SquareCalc Construction Calc
I've been a framing carpenter since 2000 and before SquareCalc I used the 3-4-5 method to square things and also measuring corner to corner with 2 tape measures. On the occasion I still use those methods but in certain circumstances my phone comes out and I use SquareCalc.
SquareCalc is nice when you need to find a precise point that is perfectly square. It also comes in handy when squaring up a deck and the outer joist is bowed. With SquareCalc you can get the number right to the corner for a perfectly square deck.
I got the idea for SquareCalc from one of those expensive construction calculators which can do the same thing. The differences between the two are: SquareCalc is much more user friendly. SquareCalc is free. SquareCalc is on your phone which is already in your pocket and does not require you to have another device.
I designed SquareCalc to use myself on the job and I have personally tested it time and time again. SquareCalc is always installed on my phone and I still use it at least once a week.

Hello I'm looking for the square calc pro I that one on my phone but it broke I got a new phone and now I can't find it

Very simple, easy to use app that does exactly what it claims. Easy to understand. It doesnt get any easier than this.

If you enter 2 x 3 then you end up with an incorrect answer of 3 5/8 inches. Please fix this! It should be an answer of 3 feet 7.25 inches or 43.25 inches.
The precision is useless and the app is unclear what's even going on. What's the deal with the second box? is that for fractions? if so why is there no line. Do better.

Its a simple concept but it is very handy to have instead of running tapes both directions.

Does not work at all if you want to calculate number and fraction the results will be the same if you change a number in the fraction unless is made for even numbers or other type of mobile devices.
