to my cameras on my phone and I am 2300 miles away. Edit, working after updates.

Biggest piece of junk! Always having issues, 1 may work, but the other one does not! I have changed micro sd cards, formatted, moved cameras, replaced batteries, and on and on! Went from having green light (good service to NO service) keep in mind camera wasn't touched! I've been working on it for a week, and cannot get a signal, I even took it out to eat with me to see if I could get service in town (NOTHING BUT A RED LIGHT)... I will not be buying anymore of these cameras! Thisbis our 4th one.

I just bought this it was suppose 2 b 5 star? It won't let me see any pics unless I take off HD. The pics were horrible you couldn't even see or make out anything just blurs. I was hoping this cam was going to work but it won't even take videos nor will it show me any clear pictures. It's going back

Ap has been great, up until the recent ad that displays every single time I open the ap. I bought spypoint cams to watch my cams, not your ads. I get all of your ads in my email, so I don't need them in my ap as well. And with no way to bypass them makes it all the more infuriating. REMOVE THE ADS. We get enough via email. Don't destroy a great product, please.

app is fine, relatively easy to navigate. Built in obsolescence! Paid $300 for a 3G camera that was no longer supported after 2 years of use. I was given a fraction of that back on the purchase of a 4G camera. I now have a total of 4. Now I'm being told that they are going 5G and these may no longer be supported. If I saved my receipts and it is still under warranty they will give me a discount on upgrade. Long story short $1100 and I will be driving 185 miles and collecting sd cards to viewpic

I've been using my Spypoints for 8 months now and have sold my other cell cams to buy more. The trigger speed and battery life are the best I've found for the price (I got the 2 pack of the Link Micro LTEs on sale for $150), and I appreciate that you can select the pictures you want in HD so the camera isn't wasting battery to send 32 gig squirrel pics. The app interface has been everything I would expect. After poor experiences with some other brands of cell cam, I'm very pleased with Spypoint!

Half a star... if that. Cannot update the app. Camera does not communicate with my phone. When it prompts me to update the app I go ahead and do so..only for it to bring me to a screen to open the app. And then repeat... all without updating. Basically wasting $15 at this point.. on top of that I'm gonna have to waste 4 hours and a tank of gas to go put a different camera out. Oh and I was just in there 2 days ago.. great for capturing deer activity.

Pain in the.....! Cameras worked okay for a while then nothing. Called for support and was told I have to gather up my camera's (2) and then try to get thru to them again when I have them in my hand. Too bad my property is 200 miles away! Cameras are only 8 months old. Tried new batteries, sd card ....nothing. Spent way too much time on this already. Shouldn't be so difficult. Not gonna keep calling these people so they can help me fix THERE junk! Bad experience all together.

all of a sudden Ads are now all over this app. Makes the experience less desirable. Had the free plan for over a year or so and the cameras have been working as expected.

USE TACTACAM!!! Would be great if it worked. Constantly have to reboot camera to get it to send pictures. Might as well change out an sd card and save the monthly subscription. App is very user unfriendly. Customer support is non existent. Has a resolve issue section but it helps none at all. Unfortunately i paid for a year of subscription. Will not be renewing that or ever buying another spypoint product. Deserves 0 stars. NO RESOLUTION FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEY HAVE IGNORED MY LAST 3 EMAILS

App is OK but the new splash screen/ad is AWFUL. I pay $99 annual fee and can't stand this opening splash screen. Huge waste of my time everytime I want to check my cameras. This didn't exist when I bought my first camera now that I got several, I'm stuck. Makes me concerned what next bad decision will be made.

I have bought three spypoint cameras. I've returned two that would not work for replacement. I still only have one working camera. the battery operated one works. the two with rechargable battery's and solar panels don't work. complete junk. spent $240 on cameras that don't work. got sick of returning them to a store 50 miles away.

After 1 year of functioning just fine this is now the second camera quitting to work right after the renewal of the plan (10 days after) and I am on a yearly renewal... I would never buy this again. Just wasted $135.60!!!
