When it works, it's decent. But it rarely works. For the last month I have been unable to log in. Apparently my password expired (why, btw?!?) And all efforts to get a new one set up have failed. My workaround is deleting and reinstalling the app, which I have to do every time I want to log in. For some reason it accepts my fingerprint once before reverting to locking me out. Aren't you guys a pretty big company? Shouldn't you have a bunch of people on this? We should've gotten Toast.

every. damn. time. it logs me out. There is no way to avoid it. If u wanna clock in, clock out, take a break, end yr break, it doesnt matter. You will get the loading circle of death. This app will get stuck, and then u have to login all over again. And sometimes the End Shift button, u have to press, wait, it resets, then wait, and press again. God we cant even choose whether we want to use this or not, the bosses do! However! it is very nice that i can view paystubs and W2 info in the app.

The only issue I have is that I can't rotate the app. My digitizer is broken and to be able to fully use the app, I need to be able to turn my phone to use some of the buttons and features. It would be so, so very helpful. Otherwise it is an amazing app.

The app is pretty useful! Just wish they made it easy to remove former employers from the list on sign in. Other than that it does it's job pretty well and is pretty secure.

This app used to work great but now it doesn't keep an accurate track of how many hours I've worked at all. For instance, I've worked four 8 hour days which would be 32 hours but the app says I've only worked 15 hours. It also goes back and forth on being accurate on how many tips I've earned. Sometimes that is accurate and sometimes it is not. I came here for an update hoping it would be a quick fix but my app is up to date.

Beyond confusing it has me spinning in circles I can't use the app I've got to go through the browser the whole thing is a mess I'm very frustrated I've spent a few hours with my employer this thing's making me look like a fool I hate it I have every other app that works fine I've got PayPal cash app the works somehow this square team through this particular employer has been a nightmare and is not gotten any better I've already made a new account on a new email just to trick the system

I Like, Is good and straight forward. I'm having visual glitches but i believe it's mainly the fault of my own handset not the developers of the app.

I've just downloaded this app and it will not allow me to select Sign In or Create an Account. Is your app not working? I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice

I can't login for some reason. I tried to have reset link come to my email address, but it never came. I need to get access to the app for my pay.

Make this available on Windows. It is unacceptable that a company that claims to be focused on productivity and business expects me to input months' worth of schedules and conflicts on a phone screen. Make this possible in a web browser.

Why do we need A SEPARATE APP for EVERYTHING??? Somethings can be easily done ONLINE by your phone on the browser!!! Stop forcing us to use so many apps!!!!@

I did put a good rating, but now considering changing it because I can't even log into it now! App has been working relatively fine until now. When trying to view Timecards it says"No timecards found" for current week AND past. However it shows on the homepage how many hours I'm at this week. This app is constantly buggy and can usually get around things until this, though. Inconsistent at best.

Updates broke app - trying to log in to my team dashboard FROM THE APP and it keeps taking me to home page that says to download the app. 🙄🙄🙄

Sometimes you can't log in. The log in screen pops up, but after you log in, it takes you to a screen asking you to download the app. It's annoying.

Works for a couple of weeks perfectly. All of a sudden my employees cannot apply for available shifts. They get an error message stating that there is something wrong on the apps end. I called square customer service for two days straight and all they did was create a ticket. We deleted the app, reinstalled it, looked for updates, signed out signed back in to no avail. As an owner scheduling is one of the most important aspects of running a restaurant/bar business. Very inconvenient.

I have had this app before for another employer and it worked fine and I got a new job new employer and it won't let me login had to make a new email account and then it's still won't work only lets me see my paystub I can't clock in or anything

I never get paid on time Square used to be good but we need something better, seriously square is a bad company anymore.

Getting into the app and making the account was a little difficult. But once I got into and all it was so easy and really cool to know everything about my pay and my schedule everything was there totally freaking awesomly cool

This is an all in one. It truely handles it all. It is user friendly, for all. I have experience with other apps, with the same purposes, but this one is, by far, #1!

Great app and easy to use keeps track of all your hrs calculates pay up to the point of work and compares older paystubs. I highly recommend using it to help keep track of employee work hrs.

Works great on my phone but doesn't work at all on my tablet. Keeps prompting me to download the app while I'm using the app.

I LOVE SQUARE! Not only do I use it for my own personal business but my employer is able to pay me and do my schedule, my time card and direct deposit all through square. It is awesome and I highly recommend it to everybody!

Everyone of my coworkers have the instant pay button.. I don't... it would help when my pay is late...

No option to clock in or out anymore. Emailed the app creator but no reply

The people who made this app clearly never did quality control. Even after using my fingerprint to log in, it still makes me manually enter my email and password. Links within the app don't even work - like the "sign up with Catch" link. There is no way to remove a linked bank or Cash App account, it only let's you view them. There isn't even a support or help option within the app. 🤦🏼‍♂️

The app will not let me reset my password. I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app and it will not work. If you are an employer considering this for your business, look elsewhere. This app is frustrating and the bugs are plentiful. Not user friendly and trouble shooting beyond basic attempts is nearly impossible.

Easy app and very helpful when it comes to keeping track of everything

The app updated on the 2nd and it doesn't allow me to use my fingerprint anymore and waiting times to confirm punchs quadrupled. Whatever you updated, undo it because I see I'm not the only in with this issue. EDIT: 11/11/20 They fixed the app overnight with an update and they fixed bothy issues. Normally I would only give 4 stars for a fix, but they fixed it so quickly it's worth the full 5 stars. I delayed this update just to make sure it stuck, but its still working fine.
