Squabble

There is a glitch in the address fields. The way I found around it was to put in the full address(number, street, city, state, and zip code in the address field to force app to give me the drop down menu choice of my desired address. At first I gave up...but then got determined to make this work. Other people may not be as patient, resourceful or committed, so y'all need to fix this!

Update: I believe Squabble deserves a second chance. After Squabble finally responded, they were helpful and acted expeditiously so I have bumped their rating up. The team is understaffed and they are trying to recruit attorneys. I hope the company can either secure more investment or retain a solid team with equity.

This App is just out to rob the users of money and they do not do what they promise on their videos. Do not waste your time and money using App. I filed my case with them and paid close to $300.00, mind you if you file the case yourself you only pay $60.00. I thought it was going to be easier so I used this App, then they wrote me emails that they were not able to serve the court papers and they wanted me to pay more money for them to try serving again, thats robbery without violence. Zero star

The app won't accept the only address listed for the defendant that I can find. It win't allow me to select any of the required fields to input the required info on the address page, although it will let me select the "optional" fields (email/phone).

Every time I try to upload evidence the app either crashes or loads really slowly. This makes uploading 15 evidence photos very difficult. It would also be helpful to upload multiple related pictures as the same piece of evidence. It also won't let me upload pdfs, only pictures, even though it says that you can upload files. Update: I can't edit the Squabblee's information nor am I able to remove the second Squabblee. I click remove and nothing happens. This app is close to unusable.

Currently I'm at the stage where you pay $15. When I heard about this app I thought it was cool. I can't believe I'm having to use it but here I am. So far the app is just okay. It is really buggy (PDFs won't upload, some buttons don't work all the time, misspellings here and there) and the customer service isn't up to par for how serious this app is. That's a little unsettling. The company should focus on fixing things. Hope to rate this a five-star so I'll update when the process is complete.

Do not use this service. It is a waste of time and money. I am the squabbler... I found out that unless your dollar amount is 4 figures then squabble is only a communication platform Yes. $14.95 to state that you are owned money and hope the party responds. (Obviously something I've already done) Also, I waited more than 2 weeks to got a response advising me that my dollar amount was not significant enough for mediation or small claims court. Nothing more. This is all that the app does.

Has bugs, does not allow me to go past the screen when I select a "federal or local" squabblee. The screen appears incomplete showing only "Is it against a state?" With incomplete options.

Honestly, the app design is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and great for someone who needs an effective resolution. It's perfect for me

They charged me 15 dollars and claimed that the ball was rolling, that was 2 months ago. After multiple attempts of contacting some form of customer service person, no one has even bothered to respond. wonder if I could uses this app to get my $15 back from this major let down. Guess I got screwed out of money by my ex-boss and pissed on by these ass hats.

I've been using this app for a short while and it's always worked perfectly. no paper work, no confusing procedure, still works perfectly!

Unfortunately I have hunch that this developer is using this application to basically steal money from people. I paid 370.00 dollars to get service from this application. They told me I was going to be contacted. I was never contacted through email or by phone. Only after I posted a bad review here did I get a call. The person I spoke to said they were going to refund my money. They refunded my filing fees but kept 95.00 for absolutely doing NOTHING. As far as I am concerned they are a SCAM.

Fully operational and easy to use. it definitely makes collecting debts easier, which is why I got the it in the first place.

the controlling is very clear and setup worked the first time as it should. the mediators are really helpful and supportive. really that is all I needed

nothing ever happened. just lost alot of money relying on this app. now its past the deadline to file. so thank you squabble. ill never get my tools or back lay back. im EXTREMELY upset and disappointed.

You're not allowing me to type alphabetic characters into the name field when filling out the payment option. It's only allowing numeral keyboard. Can't be used if you can't put your debt card info in.

Excellent! I recently had an issue with my employer and they refused to pay me. Tried everything. Found this app completely by chance. FINALLY got what he owed me. Will be recommending this to friends!

Its an excellent app that I didnt know that I needed! Absolutely wonderful to simply start a squabble on the app and then the mediator will help you through it. Thanks so much for creating this app

Ok not sure if you guys just downloaded an earlier version but this app is amazing. I run a business with 10 employees and have squabbled 3x already to mediate delinquent accounts. Resolved disputes of $4100, $2200 and $6700 - all mediated; I do have one squabble that was squashed. App is sweet.

I LOVE THIS APP!! It is, hands down, the best app out there for debt collecting and setteling. I'd have lost thousand of dollars to get this done without the app

not always easy to get back what people owned you, especially money. with the help of this app, things are much easier. I highly recommend it!

Filed two squabbles in Nov 2019, paid $15 each, nothing. 1. No field for inputting phone number for other party. 2. No field to add police report information. 3. App has no contact us / faq section. Do something or return my money before I file a squabble with your app.

Exactly what I need! so much convenient. I dont have time for the paperwork nor money for lawyer so this is the best alternative and it's very helpful!

I just got out of my zoom court date and I was just told that I can't proceed because Squabble hasn't notified the court that the defendant was served the court date. I paid $270 to have everything handled now I have to pay to serve the defendant myself this is very frustrating to lose money on top of trying to receive money I'm already owed...
