SquareHome 2 - Win 10 style

I tried Square home for two days and then went pro. I'm so glad I did Fantastic customization. The more I get to know it, all my previous complaints gets resolved. IMO, the icon needs a redesign. It seems to underwhelm & undersell this otherwise excellent launcher. Great job. I usef my last launcher for over 8 years. I'm so glad I decided to try this one out. Please don't stop supporting it. Thanks so much.

This is brilliant. After trying the free version for an hour, I was enchanted and paid up to buy. Infinitely customizable, visually appealing, and most importantly, a great tool to make your phone use easier and more efficient. I thought I had no use for a launcher, but this changed my mind. A very intelligently designed app. This should win a design award. But how do I make this my home screen?

This is just a really good launcher! It looks cool, and it's so efficient with your screenspace that I found myself filling the screen with every app I could need to use, and then some. The only issue I have is that it seems that you can't turn off the animations that show the details of apps' notifications (I think it might be called live tile?) on a per-app basis, so I have to watch out for things like, for example, YouTube thumbnails I don't want people to see on my homescreen.

Within minutes after installing the free version, I knew this was the launcher I've been searching for. I immediately purchased the full version. So many customization options, the animations... It just looks great and performs beautifully. I didn't purchase this to get the extra features (though they are nice.) I purchased it to support the dev. Fantastic job! Running it on my Acer tablet with android 7 and will be installing on my phone as well.

Latest version on S22u. Getting navigation issues intermittently with the lastest updates. Clicking on app sometimes brings up different apps. System gesture navigation sometimes doesn't behave as expected, example swiping up to go home will launch a random app or switch to a different running one. Sometimes have to click an icon on the home screen twice for it to launch. Really haven't been able to identify what's causing this as seems random.

What is the point in disabling transparent tiles on system wallpaper? It worked perfectly before the update. Did you disable it just to put me off? Forcing this feature only on app wallpaper causes both app and system wallpapers to load simultaneously. This is a waste of RAM. Please re-enable, or at least, make it optional in the Paid version.

Love this app for years, but prefer the font prior to the update & can't see if there's a better one as the option is a premium & completely locked (it would be better if the option was visable but not set unless paid). The numbers in the clock widget also wobble - this was not an issue with the previous version.

This Launcher has been a big help in helping me organize my busy life! The customization options are very broad and it makes my phone truly feel like my own. Big downside is that the shortcuts to some of the apps I add to the homescreen go corrupt and I have to replace them on the homescreen. This happens alot more for in app shortcuts than individual apps.. but still not ideal. Will be switching to a new launcher for now. But keeping this in mind for later use.

Flawless WinPhone-esque experience (so much more useful than boring icons) across every device I've used it on. The only addition I would make is this: currently there are many options for having multiple tiles in the same place . . . cube, a new popup window, a "tile group" slide-down multi-app container. I would only add a 'cover' option where a group of tiles (apps, widgets, whatever) could have a covering image or tile over them but the contents would not move when revealed. Thanks!

Best launcher I've come across ever in terms of visuals, functionality, and customization; 2 bad it's not optimized at all, too unstable it hangs and crashes way 2 much. Also, shortcuts don't work with it, they add and seem to work fine at first but after a little while they break/become corrupted. Android's stock calendar widget doesn't work with this either, I don't know if it's on purpose so we'd have to pay you to use yours. Also, it'd be great if tile bg effects worked with live wallpapers

Awesome! I always loved the windows phone UI and this takes it to the next level. I love everything about it, especially that ability to change the colour of each tile.

Brilliant app that replicates the genius of Windows Live Tiles. Well worth the money. I tried this a while ago on an earlier version of Android and it was a bit glitchy, but on Android 11 and 12 this has been working fine over the last 3 months or so.

I was an early adopter of WinPho back in the day and having this on my S22 Ultra is weirdly comfortable. Bought the long term use as it's fantastic. One thing I would like is for the YouTube (or YT Vanced) app, that you can watch the video within the tile instead of having picture in picture. That would be a cool addition. A Video player tile too.

Great launcher, have used it for a few weeks now and had minimal problems. Bought the premium version to support the developer. Having admired the Nokia Windows phones of old, but never had one, this launcher is ideal.

They've fixed everything I've asked about and overall the widget system this launcher provides and theming capabilities are outstanding. I still remember when it had its own customizable notifications at the status bar and I'm not gonna lie I miss that. I like this version all the same though I must say :) I've been using this launcher for every phone I had since 2014 :P

It's is great product. I like it and would definitely use it if it support samsung Z fold 3. It works fine on the folded screen but unusable on the main screen which makes it impossible to use. Need to look into adapting the aspect ratio of the outter screen when you fold the phone. Currently you have to set it to one of the 2 screens but it basicly doesn't adjust aspect ratio when you switch to the folded screen and vise versa.

1. Back gesture (swipe from the right edge) interferes with... uhm, something in the app drawer. Some alphabet thing. 2. Main title screen reminds of the old (quite old yet) Webview bug, when scrolling, reaching the end of page, returns you to the begin of the page. And vice versa. You just can't scroll from the top to the very bottom: you will end up at the same top position after some random page animation.

Absolutely perfect. Everything that was possible on Windows phone 10 and even more. Best launcher for anyone looking for that windows phone look. Just keep it updated and maybe add some new widget. And one request, add option to slow down animation speed for some animation in widgets like in photos (more than 60 seconds ) and contacts widget. Purchased full version for lifetime.

It allows me to bypass boring app icons. simplifies everything for heavy techies.. but I do have a few very very very important requests I need badly: (1) Ability to shortcut URLs (2) Quick Setting Shortcuts EX: "Change Bright 75%" (3) App folder scrolling horizontal menu widget (4) Hi-Tech Glowing Frames (5) 2 Finger swipe up/down (6) 2xtap Swipe up/down (7) 2 finger rotate gesture clockwise/counter (8) Homebutton gesture tap option

This launcher is just soo amazing for my tab. It works smooth even in 2gb of ram. Thank God I found this app. But there are some cons too. Like app crashes (rarely) But still this launcher is near perfect!

This is the best launcher out there. You can use downloaded images to use as icons. Resizable icons in rectangular format w/transparent background. You can add 6 sided cubes as icons and put apps and folders on each side.

As good as you can get on Android. All the benefits of the Live Tile display without any of the limitations of Windows Phone (e.g. lack of official app support and buggy 3rd party apps). Only thing it's really missing is the amazing in-app linking to sub-app actions, but one guy cannot rewrite all of Android. Oh, maybe home screen backup to Drive/OneDrive would be nice also, but otherwise perfect! Kudos to this dev for the most amazing launcher I could have asked for.

Very good, I loved windows phone and was basically forced to give it up. This captures the style and feeling. It could use some more icons to replace the little circle of the respective apps. I also get some flickering of the tiles but only occasionally. Worth the money.

I was tripped up by portrait and landscape views. It got resolved, each view can be customized. Just as good as original Window's phone, maybe better depending on your preference. I missed my Windows Phone layout, very glad I found this launcher!

Pretty nice. Been using it for some time now. Would be nice to have different layouts / presets depending on the screen orientation. Now it kinda falls apart if I change from portrait to landscape.

This used to be one of my favourite Launchers but for past some time this launcher is no longer supporting my daily Bing wallpaper changer app which used to work perfectly fine with this launcher as well as many other launchers. I am not able to use this launcher anymore as I am not willing to stop using my wallpaper app. Yeah the system wallpaper does not work for the tile effects that I use. System wallpaper only seems to work for opaque tiles which I am not interested in using.
