Square Quick

Was going well... Then suddenly started making all my images pixelated. They're pixelated as soon as I load them, before I even make any edits. I tried multiple photos, and made sure none of them were already like that, so there's something wrong with the app. Also tried clearing the cache and my phone's memory, but no luck fixing the problem.

Used this app for a while, but do not like the lastest version. The previous version was much easier to use and was able to create the square images for instagram that were still the full image. But now when I import the pictures, they are already cropped. I tried reszing and using the new iptions, but prefer the app before the changes. It has a lot more features now that maybe others will prefer to use.

While the app itself is fine and easy to use, I can not stand the sound ads. I understand in capitalism you have to show us ads for the free usage or whatever. However, those ads do NOT need to have sound! Why would you do that? I have tons of free apps that do not have sound in their ads! I cant use this app out of fear that a random loud sound is going to blast through. So its uninstalled now. >It happens after pressing done and go to the save/share page.

I've been using this app for quite some time now and always like it but this most recent update made me wanna come and review. It flows so much better now and is smooth and easy to figure out/work with. I'm not a pro editor, but it a great free open resource with great features and helped me make edits I'm proud of. I pair it with other apps but this is the one I always start with. EDIT: I realized it kills the quality of my photos when I go stop the 2nd editing step and it's very noticeable:((

PLEASE undo some things in the latest update. I used to be able to free hand crop a photo and it would transpose to 1:1 and retain the size of the cropped image. Now, it makes the image very small and puts too much border around it. I loved this app until this update. I compared it to previous crops I did before the last update, and it's totally different. I'll have to look for another app until this is fixed. So sad!

This used to be great, but the ads have gotten VERY agressive. One shows up with each photo you try to save, and will not let you procede to save it untill a 45 second video passes... And, more often than not, it forces you to go to the app store before you can save a file. I'll be searching for an alternative app

I downloaded so many of these apps looking for one exactly like this, where you can edit multiple photos at a time. The problem with the other apps is that you can only edit one at a time and the interface is clunky and not very user friendly. Loving the app, suprised it doesnt have higher ratings.

I used to love this app, it's so simple yet works great, or well it did. After an update, I'm guessing, it used to automatically have my recent pictures come up first, but now it's all my pictures mixed up not sorted by date. The reason why it's an issue is because it used to be so easily accessible and now I can't even find the files at times. I still have hope, if you all fix it to how it was, I'd easily give it the 5 stars.

I want to be clear that I use the free version. It works fine and has different background effects. But I want to know if even the paid version compresses the images to be so pixelated, though. It destroys the quality of the image. It doesn't look great when I post it on Instagram (and I know it's not just Instagram because when I post other things that don't use this app, it looks clearer). I'd even pay a little to be able to save better quality images.

Design has improved much. But the end picture quality is bad and pixelated. In comparison, InFrame does the job providing a smooth picture, and the size of the file is at least 3 times smaller than Square Quick's. Also, photos in batch can only be edited into squares, no other size options available.

Great app to create social media content for my small business 👍. Really impressed by all the features available in one app. Well done Square Quick team :) Suggestions: - ability for text boxes to snap to places (horizontally/vertically) when amending the size or rotating the box. - ability to create template i.e. create a layout and save it so it can be used again later with a different picture for exemple. - ability to amend initial step (photo/cropping) without deleting text added in step 2

Works well, I can edit the text I created so it's a plus compare to other apps. Very useful. I wish I could also draw some glitter and it would be perfect. There should be a "disable shadow" for text, it's annoying to move bar to the left each time. Overall good app.

The only reason Im giving it 4stars is because of the ads . Its pops up everytime a photo is done being edited. So basically to save the photo you have to watch an ad to save. EDIT: I understand to be able to use the app for free the ads are required of course.

Firts of all I wanted to say ...it's very naaice application and easy to use for all at free of cost , nd it's amazing...well done developer team all 👍....nd secondly i want to give a suggestion... i think ..if some features like spot colour and without cropping nd blurring adjust pics in wtsp profile size can be add then it's become more attractive.....👍👏

I needed an app for quick cropping screen shots.. but this app brings a whole-nother level of cropping and styling I didn't know I wanted! Switched from a Pixel 2 XL to a OnePlus 8 Pro. Lost the ability to quickly crop a screenshot but with this app I can quickly share the screenshot and make all the little edits I need to.. this app gives me a better outcome than Google's method. If there is an option to pay for this app then I will happily do so.

Wouldn't even allow me to use some of its features. It would say I selected that feature and then not work on picture. Once I had something I kinda liked the picture would not save or share to any other apps, saying "sorry we lost the image".... not happy with this app! Strongly recommend saving your time and not downloading.

One of the best quality apps out there. Very easy to use and straight to the point. Beside making the photo square there are other ratios to choose from as well, and you can actually move the photo around (doesn't always have to be in the center) which I love.

Works well on my Android device (LG Q70). Plenty of options for background colors & textures. Stickers too, although I don't use those much. Went ahead & upgraded to Pro w/the one-time purchase to get rid of the ads. Ads aren't all that bad, though, so free version is ok.

Not sure what happened but somewhere along the way, the quality of the photos diminished after they were squared. When zoomed, it became impossible to make out faces. The ads are annoying too.

The only app that allows to add borders to multiple images at once, unfortunately compression is too high and pixelates the file too much. If the compression could be set toggled off this would be perfect and I would gladly pay money.

Diminishes the photo quality extremely even on highest quality settings. I've been using this for so many years and now I am just extremely disappointed I've wasted my years on this and didn't think to try some other app instead.

Really good app for easy and quick insta square resize. It has multiple photos resize which is not available in any other application. However. 1 star less for multiple images resize which sometimes does not work as expected. I have sent an email to the devs and hopefully should be sorted in the future.

Normally love this app, but as of two days ago I've been having major glitches. I can select 8 photos to square, but they won't save on my phone? The screen to preview your photos just stays black. Tried again tonight and it's still glitching. So disappointed-- this app was my go to for all my posts. Help?

I bought this app a long time ago, and it worked flawlessly for months on my OnePlus6, and then after an update a little while ago, it doesn't work at all. It doesn't matter if I try to use a photo that's stored on my phone or in the cloud, I get an error message saying "the image does not exist". I've paid for something I can no longer use... No bueno Update: No, it still doesn't work. The error message still appears when trying to select any photo stored in Google Photos

I like this app, cause it does most stuff better than others. But recently the unskippable ads have been a major issue. Specially for those "girls" coming in and saying "add this app and chat with me". Would appreciate, if ads are gonna be there, keep it clean and keep it less intrusive, or atleast without sound. Update- One collage = 2 ads of 5 seconds.. what is up with you guys? The reason I had this app was cause it was unintrusive. I guess I will need to change my app. Disappointed.

I don't think this app is cool. Just rotating the screen and taking screen shot is more than enough. Background gradients look childish in nature. The background gradient should also hide the background of the person in the photo. Lot of improvements are needed.

it is honestly very good. Does exactly what it says, and has good filters as well! It can help you with uploading stuff to certain sites, like Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, as well as making a Facebook cover and more. What I would like to see is an option to make a Wattpad cover. Thanks!

I wanted to use it, giving it access to my gallery, sd data etc. But it absolutely wants access to camera and mic as well, otherwise it's unusable. Other similar apps don't require so many permissions. Just check them out. Too bad. Really liked the ergonomy of this app.

Can't remove ads says "no connection to google..." My internet connection is 100% fine. The font resizing and repositioning aren't the greatest in addition to not being able to lock my photo while I try to reposition the textbox. Everything else about the app is amazing.

Good, but more customisation would be great. It needs more (new) colours and the option to pick your own colours would be so helpful to work with branding etc. It always works for me and I haven't had any issues with loss of quality or annoying ads..
